Let me get this straight! A guy roasts a skater for doing, in his opinion, nonsense stuff in a video part, while at the same time wearing a beanie inside his flat.
I agree, he has his own style and appeals to a very specific section of skaters especially on social media, it just doesn’t translate well when he tries to put it into a conventional skate part.
jeff dechesare has been doing all of this for years. circus flips down stairs and out of slides is not creative. it's basically flat ground. creativity in a street context means to skate _obstacles_ in a creative way. you can do illegal tricks and be creative so long as the main trick itself is based around the obstacle and you utilize the obstacle in a creative way.
dont understand all these takes, what happened to just appreciating the skating in the vid? im 32yrs old now maybe im just out of touch and its changed

they really are perfect, make you do a double take like “was that some kind of varial flip body varial or something?” and nope, just the trippiest possible frontside flip
He seems like a really nice guy but his parts are very underwhelming. They aren't filmed that well, a lot of the tricks are landed quite ugly so the style isn't very good either. If he put his skill/time into learning technical ledge or going bigger or better style rather than more complex random flat ground he could expand his skating massively. I guess it's what he enjoys
I was roasting Joe in the same manner in his patreon comment section and for the award he canceled my subsricption. Never seen a dude who loves to dish it but can't take any off it. Goes right away to '' I have mental health issues '''
he had some nice bangers in the par, but most of it was boring fillers.. the part would be much better, if he put something liek 2-3 minutes together instead of 7 minutes... less is more
I'm gonna be honest, I don't *hate* his trick selection because (at least in some capacity) it is a tad bit unique, even though it's very limited. However, it's really the filming, the music, the length, and the repetition that just makes this so comical. I'm not one to talk shit about parts much because a) who tf am I and b) I know I don't have the biggest bag of tricks either. But to your point, this does feel very much like a "UA-cam pro" part and it's just not the type of skating I personally find appealing/satisfying to watch. There's no grit or edge to anything. It just feels kinda sanitary.
God forbid everyone skated exactly the same ,, now that would suck . 💯
Flatground Champion, in fact.
He's not the best flatground skater either.
@@LilDiabetus in ur opinion, who is ?
this is cringe bro; a man said let’s make a 27 minute video of me hating
He's gifted at hating though
This is the most pretentious, gatekeeping commentary I’ve ever seen regarding skateboarding. People like this make skateboarding so unapproachable to others.
17:40 thanks for clearing up your thoughts and reactions. I was like why are you hating on this dude so bad
Yeah nah dudes either got something against him or just a straight up ahole 😹
roasting time 11:29 starts proper grilling 😋 14:01 brushes bbq sauce by breaking down "stupidity" and couting the no pop scenarios 17:15 washing hands for the sins committed while serving it for eating
I'm going through soft return withdrawal, nooooooo
This is a great UA-cam comment.
Heelfilp: exists
Jamie: “Double it and give to the next person”
saved my night thanks, stomach was hurting so bad now i can b distracted
can someone explain to me how kickflip manual impossible is a "fake trick"?
the fact jamie’s not even british and gifted putting on a british accent 💀
He is good I like his style
Ok, here's the thing. While Gifted Hater is funny and stuff, let a mf do whatever he wants to do. If this is Jamies way of skating the streets then let him do that, but its kinda silly of GH to get worked u about this shit.
its all fun i think and yeah i agree with u
Great part, strange review
the fact that the double heel wasn't down a 6 stair irked me far too much
Seriously. He set up the whole math joke and then there was only half the punchline, like do you even math?
Let me get this straight! A guy roasts a skater for doing, in his opinion, nonsense stuff in a video part, while at the same time wearing a beanie inside his flat.
Correlation?
@@ole86 Conspiracy?
you can’t wear hats inside?
@@kriskrangles ;)
Man--I love tech skaters.
