Wirjout #1: This was an intense dumbbell wirkout..workout... I'm so sweaty... Great toning moves for the total body... I used mostly an 8Lb set but for a few moves I used a 10Lb and a few moves I also used a 5Lb set... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general mode I burned 152 calories...
