So when Hugh Jackman said Logan was set in its own universe distinct from that of the X-Men movies, it made sense in terms of Multiverse theory. Honestly, I think the biggest problem with this is that the multiverse saga should have been the third saga story. Everyone after the infinity saga immediately wanted to go into mutes because mutants are literally half of the Marvel Universe. Is is that they couldn't use mutants until 2025. Back now the smart thing that they should have did was release some small TV projects and a couple of films tying up the loose ends to the multiverse saga and paving the way for the mutants so that by 2025 they could go full in on a mutant saga. At the end of the mutant saga with every single Marvel character established from The avengers to Spider-Man's to now the mutants. Now you can do multiverse variant stories about them since now the audience is super comfortable with them. Could have waiting Disney and Marvel got greedy and they were like well. If we can't use mutants, we'll do the multiverse instead and then try to do every character and rushed everything and every year had to have three films and they just buckled under their own weight. The key to this which I think the new DC Universe is going to show off that Marvel forgot and DC didn't originally get is patience. Need to spread this out and be patient. Need to sit back, evaluate and go things step by step in a logical manner. Otherwise you will lose your entire audience. And they're kind of trying to do that now, but it's a little too late. Honestly, the multiverse saga is so big that I'm afraid of what the mutant song is going to be. Cuz mutants sound like a lesser Universal threat than the idea of threatening both the universe inside of a multiverse. Diverse should be like the last big Grand thing you do, not the stepping stone to something else.
I wanted to make my own comic universe one day and I have ideas for the multiverse. That being having four different universes. The main universe is comic based. As the second is manga based. With the third being this animal kingdom and a mirror universe to the comic universe. With the biggest bad being born in the centre of all of them. Sharing the traits from each one. It also have different characters such as the manga universe having someone based on Vegeta. As the comic one doesn’t, but has a character based on comic heroes.

4:50 I would disagree with the point that filmmakers should not touch the concept of the multiverse just because they aren't able to fulfill the hype of expected cameos from the audience. Tried to directly attack Wanda resulting in stretching and spaghetti-like dismemberment of the Fantastic Four's genius leader 😅 But during the rewatch of that film I understood that Reed actually recognizes that by killing the Scarlet Witch, they would be killing the innocent Wanda Maximoff whose body was being used to dreamwalk. Reed wanted her to surrender so they could avoid that. So he was smart after all 😂😂😂 So multiverse's rules are complicated but poor writing superseded that.

That makes his powers not just fking useless, but also dangerous for him to ever use. Hes supposed to be one of the strongest beeings in Marvel history and you kill him off like that? What I was hyped about was the Mr. Fantastic and Prof. X cameos, which were already confirmed. And they introduction was gold, I was very happy when I saw them.
The problem was Marvel throwing them away 5 minutes later, in SUCH a STUPID way, which made me feel betrayed and disgusted. (also the handeling of Wanda suddenly beeing full evil, but no need to have that discussion again) I mean honestly, the "smartest man in the universe" is acting plain out dumb, even for an average human, and since fking when can you just brake Prof. X neck in your own mind and kill him?! That makes his powers not just fking useless, but also dangerous for him to ever use. Hes supposed to be one of the strongest beeings in Marvel history and you kill him off like that? Nah I will never accept this decision.
THIS is what STILL makes this movie feel like one of the worst MCU projects ever to me. I bet objectively its not a bad movie, but they shouldnt have played with my feelings like that. If they never included these characters, it would have been an okay movie to me, and I wouldnt have left the cinema extremely mad and disapointed.
*TOM CRUISE AS SUPERIOR IRON MAN*

all ur points for problem one and two is just "its too confusing" but if you watch all the movies its not?? like marvel isnt supposed to be s flat story when you can jump in at any time
Rick and Morty does the best multiverse stories. End of the story.
there is no anchor point for the timeline that was made up from the guy that worked at the *tva* (idk his name) the reason why the timeline was going to die is bc of the machine that kills the timeline
Don't forget about Sonic Prime the way they wrote the multiverse in that show was awful.
The actual multiverse movies were a lot of success...NWH made over 1.9 billion..MOM made over 950 million..DnW just crossed 1 billion in 3 weeks.Loki is the most successful series ever on disney+ ...
The non multiverse movies were the problem...
Most of you listed because nostalgia factor and not because multiverse concept is the main drawing point.
@@Kaisar9000 without multiverse none of it would happen..da
@@lanalan4157 Deadpool 3 will not reach billions without returning nostalgia factor like Hugh Jackman, if Wolverine casted by another actor it will not reach billions guaranteed.
Hence why Multiverse factor is not the main drawing point.
@@Kaisar9000 again...multiverse means different universes..Thats the point ..without multiverse you will have no Wolverine..how thick are you lol
Across spider verse is not a masterpiece Deadpool and wolverine the billion dollar budget Deadpool wolverine is a masterpiece
Fan service movie nothing else
How dare you
Bruv even 10 years old GenAlpha kid can understand multiverse by watching the skibidi toilet multiverse series than the grown ass normies🤣
