✅ Ingredients: (3-4 people):
My cup volume = 200 ml
300 g (10.5 oz) spaghetti (durum wheat)
Cook al dente
30 g (1 oz) butter
4 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
2 tbsp flour
Mix well
500 ml (1 pint / 2 1/2 cups) milk, adding little by little
Mix and stir
Salt, pepper, paprika
Herb mix
Mix and stir and let the sauce simmer for 7-8 minutes
