Or believed things that are entirely incorrect. Victoria Alonso I think is the producer that believed fans only care about the powers and therefore, you could give the Ironman armor, Cap's shield, Thor's hammer, Hulks gamma based powers, Black Panther's everything, to any ole person, typically a woman, and fans would love it. Girls would "see themselves" in traditionally male fan properties and want to see them, boys would stick around cuz they love powers, not people. In reality? Borderlands, an IP loved mostly by males, has a girl boss and 2 grandma bosses. On a $120 million budget + marketing, it made about $10 million on its opening weekend. Marvels and Madame Web didn't do much better. Furiosa did terribly and it was a bit unfair as, despite the marketing, Furiosa is reportedly not a girl boss. Released this weekend with Borderlands is, "It Ends with Us". $25 million budget chick flick. $50 in its opening weekend. Just give people what they want.
Yeah.. this makes sense. Did we NEED a Black Widow film AFTER she died already?? Did we NEED tons of television shows that force us to now care about 10-20 television shows on top of the 30-40 films?? The “team-up” film at the END of PHASE 4 should have been FANTASTIC FOUR. This is one the biggest franchises in MARVEL and we are going to be forced to CARE about them 1 film before AVENGERS.
Endgame and Infinity war set the bar so high up in the superhero genre for me to the point none of the other hero shows or movies to release never even gave me half the hype I felt when I watched Endgame and Infinity War. Also the multiverse sht just destroys any hype, I'm so tired of it
I agree, the Multiverse makes any conflict and danger meaningless. Why mourn over a deceased character if he simply exists in another universe, in a slightly different incarnation.
I’ll admit Deadpool and wolverine didn’t look as good as it could have (cheap cgi and basically one shooting location the whole time) BUT it was still stupid fun! I hope more with Deadpool arises. Still say Deadpool should take over the Stan Lee cameos
Give credit where credit is due. Most of the budget was on the cameos and the effects were still really great imo. And yes deadpool should be the next cameos since of course he's marvel jesus
Not every cgi was cheap. Maybe one time just before the other deadpool regenerate. Wolverine is in cgi and you can see it. However the rest is dope. To mention the intro had badass cgi.
im surprised the movie was so good despite how rushed it was. Jackman was announced and started training immefietyl and they started filming 5 months later and were planning on having it delivered in a year. Then the writers strike stopped filming and the release date got pushed back just a smidge, and then they had to go back to finish filming. They had that movie done on time, AND under budget. And honestly it show with some of the CGI and locations stuff they did, but hey! It fucking worked cause the story characters, acting and delivery were on fucking point.
Marvel CGI has never been the strongest, I can accept that visuals aren't everything and turn my brain off for those unless they are genuinely that bad.
Yeah, post-Endgame, Marvel has been tanking for me, the ONLY movies I actually liked post-Endgame are the two Spider-Man movies and Deadpool and Wolverine

Yk, I remember after Endgame came out I wondered “how is Marvel ever gonna get any better than this? This is not just a movie, it’s an emotion!” And I still think that five years later, as it’s still my favorite comic book movie. It set a bar so high that many are failing to live up to, or at least come close to it.
Nothing can live up to that experience. We have smaller episodes building up to tell a main story but using movies to do that was just innovative and ambitious. Even if someone else pulls something like this again in the future it won't have the same effect as this. We will always come back to this 20-30 years from now and compare it with anything that manages to pull this off again.

Even though they were a bit formulaic, there was a consistent level of quality pre-game that did a lot to develop a loyal fan base that would be willing to watch anything they released. Now that they've switch to a quantity over quality approach, it's not worth taking a chance on them in theaters anymore for the most part.
The show was great at first but not so good at the end. “They’ll never know what you sacrificed.” Um. No. Scarlet Witch kidnapped an entire town and tortured them till the citizens preferred death. Scarlet W. sacrificed nothing because she took what wasn’t hers in the first place.
