what is the benefit of using sea moss in most of your recipes? For mucus and inflammation reductions?
What brand of Of sea moss do you use?? Really need to know?????
These look great. Here a few tips: 1. Don't cook with coconut oil. It has a low smoke point and easily becomes acidic when heated. Raw collards have a strong flavor. Briefly, and I do mean BRIEFLY, boil the leaf in water for 15 seconds and quickly add it to a large pot with ice cold water to stop the cooking. AGAIN, do not boil them for more than 15 seconds. This flash boil process removes the "rawness" from the collard and makes it more palatable.
Thanks for this tip
lol its like how could meat have that much flavor with such variety in one bite

+CHiGOAT MaRLeY We have several ways, but an easy one is to mix chickpeas, tahini, seasalt, lemon juice, and a little olive oil in a food processor or high speed blender. Our video will be up soon.👍
