The bathroom tile joints are done with exquisite workmanship. I appreciate the way you made sure the floor joints were perpendicular to the wall joints. Great job 👏👌

Recently discovered your channel. Have to hand it to you - what an immense achievement! Really inspiring to see you slogging so hard on top of a busy job. It’s hard to make sense of how you’ve acquired so much skill and confidence - would be great to learn more about your background / past experiences and how you got to where you are! 🤩

Looks fantastic. It's crazy how much this property has changed. Looks like outstanding quality throughout way better than a new build. Well done.

Can you explain the planning permission part in more detail or create a video about it because I am interested.

Very impressive, not just the craftmanship which is clear to see but the thought process going into all the decisions and the vision from start finish. I would like to see a video with you talking about all the tips and tricks you picked up on as all your videos are littered with them like the moulding on the staircase here. You should take your profit and come and do a project up North, you could renovate a full country estate up here and probably land a TV deal out of it!

I mean, there is no further explanation needed. It's perfect.

Incredible craftsmanship👌, like it's all been done by pro's. I've watched nearly all of your video's and found them extremely informative. I'm about to embark on a similar project this year and already picked up a number of great tips. Keep it up and hope to see a video on costings soon.

You guys are superb at this stuff, and pretty good at interior bathroom design too.
Reminds me of the home I lived in Hackney for first thirty years of my life.

Congratulations on the completion of your row house in London! It was tops in every way. All aspects were so thoughtful and the finishes so luxurious! I know you kept us informed of costs and the tremendous savings, but still, the final product speaks more high-end than cost-saving. One thing I must point out, you said in your 12 minute video that the bed was actually cheap. Before you confine yourself to sleeping on a cheap bed, think that you spend nearly a third of your life sleeping. That sleep must be the best, in order for you to function at your best the other two thirds of your life. Therefore, invest in a top of the line mattress, it is worth every penny!

Your comment on the pod room! A terraced house like your neighbours opposite have used their 40m2 allowance in the roof so will need to apply for planning to get bigger. Is there another way around it. You talked really quick about it.

Hey mate, just stumbled across your channel. Well done!
Only one thing I am wondering: where do you store all your cloth and other stuff? Master bedroom I saw couple of drawers, but for the rest not really any storage space.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Think I spied one built in wardrobe and a freestanding clothes rack. Otherwise nada. I guess having furniture might ruin the aesthetic and not strictly necessary when some of the bedrooms perhaps aren't being lived in?

Outstanding work mate! The amount of details is amazing. One thing though, I'm a bit obsessed with storage (fitted wardrobe, cabinets etc...), but did not see much of that in the bedrooms/bathrooms. Where do you store your stuff?!

Wardrobe racks on wheels are all that's needed for clothes storage. Maybe some bookcases with glass doors for folded clothing and accessories storage. Wardrobes, cupboards, armoires etc are no longer appealing aesthetically, financially, functionally, practically.
