I'd recommend de-digivolving to etemon and back, or digivolve GoldNumemon to Vademon and de-digivolve back and digivolve to PlatinumNumemon, this way you get Nightmare 3, a powerful dark attack for your PlatinumNumemon to use to make fights go a bit faster.
as of complete edition this advice is no longer useful since PlatinumNumemon was rebalanced, it now has 999 def, very low int and below average att. Nightmare III is still a decent move to pick up for them, but there way better options.

As long as you have 3 Platinumnumemon and 9 Tact USBs you can grind anywhere. Rookies give about 8-10k exp Champions give around 20k exp Ultimates give 40k-100k exp and ofc if there are 3 enemies you get even more. Megas will give even more exp, but you dont actually need to fight Megas to effectively level up.
Other games: "Do exploit one through fifteen and you may earn 3 times exp! Maybe even 5 times!" Cyber sleuth games: "Get three PlatinumNumemon and nine tactician USBs. Now, you might think that's a lot. But! You can craft tactician USBs, you only need nine and we literally have you something that makes save scumming very fucking easy, so you can get them in one to five hours, depending on where you are in the game. No granted, getting PNmon is more difficult since it is a Mega, but if you're early in game you can also get PlatinumSukamon for the moment." Early players: "So, how bad is the multiplier?" CS: "Now please don't be mad but it's only like 15 times." Early players: "...Excuse me, WHAT?" Late game players: "Yeah, they're pretty effective, aren't they?"
Another way for early game (personally only at chapter 8) if you don't have Digital Space 1 is to get the full team (3 Platinumnumemon and 9 Tactician USBs) and then farm at Digital Network III, guaranteed 30k exp per battle unless you meet birdramon, then 15k. Unfortunately takes a lot of farming and only gives a good rate till about lvl 50 then starts to slow down at about 2-4 lvls per battle till you hit lvl 70 then about 1-2 lvls per battle. Only problem is that you'll only have room in your team for one mega, 2 ultimates, 3-4 champions, 5-6 rookies, or 8 in-trainings (assuming you have 80 capacity at this point and are training all of the same generation, amounts differ if combining multiple generations). Only personally have about 14 Megas in 40 hours, but thats cause for like half that time I was doing the story, then afterwards I focused on the farming. Also took 20 hours for so little cause I was after a few with certain harder conditions like Lucemon FM, Belphemon, and Beelzemon. After timing how long it takes to make it to lvl 99 using Digital Network III, it takes an Ultimate Generation digimon to reach lvl 99 in approximately 15 minutes while it takes a Mega Generation digimon to reach lvl 99 within 20 minutes (slow, but still pretty decent for early on). As for other times, for both generations you can reach lvl 50 in under 3 minutes and lvl 70 in about 6-7 minutes. If capacity is a concern, then PlatinumSukamon may be used with 6 total usbs instead of 9, but you save a total of 30 capacity from 48 down to 18 in exchanged for dropping exp gain from 4000% to 3200% efficiency. (Ex. With 9 usbs you can go from 770 exp to 31,000 but with 6 usbs you go from 770 to about 24,000)

Hard and Normal battles give the same amount of EXP. i usually farm on Normal, even though i play on Hard. it's just making a grueling task somewhat more palatable
PlatinumNumemon gives +100xp per digimon and can hold 3. 3x PlatinumSakamon gives 17.5x xp when all 6 items are Tactician USBs 3x PlatinumNumemon gives 40x xp when all 9 items are Tactician USBs 3x Plat Sakamon with max items = 17.5x multiplier (100+600)* (1+1.5) = 1750% or 17.5x where 3x Plat Numemon with max items = 40x multipler (100+900)* (1+3) = 4,000% or 40x So answer is Numemon is slightly over twice as fast at the cost of 30 more memory, 6*3 compared to 16*3.
Is this game like Dawn/Dusk, where if you allow a Digimon to level up a lot more than needed for their digivolution, then once you do digivolve them they'll be much stronger than had you done it at the exact level?