Putting No Way Home before Multiverse of Madness doesn't make much sense when you think about the timeline. WandaVision takes place within a month after Endgame, and Multiverse of Madness is a close sequel to that show. Far From Home takes place MONTHS after Endgame, and No Way Home is its direct sequel. Not 100% the reason, but that ain't helping either. At best, they're cutting their potential customers by half, and not attracting someone new to replace them. Because those people are looking for a cause to fight to, not to be entertained by superhero movies.
@@StriderVM of course but what do you except, without a story, lack of character building, lack of emotion, no struggle at all. Other heroes get strong by suffering all those hardships then learn how to be stronger. The key component is how to better yourself, challenge yourself, and work hard. But now, you don't need to do anything, just realise what you are. Just embrace yourself as it is, don't need to better yourself, be that bitch, be the how, and boom you are now stronger than a God, what a shitty writing
@@DaNoobmaster69 That's actually a side effect of the "wokeism" you're saying. That's why I said they're just looking for a fight, not to enjoy superhero movies. They present the stories they want, which unfortunately veers into focusing on the "literal" character themselves (I'm a woman, therefore I'm better than men for example) rather than let the story shape the character. Normally in fiction this has a trope name, it's "Mary Sue" and people who read fiction tend to not like such characters. Because they make them literally flawless.
I don't think that super hero fatigue is a real thing. People were never getting tired of super heroes, people were getting tired of bad movies that had super heroes in them. All of DCEU was hot garbage other than James Gunn's The Suicide Squad. And 4/5 of Marvels movies were 5/10 slogs during Phase 4 onward. But then we get some magic here or there like Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 (also directed by James Gunn) which shows how we can still get masterpieces also long as a skilled person with a vision makes the movie. I don't think that the MCU will be saved, it's too far gone. The DCU has some serious promise because James Gunn is the best comic book to Movie or TV Series adaptor that we've seen yet.
"Captain Marvel" is so far from an "important Marvel character," I'm REALLY surprised you ACTUALLY said it. Her comic has had more reboots, and more FAILURES, than ANY other character in Marvel history. Maybe you meant that was what the plan was, but it was never actually true. Love your content regardless... 😀

I think the core reason it fell of after endgame is because they started making tv shows like the only exception is Loki but every thing else was horrible, basically it was quantity over quality.
Chaves felt like a walking talking Macguffin her whole story is that she has a power that everyone wants and there is no personality to her its just exposition dumps i didn't care for her in the film she honestly could have been traded for an object and nothing would change
you're definitely missing out on the amazing shows honestly, WandaVision, Loki, and Agatha All Along are honestly big redeeming factors for the franchise
I love how this is still a topic of discussion in 2024, when anyone with eyes could see the MCU was a mess when the Netflix series' were coming out. During that time, we were told the series could not be more directly tied in because of timing and one project not knowing how the other would end. now They release 2-3x as many series and people are still acting surprised lol

The ONLY reason Captain Marvel did so well in the box office is because it came out between infinity war and endgame. I’ve never thought “let me watch captain marvel again”. It’s bad.
they should start at the end of endgame again and retcon everything that happaned after it. Start new and make it right, everybody will benefit from that
Politics played a role too. Choosing to replace so many of the original characters with female versions, basically all at once turned off a lot of people. And even most of the few who weren't fully replaced had a female version of them make an appearance. Even female characters had new female replacements. Hulk - She-Hulk Hawkeye - Kate Bishop Iron Man - Ironheart Thor - Jane Foster (briefly) Loki - Girl Loki Black Panther - Shuri Captain America - Captain Carter (Alternate universe, but still) Ant-Man - Wasp AND Cassie (two female replacements!) Captain Marvel - Ms. Marvel Black Widow - Yelena There may be more but those are the first ten that came to mind, almost all within the same phase and people started to notice a... trend.

