Great workout!!!! Do you have a Tabata one with NO SQUATS? I have been feeling some tenderness in my knee, so I am trying to be careful. If you could suggest an alternative to squats... that would be great as well. Thank you for ALL of your hard work!
I have knee friendly tabata cardio workouts. I would use deadlifts and any type of leg raise (front, lateral, back).