I get about 90k xp per fight in kowloon level 5 pits. You can literally do this at the start of the game, sadly I only have 80 memory so far so I can't level up a whole squad :(
Hey nice video I have a doubt. It happens if a digimon evolve without reaching the maximum level? as an example develop my Greymon to level 45 which was the maximum and evolve MetalGreymon. I want to know if somehow affects not reach the maximum level it is necessary to reach the maximum level in order to develop and ensure the highest possible level in the next evolution?
The only thing you get from waiting to digivolve (or de-digivolve) after level cap as opposed to the required level is a higher ability stat, which is a good stat to max anyway as it increases stat thresholds.
Sakamon gives 50% bonus with 2 items and Numemon gives 100% with 3 items, 3x Plat Sakamon with max items = 17.5x multiplier (100+600)* (1+1.5) = 1750% or 17.5x where 3x Plat Numemon with max items = 40x multipler (100+900)* (1+3) = 4,000% or 40x Sakamon is easier and faster early game when you have limited Memory since it only takes 6 memory rather then 16 memory so if you use 3 Numemons in say start of Chapter 5 you can really only be leveling 1 other digimon at a time where 3 Sakamon you can be doing 3 others making it quicker when you want multiple leveled up at the same time, but slower if you are focusing one 1-2 only. I just finished chapter 5 and I am using 2 Numemon and 1 Sakamon for a xp multiply of 31.5x with the ability to level 2 others at the same time, so Sakamon has its place, but it only lasts for a chapter or two before you might as well go full Numemon.
anyone know where to find brave point a ? the guide say it drop from vikemon on nakano underpass at chapter 16 , but no vike mon there after i got chapter 16
finally i get brave point A from development in farm , i use 4 farm each have 9 mega digimon with builder personality and i use the save and load exploit , when development need 1 min to finish i save the game than when the item come i check , if no brave point A i load the game again
Because you are probably thinking PlatinumSakamon the evolution 2 ranks below PlatinumNumemon which has 999 defense but level 1 HP starts at 10 and it slowly raises, where as Numemon doesn't have that stupid high defense but does have real health. Plat Sakamon is a +50% xp bonus per digimon and only holds 2 items where Numemon is +100% per digimon and holds 3 items. 3x Plat Sakamon with max items = 17.5x multiplier (100+600)* (1+1.5) = 1750% or 17.5x where 3x Plat Numemon with max items = 40x multipler (100+900)* (1+3) = 4,000% or 40x
@@hockeyhacker97 he didn't ask that, what he needs to know is that this guy likely digivolved and de-digivolved the PlatinumNumemon's enough to raise ABI to 200 and then trained them using the digifarm to increase HP and SP as well since they seem to have higher SP than their base max too.
When you digivolve, and de-digivolve a monste you increase a stat for them called ABI, in complete edition this ABI can be capped at 200. The most efficient way to max ABI is to lvl up a digimon to max then digivolve or de-digivolve it to a prior stage. With 200 ABI you can put them on a digifarm, and using the training command to train them in a stat (you should search the web about guides, there are some on gamefaqs with all the details), the stats that are increased this way can be raised by 150 max, and total (in a single stat or spread by many, but not 150 points each). For HP each of these 150 points you can increase actually counts as 10 points since a max, extra 150 HP would be useless. That's how he raised their HP, and also their SP from what we see on the video.
@@admontblanc Actually no, the difference was between the original version of the game and the remake with both games. They did a re balance when they re released it even with max ABI there is no way to get 2K health on a Digimon that has a max health of 100. Between the original version and the re release they changed it from high HP with normal defense to very low HP with max defense. But in the original version there was a difference in stats between the lower gen one and the higher gen one where one had high defense but no HP and the other had higher HP but normal defense. Real easy to get those two confused since they have almost identical passive skills and look almost identical as well, kind of like how Muk and Grimer look almost identical in Pokemon.
