- Hi friends, today we are making GOZLEME.
This is a recipe for great Turkish dish, great for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The RECIPE:
700g of Flour
1 TSP of Salt
1 TBSP of Yougurt
50ml of Oil
450ml of Water
The RECIPE for filling:
300g of Spinach
Salt
Olive Oil
Feta Cheese

Pozdrav recept je super,sad se ja pitam moze li se od ovog tijesta pravit recimo pita krumpirusa,jer mi se cini da je tijesto jako dobro za "razvaljati na tanko",svidja mi se nekako! Jer inace kad god sam pravila (pokusavala) pitu krumpirusu po kojekakvim receptima sa youtubea,nikad mi ne uspije bas kako treba,a ovaj vas mi se bas svidja,ispadne tanko tijesto kada se razvalja! Hvala unaprijed na odgovoru 🤗

Is it good the next day? Can you freeze and reheat? Thank you! My dad is Croat, but i am in Canada.
You can make it and while it’s still fresh put it in the fridge and then bake it the next day.
I do that sometimes.

i made the recipe. i didn’t have plain yogurt so I freelanced and used the to part of greek yogurt with blueberries at the bottom. There was a little blueberry flavor and a little blue on the dough 😅. My first attempts, likely the dough was too thick, so the overlapping sides were undercooked and he pan was too hot so it was a bit burnt. I ate it anyways! i put 2 pieces uncooked in the fridge for the next day, and i should have put flour on the plate because it was really sticky. I decided to cook on stovetop and finish in the oven- and it was so very good. my spinach mixture was a bit undersalted so I added salt and it was perfect. The other additive i made was to add garlic scapes to the spinach mixture since i had them, and it was really yummy! Thank you for sharing your recipe Silvana!
Justice Seeker you don’t need to cook it before placing it in gozleme, spinach get steamed in side.
