As soon as i saw 80 ABI i said thats lucemon 100% still gonna get him even tho it will take a while

They are available in all versions of the game. They arent dlc.

No, lucemon is just an extremely hard grind. It will take you a while to get him. On top of all of the digivolving/de-digivolving you will have to do to raise the ABI, some of the items that you need to raise the necsesary stats, you get them in the later game.
A-DSplay101 is it possible if i apply ‘brainy patch’ on tokomon so the INT raises drastically?
yeah. any digimon can get any patch.
You don't need to have played the previous game to get lucemon
I know this is a very late comment, but no, you do not need to complete the game to get Lucemon, you only need to meet his Digivolution requirements.
As a tip to help the grind become a bit less tedious and time-consuming, put a "Brainy" Tokomon on a DigiFarm that is equipped with one or more Study Rooms, and then set that DigiFarm to do Intense Training (should take just 30 mins at the cost of a large CAM drop, but CAM isn't needed for Rookie Lucemon so that doesn't matter, and you can easily enough grind that lost CAM back once you have Lucemon). Once the training is done, the Tokomon in question should now have a +30-40 to their INT stat, and this bonus to INT will count towards what you need to get Lucemon. From there, just grind up Tokomon's levels until it's INT stat hits 130 and you should be able to get Lucemon. The 130 INT requirement on Tokomon is the hardest part of getting Lucemon.
Also, PlatinumNumemon and a bunch of Tactician USBs (you can get them from the 1K YEN Development option on the DigiFarm, though it's pretty rare, it can be done very early in the game, and the only other source of those USBs that I know of is to try farming them from enemy PlatinumNumemon which can sometimes drop them). One of the easiest ways to get PlatinumNumemon is to get an Etemon that has at least 10 ABI and then just get it to level 65 and Etemon should then be able to Digivolve into PlatinumNumemon. Getting a second and even third PlatinumNumemon will speed up the level grinding process even more as well.
Rookie Lucemon isn't actually that hard to obtain, he just takes a bit of time to get as long as you know what to do.

It's still a grind. It's no cheap way to get him. It's just showing you easier ways to raise the stats to get him.
