This guy.... is absolutely insane. Honestly. Watching the rough cut before I’ve seen the part is so satisfying from a rail skater’s perspective. He is sooo gnarly. Take Jon Allie and mix in little Heath Kirchart, then add in a little 2020 and you got this guy.

These rough cut vids are the best thing to happen to skate vids in a long time. It really shows the war these guys go through to make these parts, and it makes you feel like you are there going through it with them.
First time seeing this guy skate and I have to say i'm impressed. Normally when I see a 25 minute part it's full of filler content but this was a pleasure to watch.
I remember his lunatic fringe in the a summer 2010 issue of the mag. Always rooted for this dude. He's cone a long way since that kid who killed it in WTF. So glad he's getting the shoes he deserves. *
Rad. Dude is a perfectionist and the final product pays off. I'm bothered some times by skaters these days who advertise a "loose" style that to me just seems sloppy and lazy. I love guys like Servold and Reynolds who work to get it just right.
I watch skate vids daily. This is the absolute BEST Ive seen in many many many years. What sets this dude apart is the speed he rolls when ripping his tricks. AMAZING MAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been rocking the shaved head w/ stache the last couple summers. Found Dakota and he immediately became one of my favs because of it haha (and cause he's gnarly..)
out of all the skate videos that come out now, Green was definitely my favorite. I’ve always loved Emerica videos, but still that one was so beautiful.
Love when skaters hit up the uncommon spots , it's refreshing to see something different than the classic skate spots . Although I'm not knocking the legendary spots , they are legendary for a good reason
Watching them skate is really inspiring. They’re so fluid and you can tell how comfortable they are on their boards. I practice everyday so I can get to that level, even without the tricks. Amazing stuff
24:30 Dude HAS to be going Mach 200 to clear that. Couldn’t even imagine the kind of Hall of Meat slam that would ensue if he clipped before the bump. Mad Respect 🙏🏻
Not anything related to skateboarding or anything in the video, but as someone named Dakota, i can feel how many times this man has been asked "north or south?"
Wow... This dude is a beast! Everything gets done within 4 tries and he hauls ass, which i love. I hope he has unlimited shirts cause he really needs them... and deserves them.
I love how much speed he gets for his gaps. I remember when I realized how skating fast is sort of a cheat code to do bigger gaps. I mean, it's not rocket science, but a lot of people underestimate how far you can fly when you're going hella fast.
Somebody explain this guy the concept of a do-over. You only re-try a trick when you're not satisfied with the landing, you're not supposed to land the same hammer perfectly four times in a row just for the sake of it ! Amazing !
The best way to describe this is like, he's going so big, especially that ender, it looked like the huge moves a snowboarder is allowed to make because of all the air time you can deal with, being that you are given huge mountains covered in snow to work with. Only, there's no mountains here, and no snow, and yet here he is, flying just as high. Pretty fuckin impressive.
I've always been jealous of American picnic tables. In Canada, they're made of wood, and they're waist high. No way you're kickflipping into a trick onto them. Maybe you can ollie up, but that's about it. You wouldn't be able to grind. Maybe a blunt slide with enough wax and a launch ramp to get up there. Anyways, awesome part!! Probably my fave this year.
He put in work. I'm going to buy his board next
Taylor Langley Yeah
I'm gonna buy his worn panties. Preferably post skate sesh panties.
This made me cry-laugh.😂 Yes I said it and yes this should be a word Webster uses.
I'm gonna buy a used Condom of his
Need to donate some t-shirts for that man
This is one of the best Rough Cut's I've ever seen. This dude is perfect at skating on the most raw level. So dope.
mostly everyone of these is normally an ender ... dudes a beast
Rail to rail is Tony Hawk sh$!
Haha! That's what I said.
I feel like I personally owe him something after that.
Adam Priest Yeah I feel like I shouldn’t have been able to watch that for free man...
might like a milkshake
It’s official this man is the champion of all slide tricks
This guy.... is absolutely insane.
Honestly. Watching the rough cut before I’ve seen the part is so satisfying from a rail skater’s perspective.
He is sooo gnarly.
Take Jon Allie and mix in little Heath Kirchart, then add in a little 2020 and you got this guy.
I was thinking if Leo Romero and Geoff Rowley had a baby, but the baby was abandoned and adopted by billy marks

Emerica should give him a shoe after this, he became an instant legend
power under control
He is.
People don't buy Emerica... Kids these days are fucking stupid and only wear Nike

9:48 WAS ONE OF THE BEST SKATEBOARD SHOTS IVE EVER SEEN. THE KIDS RUNNING, FLOWERS ON THE GROUND ECT.
Beautiful work guys
This dude is rad. No freaking out and board focusing after every hard slam, just get up and do it again. Respect.
He looks like the sort of guy who would chuck a McEnroe when he's not making a trick, yet he takes his falls quite modestly. Think I like him.
I was quite impressed by how he takes a hit and doesn’t seem to get frustrated battling gnarly tricks. So enjoyable to watch
Makes me wonder the type of skater McEnroe would be, if he ever pick up a board.
Specially during a contest
I know right!!