@@hockeyhacker97 PlatinumNumemon has 890HP at level 99 in complete edition without ABI training. And I bet that's the version he's playing. I'm well aware that rebalances were from HM, but complete edition comes with all that in CS itself. Here's a site where you can see for yourself. digidb.io/
Because you are thinking of PlatinumSakamon which gives a =50% bonus xp per one and can only hold 2 items, where as PlatinumNumemon gives +100xp per digimon and can hold 3. 3x PlatinumSakamon gives 17.5x xp when all 6 items are Tactician USBs 3x PlatinumNumemon gives 40x xp when all 9 items are Tactician USBs The way the items and digimon work is the xp bonus is additive for items and additive for digimon but multiplicitive between the two, so if you have 9 USBs that increases your xp 900% up to 10x and then if you have 3 PlatinumNumemon that then multiples that 10x by another 4 because it adds 300% to the base 100 multiplied by that 1,000% making it 4,000% or 40x. If you want to double check that it is easy to check the math by going into the first instance where the normal xp is 48 or 52 depending on which 2 digimon show up. I did a lot of testing to see how the items and digimon effected the xp rate and found that is how it works.
@@hockeyhacker97 i know that, but that's not i talking about hehe. i asking why P-Numemon defense not 999 as i know. why his P-Numemon doesn't have 999 defense. that's what i asking about :) not about exp calculate.
@@dodiauliareza4942 Umm you didn't read the first part, PlatinumSakamon is the one that has 999 def, it has a similar Special Skill and looks some what similar and is probably the one you are thinking about 999 defense. PSakamon has max defense but very very low health and PNumemon has normal defense but also normal health as well. My point in comparing the two is that you probably mixed up PNumemon for PSakamon because it is PSakamon that has the 999 def. Edit: I see what you mean when looking in the "Pokedex" on the PC Complete edition, maybe it was just something they rebalanced between the PS version and the rerelease because all the Playstation versions I am seeing that digimon has good health normal defense while as the "Complete edition" it's stats are more in line with PlatinumSakamon, so it is probably just a balance thing for when they combinded the two games and the newer Digimon in Hackers Memory got added to CyberSlueth... go check other Playstation/Vita videos they are all like that where Plat Numemon has more normal stats, only "The Complete Edition" has its stats more like Numemon.

Quick question bro. I'm still early in the game, but when I get to this part, do I have to put the story or something on hold for the area to remain open, or will the fights there always be available?
Havoc Surge You don't have to put the game on hold, this area is only his preferred area. You can use any other area in mirror dungeon if you want. Although, you should still be able to get to this area whenever you want. Other than that though, quick tips are if data capacity is a concern, you can drop using PlatinumNumemons for PlatinumSukamons and although you drop from 9 total usbs being used to only 6, you also save 30 capacity. Although, you exp gain also takes a hit and goes from 4000% efficiency to only about 3200%. (Ex. 31,000 exp from 770 using 9 usbs would drop to about 24,000 exp from 770 using 6 usbs, and that just means that it would be even better exp gain from areas that give more base exp without boosts)(I say only 31,000 with full team because this is using mirror dungeon Digital Network III since only personally on chapter 8)
DinoRex Gaming I know this is an old comment, but I just wanted to clarify, it is extremely easy to get multiple lvl 99s early on (in my case in chapter 8 and only takes about 20 minutes to get a lvl 99 Mega Generation using the full setup) as long as you grind up to 3 platinumnumemon (may take longer depending on skillset you want on them) and then wait out 7-9 tactician usbs. After getting that lineup, the only real issue is capacity since platnumemon take up so much space, so you would just have to make due with platsukamon and 6 usbs in the meantime, which is still a lot of exp. The only other issue at this point is just how much you're willing to spend grinding exp (in my case i spent a good 20+ hours for about 14 megas, 3 of which have maxed API and are obtained after meeting certain conditions which is why I don't have more)(the certain conditions digimon I mentioned were Lucemon SM, Belphemon, and Beelzemon Blast Mode, along with another one or two) along with a decent location available early on that would gift a decent amount of exp to be able to help with later/higher lvls when grinding. I used digital space III where with 3 platnume and 8 usbs it was a guaranteed 30k exp per battle unless you met a certain enemy, then it was 15k. It would give multiple lvls to about 50, then slows down to 2-4 till 70, then only about 1-2 lvls per battle till maxed. Although, because of the limited capacity early on, the number of digimon someone can bring along when grinding is very limited depending on what they're trying to work up to.
Lol i know, I never knew i had the difficulty on Hard, so it was alot harder, and it took alot longer for me to gain EXP, once i put it on Normal, and started doing things properly I did it.
