    Great workout!!!! Do you have a Tabata one with NO SQUATS? I have been feeling some tenderness in my knee, so I am trying to be careful. If you could suggest an alternative to squats... that would be great as well. Thank you for ALL of your hard work!

      I have knee friendly tabata cardio workouts. I would use deadlifts and any type of leg raise (front, lateral, back).

    Tjat seemed intense maybe because my mind is on visiting my sister on Thirs... I havent seen her in over 20yrs... My Samsung Watch 4 said I burned 160 calories... I'm def Sweaty Betty right now... Great quick burn with weights...

    😭😭😭....I can't do this type of exercises these days because I have a lot of pains in my arms I have to rest them no dumbells or kettlebells..😩😩😩
