What Is a Head Drain & Do You Need One?? | CA18DET, RB25, RB26

In this quick video I'm covering the topic of head drains on CA18det and RB engines.
A lot of people still overlook this relatively simple and cheap mod but it is a must do with higher HP builds. The risk of cavitation and oil starvation is significant when your really pushing these vehicles at the limit.
Summary:
1. Oil Restrictor to reduce oil flow to the head
2. Port Oil return passage
3. Install head drain into sump
4. Install an adequate Catch can system
5. Definitely install if high boost high Hp, Stock setups see less benefit