I had a full party of 99s ( wargreymon, metalgarurumon, seraphimon) by chapter 5. You can use platinumsukamon instead. It's slower but you can do it much earlier. Especially if you pick haguramon as your starter like I did.
I'd like to clear one thing as +Dylan Lim said, you can get them very early on, just takes a lot of grinding and knowing which digivolution lines go to it. I had my 3 around the time you go into the ac where you first fight Knightmon (at least I think that's where you first fight him) as this area if you get the 3 digimon fight, which is I believe 2 peckmon and a Greymon (not positive on the Greymon part, it may actually be a Dorugamon), you get over 1k per fight without the PlatinumNumemon. I mean yes, it took me a few hours to get all 3 and the tactician USB's but it's worth it.
lol thats nothing i do 2 platnum with all tac and i also use shinegreymon on top of the tokyo builing to kill quick and devintley fast 120k exp per battle try that guys

WoooooooW this video was Awesome. Thank you man.
Does being on Hard Mode make EXP halved? or is it just upping the Attribute Advantage, alongside Type Weakness?
Hard and Normal battles give the same amount of EXP. i usually farm on Normal, even though i play on Hard. it's just making a grueling task somewhat more palatable
Don't know if you'll respond but - how do you unlock akihabara digital shift I've done it but not unlocked it.
After chapter 17, I believe
yeah is there a big difference if you platinum sukamon?
oh thanks man
Also they should be weakier
But if you have platinum numerous and you fight a platinum sukaimon you get crazy bat shit amount of EXP too
PlatinumNumemon gives +100xp per digimon and can hold 3.
3x PlatinumSakamon gives 17.5x xp when all 6 items are Tactician USBs
3x PlatinumNumemon gives 40x xp when all 9 items are Tactician USBs
3x Plat Sakamon with max items = 17.5x multiplier (100+600)* (1+1.5) = 1750% or 17.5x where
3x Plat Numemon with max items = 40x multipler (100+900)* (1+3) = 4,000% or 40x
So answer is Numemon is slightly over twice as fast at the cost of 30 more memory, 6*3 compared to 16*3.
so they do stack is that the same for the barriers dx items too ? and i ghrind at the top of the last stage
thank you for this!
Is this game like Dawn/Dusk, where if you allow a Digimon to level up a lot more than needed for their digivolution, then once you do digivolve them they'll be much stronger than had you done it at the exact level?
It gives you more abi if you wait
Doesn’t look like it, but did you find out yourself already?
I get about 90k xp per fight in kowloon level 5 pits. You can literally do this at the start of the game, sadly I only have 80 memory so far so I can't level up a whole squad :(
Hey nice video
I have a doubt. It happens if a digimon evolve without reaching the maximum level? as an example develop my Greymon to level 45 which was the maximum and evolve MetalGreymon. I want to know if somehow affects not reach the maximum level
it is necessary to reach the maximum level in order to develop and ensure the highest possible level in the next evolution?
The only thing you get from waiting to digivolve (or de-digivolve) after level cap as opposed to the required level is a higher ability stat, which is a good stat to max anyway as it increases stat thresholds.
Which area is this?
Try the Tokyo metropolitan office
If you need another easyer say just use platinum sukemon
Sakamon gives 50% bonus with 2 items and Numemon gives 100% with 3 items,
3x Plat Sakamon with max items = 17.5x multiplier (100+600)* (1+1.5) = 1750% or 17.5x where
3x Plat Numemon with max items = 40x multipler (100+900)* (1+3) = 4,000% or 40x
Sakamon is easier and faster early game when you have limited Memory since it only takes 6 memory rather then 16 memory so if you use 3 Numemons in say start of Chapter 5 you can really only be leveling 1 other digimon at a time where 3 Sakamon you can be doing 3 others making it quicker when you want multiple leveled up at the same time, but slower if you are focusing one 1-2 only.
I just finished chapter 5 and I am using 2 Numemon and 1 Sakamon for a xp multiply of 31.5x with the ability to level 2 others at the same time, so Sakamon has its place, but it only lasts for a chapter or two before you might as well go full Numemon.