Jamie has his own style of skating and tbh I appreciate it
I agree, he has his own style and appeals to a very specific section of skaters especially on social media, it just doesn’t translate well when he tries to put it into a conventional skate part.
jeff dechesare has been doing all of this for years. circus flips down stairs and out of slides is not creative. it's basically flat ground. creativity in a street context means to skate _obstacles_ in a creative way. you can do illegal tricks and be creative so long as the main trick itself is based around the obstacle and you utilize the obstacle in a creative way.
Look at the precision of the front wheels at 2:40 before he pops though
dont understand all these takes, what happened to just appreciating the skating in the vid? im 32yrs old now maybe im just out of touch and its changed
little kids have lots of confidence and blurt out their opinions as holy gospel, then they grow up and realize they're dumb
not sure what he was expecting
I love gifted, but this review was a 5/10
The 13 year old internet edgelords have grown up and judge everything for basically no reason. I dont really view gifted hater as a real skater jist some generic edgelord.
What do you expect from a hater ?
seeing a double laserflip calling that "his skateboarding sucks" bit of an exaggeration yeah?
Yeah, he exaggerates, you caught him
Dudes got the best Muska flip since Muska. AND a switch Muska to late front foot flip down three!
they really are perfect, make you do a double take like “was that some kind of varial flip body varial or something?” and nope, just the trippiest possible frontside flip
I guess it's what he enjoys
when we need him the most he shows, welcome back ♡
Wait- didn’t you do noseslide>manual>flip out in your part? Just didn’t flip into the noseslide lol
2023 gh now does aftercare for his bdsm love he gives to instagram skaters
holy...
Dude, you are one of the best current comics out there! 😂 Your videos are much better than most of stand ups.
I like GH, but trying abnormally hard to hate on a youtuber. He isn't a main stream pro. He never claimed to be.
wear whatever gives you that feeling
bro does not want people to enjoy skateboarding
7:11 is appropriate number for that landing. Looks like that’s where it was bought 😂
God dude you roasting him about doubling the heelflip had me in tears
Read your comment first and double died the moment he dropped the roast 💀
I was roasting Joe in the same manner in his patreon comment section and for the award he canceled my subsricption. Never seen a dude who loves to dish it but can't take any off it. Goes right away to '' I have mental health issues '''
. Wow that explains a lot about GH
he had some nice bangers in the par, but most of it was boring fillers.. the part would be much better, if he put something liek 2-3 minutes together instead of 7 minutes... less is more
was having a bad day before i started watching this with an mnm yogurt
How’s your part coming Gifted?
was this supposed to be a sick burn
More a passive aggressive jab than a sick burn I’d say
I'm gonna be honest, I don't *hate* his trick selection because (at least in some capacity) it is a tad bit unique, even though it's very limited. However, it's really the filming, the music, the length, and the repetition that just makes this so comical. I'm not one to talk shit about parts much because a) who tf am I and b) I know I don't have the biggest bag of tricks either. But to your point, this does feel very much like a "UA-cam pro" part and it's just not the type of skating I personally find appealing/satisfying to watch. There's no grit or edge to anything. It just feels kinda sanitary.
Anyone know his twitch channel’s name??
Gifted looks EXACTLY the same like tennis player Iga Swiatek from Poland . Spread the word…
Dude what are you talking about. They look NOTHING alike. I can’t see any similarity whatsoever
@@MashaRistova ok
11 days and still can’t get a video on the damn clip channel.. wish I had your job 😅
God forbid everyone skated exactly the same ,, now that would suck . I like this quirky shit more so than watching every other skater grinding a 50ft rail with multiple combos straight outta skate 3 to switch fakie manual revert an all that jazz ... in short what is the point of this criticism garbage ? Get a real none shock youtube channel where you don't laugh at your every other word like you're the coolest kid in your own little existence 😎🤘
Yeah, the 'spontaneous' laughs sounded rly forced
i lost it when we entered the “goopy section”
I don’t particularly enjoy his skating or style but he’s sick. I’ve skated that diy bank to hip spot and yes that diy ramp is completely unnecessary really😂