Mr headcannon I wanted to request .. for you to make the videos abit longer for us the public like 25 to 30mins long to understand the concepts being explained. If that's okay please 🙏🏼
Me and the fiancé just watched the original guardians, we kept asking, what happened to marvel, these stories used to be so good . I don’t even get excited for marvel anymore, they aren’t writing good stories or characters anymore
Marvel should have kept to 1 or two movies per year and then make one main Tv show called marvel universe or something that is a 20+ episode Tv show that keeps us up to date with various characters each episode, then from time to time keep adding new characters and see which ones resonate with audiences. Keep them on the show give them big arch’s and then either make a limited series spin off or a Tv movie with them depending on the ratings. If one character is very popular add him or her to the to the avengers. Like make it so that only avengers members have movies (similar to what they are doing now I guess but make it a clearer divide for the fans).
To add variation to Disney+ (to get more subscribers), create an animation universe similar to what was done with Spider-Man in the 90s, but this time base it off xmen 97’ (again make that a 20+ episode show and add characters etc)
They just had too much to try to keep up with, too many post credit scenes not paying off, and lack of Avengers film at the end of the phases. No Way Home had the advantage of a team up, other than that, it was boring. The last great MCU film was Infinity War.
This question is actually valid who will be new trinity? Caption marvel❌️❌️ Venom , Spider man ✅️ but he is a part of sony I would want loki to be a anti hero rather than a hero Only person I can think of would be winter soldier as captain america , rhodes or jamy instead of ironheart for Iron man , For thor It can be hulk from thor ragnarok

4:44 being perfectly honest here only the bad writers and actors went on strike
I mean Endgame was the main course and then the MCU was like "you guys are still hungry, right? Take some of this food home, please."
We are not stupid. The fans know it when you are milking us with the full fan service.
Black Panther 2, Shang-Chi and GOTG3 were great. D&W too.
You are good my guy, good content
Biggest reason is Wokesim Shhitt, nothing else
Women empowerment bro..😂😂
Agatha all along was more than great ya'll r Just complaining about everything its literally their best show.
captain marvel was not important, she is a c tier hero
Nice Brother Keep up❤
Thanks! 👏
Bad luck? More like bad decisions
Well, for Chadwick, it was bad luck that he passed away.
Deadpool and Wolverine is dopest movie ive ever seen...Thank you Ryan
Well Agatha was very good
you usin Davinci resolve? nice great video, keep it up! ^^
Shang chi sitting in the corner
How is everyone just forgetting about spiderman no way home lmfao
That isn't MCU. That's Sony.
@@christianmoya5268 All of Tom's spider-man movies are actually MCU because while Sony owns the movie rights they're sharing him with Disney/Marvel which means the MCU makes those solo movies but Sony gets the profit
@@christianmoya5268 Still MCU because they're sharing the character right now
And black panther 2 like those were really good
Marvel did bad by not putting Loki
in Doctor Strange or Love and Thunder, but oh well.
I agree that everything changed after Endgame.
I have more subs yet your content is easily 100x better and you deserve to have so many more subs
I stopped watching Marvel after Endgame.
you're definitely missing out on the amazing shows honestly, WandaVision, Loki, and Agatha All Along are honestly big redeeming factors for the franchise
Deadpool and Wolverine is the project that changed marvel forever
I love how this is still a topic of discussion in 2024, when anyone with eyes could see the MCU was a mess when the Netflix series' were coming out. During that time, we were told the series could not be more directly tied in because of timing and one project not knowing how the other would end. now They release 2-3x as many series and people are still acting surprised lol
Quantu-diarrhea is the only mcu movie I haven't rewatched and there's no way I'm jumping into this radioactive pig crap silo. On a quiet night you can still hear the shell of Paul Rudd shouting "Cassie" in the distance...
The ONLY reason Captain Marvel did so well in the box office is because it came out between infinity war and endgame. I’ve never thought “let me watch captain marvel again”. It’s bad.