I need help on 15
anyone know where to find brave point a ? the guide say it drop from vikemon on nakano underpass at chapter 16 , but no vike mon there after i got chapter 16
at chapter 17 still no vikemon at nakano underpass , is the guide wrong ?
finally i get brave point A from development in farm , i use 4 farm each have 9 mega digimon with builder personality and i use the save and load exploit , when development need 1 min to finish i save the game than when the item come i check , if no brave point A i load the game again
Vikemon appears on the 49th floor of the toyko metropolitan office in chapter 19 and rarely drops brave point A items.
Thanks for the help
stuck on memory don't no how get
Nicholas Carroll this may be an old comment but it is via memory ups
How did you get your plat numemon to 2k hp?
Because you are probably thinking PlatinumSakamon the evolution 2 ranks below PlatinumNumemon which has 999 defense but level 1 HP starts at 10 and it slowly raises, where as Numemon doesn't have that stupid high defense but does have real health.
Plat Sakamon is a +50% xp bonus per digimon and only holds 2 items where Numemon is +100% per digimon and holds 3 items.
3x Plat Sakamon with max items = 17.5x multiplier (100+600)* (1+1.5) = 1750% or 17.5x where
3x Plat Numemon with max items = 40x multipler (100+900)* (1+3) = 4,000% or 40x
Here's a site where you can see for yourself. digidb.io/
why def not 999?
Because you are thinking of PlatinumSakamon which gives a =50% bonus xp per one and can only hold 2 items, where as PlatinumNumemon gives +100xp per digimon and can hold 3.
3x PlatinumSakamon gives 17.5x xp when all 6 items are Tactician USBs
3x PlatinumNumemon gives 40x xp when all 9 items are Tactician USBs
The way the items and digimon work is the xp bonus is additive for items and additive for digimon but multiplicitive between the two, so if you have 9 USBs that increases your xp 900% up to 10x and then if you have 3 PlatinumNumemon that then multiples that 10x by another 4 because it adds 300% to the base 100 multiplied by that 1,000% making it 4,000% or 40x.
If you want to double check that it is easy to check the math by going into the first instance where the normal xp is 48 or 52 depending on which 2 digimon show up. I did a lot of testing to see how the items and digimon effected the xp rate and found that is how it works.
@@hockeyhacker97 i know that, but that's not i talking about hehe.
i asking why P-Numemon defense not 999 as i know. why his P-Numemon doesn't have 999 defense. that's what i asking about :)
not about exp calculate.

Was playing with 3 PlatinumSukamons without usb and got my team to 99 casually playing the story 12 to 14 and some cases. But this is perfect to reach 99 with every Pokémon nice man thx
Edit: I got 10k per fight
I use 3 platinum sukamons with 1 USB and yet the most I get is 3k exp why is that?? Please reply
Does platinum sukemon works too?
it should yes
I love you.
Okay I'm gonna do this.
Can I do this at chapter 5? I mean I already have ultimate's.
ooo and i maniced to get belphymon 100 abi lvl 99 in 15 min all the way from lvl 1 0 abi haguramon by doing that method
Fuck'n shit brother make'n me feel pathetic XD
Can u still level up quick with just 1 plat nuememon
Quicker, yes. I can voch for it, but nowhere near as effective as he is doing.
This game is more confusing than the smt games. I am completely lost
Omg thx so much dude !
Realtalk: How can a literal pile of shit, which wouldn't even be an insult here, be the best exp farmer?
Thanks for this
Lol I knew I was never subscribed to an account like this bro you got hacked or something natrual woman wtf?
You can't get this early on, I'm pretty sure none has any level 99s early on
Seriously, lol why am i so shit at digimon.
My suggestion is to cut short on your talking and go straight to the point..
lol thats nothing i do 2 platnum with all tac and i also use shinegreymon on top of the tokyo builing to kill quick and devintley fast 120k exp per battle try that guys
I Do the same, 100k per fight. And 3 time faster. Three platsn Are to weak.
You really cant get megas until Chapter 7 this wont help for people early in the game sorry guys.
Errr im on chapter 5 and i have mirage gaogamon :v
Nope, you can actually can get it very early lol