This Guy should be the next SOTY easily He's incredible and Awesome 🔥🔥🔥😊🤘

Lol
Right here
Wow...Impressive skating!
I love watching these hesh, tatted up dudes give eachother supportive hugs after landing a gnarly trick. So wholesome

many Independent hoodies where harmed in the making of this film
Yeah he wore one Indy hoody the whole trip they filmed for this part wich was like a 70 day trip
He also fucked like 20 white shirts just sayin
Yea it was just one. He wore it on his nine club episode.
@@OriginalAsloe I like how even though the merch is free, he doesn't waste it like many other pros. Textile is a major pollutant.
@martin gonzalez and white t shirts
This is exactly why I prefer rough cuts over the edited, polished part

A lot of those clips could be considered "stylish" makes, but he goes back to nail it.

this dude puts in WORK
He blew my mind , esp when I saw the drop on the otherside of that rail just after he got a ticket wtf man . Balls of steel . 100 percent respect
This dude is gnarly. Straight stompin banger after banger. I thoroughly enjoyed this edit.
Persistence, calm and collected, and no synthesized bs music so we can hear those stomps! Certified savage ripper.
One of the most underrated skaters, dude is amazing and the style man, the style !
Maybe I'll shave my head...
nice, you got the stache already? hahaha love the style

How could anyone dislike this? This guy is on a rampage.
THIS was hands down one of the best parts I've seen in a while dude kills it!!
I love the spots in this part, especially the bump to bar at 4:06. There's a certain grittiness to them. They fit Dakota's style so well.
NoThanksIJustAte my exact thoughts. Love the gritty-ness
Love when skaters hit up the uncommon spots , it's refreshing to see something different than the classic skate spots . Although I'm not knocking the legendary spots , they are legendary for a good reason
9:48 one of my fav lines ever
I didn't even realize how much my palms were sweating until it ended...
Haven't realized it until you tell me
Man, just noticed how weak my knees where the whole time

Completely insane. One of the best rough cuts I’ve ever seen.
Watching them skate is really inspiring. They’re so fluid and you can tell how comfortable they are on their boards. I practice everyday so I can get to that level, even without the tricks. Amazing stuff
Skateboarding has gotten so gnarly. Every video Thrasher puts out (which is like every day) is worthy of a gold medal. Fuckin’ shit!
Dood! WTF!!! This guy is an absolute monster.. the most flawless style I think I've ever seen.
24:30 Dude HAS to be going Mach 200 to clear that. Couldn’t even imagine the kind of Hall of Meat slam that would ensue if he clipped before the bump. Mad Respect 🙏🏻
I can't remember the last time i clicked on someone's B-side/Rough Cut so fast!
One of the best emerica videos for sure! Dakota is a straight killer. Looking forward for Jons rough cut!
Easily one of my favourite parts of the year, great music choice too!
HK vibes like nobody. Dude's been killing for so many years!
Dude is a Maniac. One of my Favorite rough cuts.
i watched green in detention back when school was still in session, probably one of my favorite parts, this rough cut is better
25 minutes and it feels like I could go another 25 and not get bored. This dude is next fucking level. That 5050 to boardslide was INSANE

I watched this whole video and I am truly amazed
21:39 no wonder why he tries many times, just look how high of the drop it must be insane to try the trick on that spot
The dedication is phenomenal
I love this type of edit. What a beast.
Dakota is beast, i so proud he on Emerica
One of my new fav skaters. This guy is AMAZING
This guys the best out here. Killing it. Great vid
Dude that front board down that curved rail is super gnar!
25 min. of my life well spent :)
Im only half way thru this part and this dude is so sick... mad clean and awesome spots
I was waiting for this for SO long
one of the best ive ever seen..
Insane. The man is already pro and just continues to shred. True skater.
Love these "rough cut" edits. This guy looks like Freddie Mercury on a skateboard.
His shirt is the best
He needs thicker t-shirts or just hoodies
What most fascinates me about rough cuts is the first try landings
I love how much speed he gets for his gaps. I remember when I realized how skating fast is sort of a cheat code to do bigger gaps. I mean, it's not rocket science, but a lot of people underestimate how far you can fly when you're going hella fast.
What an amazing guy and an amazing skater. Congrats dude.
6:42 "There we are" - Dude is talking himself through his own tricks. So sick
Good catch, dude
Even when he doesn’t stomp the tricks it’s still steezy
That back tail was so clean , I love how he skates real fast . I already know speed is the key to skateboarding tho , easyer said than done
He fucking tore up everything. Really impressed with this rough cut. Saved it and everything!
Thanks! That first ollie is 10x better than a grab!
My man straight killing the transfers ❤️
17:07 how does he get up like that? Also he seems like such a nice person
How does he get up? He stands up on his feet bro just like me and you lmao

Hell yeah awesome video! 🤙
Nothing just nothing compares trust I’ve/you’ve never seen it go this hard 🤩
I like this guy he always gets back up when he falls that’s really cool and also dudes a beast
I'm an old skater at 42. It sucks to get old.
Kickflip at 4:36 is absolutely insane, imagine going uphill with super short run up for steep bump to bar to jump over more than a waist high rail
Best skate video I’ve seen in a whileeeee

The man is an amazing skater. Thanks.
I really dig his raw powerful style he really charges and his tricks are awesome I like when some raw ollies speak for themselves too.
I was just looking and wondering... how can someone dislike this? 🤔
always loved the way Emerica filmers use fisheye
I love backside 180's and for this reason, I love Dakota Servold.
This is one of those videos where I'm so entranced by the skating I forget to make it full screen