It’s because they killed rdj and that’s why they’re bringing him back.
They knew the mcu wasn’t the mcu without rdj..
they should start at the end of endgame again and retcon everything that happaned after it. Start new and make it right, everybody will benefit from that
Politics played a role too. Choosing to replace so many of the original characters with female versions, basically all at once turned off a lot of people. And even most of the few who weren't fully replaced had a female version of them make an appearance. Even female characters had new female replacements.
Hulk - She-Hulk
Hawkeye - Kate Bishop
Iron Man - Ironheart
Thor - Jane Foster (briefly)
Loki - Girl Loki
Black Panther - Shuri
Captain America - Captain Carter (Alternate universe, but still)
Ant-Man - Wasp AND Cassie (two female replacements!)
Captain Marvel - Ms. Marvel
Black Widow - Yelena
There may be more but those are the first ten that came to mind, almost all within the same phase and people started to notice a... trend.
does anyone even remember there was a movie called Eternals?
Shhhhh🤫🤫 if we ignore it as a collective species then it'll cease to exist
4:47 with Hugh Jackman wolverine how would they mess up now we already seen it but I renew it it was going to be good from the beginning
0:09 Nahhh, the Guardians of the galaxy 3 is by me (and I am not the only one) also great film after Endgame, I even think that, it´s better than the second Guardians
Shang-Chi is my favorite Phase 4 film
Losing Chad was bad luck... not being able to understand that they couldn't rely on Spiderman and Carol was just incompetence.
even though i still want more from marvel especially after the infinity saga, i still find Shang chi, loki, moon knight, deadpool and wolverine and miss marvel very good aditions to the MCU, especially Shang chi like that movie is goated
Spiderman across the spiderverse was amazing too
We wanted the bar to be raised higher 🍵🗿
What your saying is very true.. I feel like the some of the series wea the ones that killed the marvel in a way
Mr headcannon I wanted to request .. for you to make the videos abit longer for us the public like 25 to 30mins long to understand the concepts being explained. If that's okay please 🙏🏼
Slow the video down that way it’s longer💡
I hope it comes back
7:07 ? Media offline
saw that too lool
Deadpool saved the mcu.
What's going on with "media offline"? Its distracting
TBH killing off iron man, Thanos, and cap to have a DCU schizophrenic iron man and cap is crazy RIP the MCU it really was the endgame 🥶
Don’t know why but the post credit scene in Venom 2 made me feel like Venom is gonna save the mcu along with Deadpool in Secret Wars
Me and the fiancé just watched the original guardians, we kept asking, what happened to marvel, these stories used to be so good . I don’t even get excited for marvel anymore, they aren’t writing good stories or characters anymore
Nah, Cap Marvel got that money cuz released between freaking Infinity War and Endgame, the movie sucked bro 🙄
2:47 Moon Knight turned out well ?
Are you on drugs bro?
i would love to see loki in "love and thunder" and "madness of multiverse". May be in another timeline !
Caption marvel❌️❌️
Venom , Spider man ✅️ but he is a part of sony
I would want loki to be a anti hero rather than a hero
Only person I can think of would be winter soldier as captain america , rhodes or jamy instead of ironheart for Iron man , For thor It can be hulk from thor ragnarok
Thinking MoonKnight and Loki turned out well is a part of swallowing everything. Who were the heroes and true main characters doing everything?
I'm one of the few (or perhaps the only one) while doesn't like Endgame. The MCU died for me after Infinity War. I got some hope back with No Way Home and Deadpool and Wolverine. Just some.
Whats up with the media offline?
*Hahaha! Brie Larson thinking she was the future of the MCU. She & her fan hating well lets face it. Man hating ended up costing the company MILLIONS. She's done in the MCU & hopefully making movies altogether she sucks.*
It's obvious that they valued quantity of quality
If daredevil is bad the coffin is closed
