    these are so insanely good. I made a batch and my family literally fought over the pieces. such a good butterscotch taste and the yoghurt/sour cream just made them divine!

    These are amazing! Made them today. I couldn’t find white chocolate chips so I just broke a white chocolate bar. Even so, the pieces were bigger, but it was so delicious, chunky, and creamy. Best blondie recipe ever!

    @mehndiartistqueen its pretty simple, if its heavier and or lighter (by a noticeable difference) than other eggs you just brought then its rotten or if you crack it and the yolk is brown or gray...do not confuse yolk that is reddish/orangish with a rotten egg, its more nutritious then yellow eggs XD

    For anyone watching in 2020 (or later), I suggest beginners try stews and soups first because these cook slowly and you can take your time and adjust the seasoning and whatnot. Not to mention the ingredients are usually cheaper.

    Hi, I know this question was not for me, but i thought i will answer it :)
    Gram is a weight measurement and cup is a volume measurement. about 120grams of flour is equal to a cup.

    enjoy your recipes, however, having to go through thousands of recipes to find the one on the video is so frustrating even the sorting takes times and there is no search bar :( I would appreciate if the link directly to the recipe could be posted on the videos :( can't be in a hurry when trying to find one...

    I've made these before and they turned out delicious, but I noticed that when I baked mine they didn't brown nearly as much as yours did, is it because my pan was a lot lighter in color than yours? Oh and I also doubled the recipe and put it in a 9x13 pan and baked it for about 30 min. They were still just as delicious but I think I would've wanted them to be browner

    there isn't a specific link i use. i just google cups to grams conversion or pounds to grams etc. sometimes you just have to work it out yourself... like an example is in this recipe it calls for 1/3 cup of butter... in 1 cup of butter there's 230g.. so this would be done as 1/3x230=76.6g...
    maybe get cup measurers for the dry ingredients.. they don't cost much and makes things easier... and then use your measuring jug for the liquids. that's what i do.

  • @LauraintheKitchen
    @LauraintheKitchen  12 років тому

    no it would not work. Vanilla extract is totally different than vanilla yogurt

    It’s a great recipe worth trying! I just have one question: when they come out of the oven they are super soft and delicious. However, an hour later when you try eating them again they are a bit hard like a cookie. Is this normal or the issue is with the oven temperature? Just wondering.. please guide me a little.
    Thanks:)
