    I make a dandelion summer salad with dandelions, yellow apples, fresh mint and cucumbers, I can add pineapple bits fresh and blueberries. The fruit makes it delicious . Thank you for the nutrional value of dandelion leaves.

    So, isthere anything that dandelion leeeaves dont have?
    I'm impressed. Would a health food market carry d. Leaves? After two things 3 yrs apar i lost weight now i m
    168 down from 225
    And i dont go to pizza hut or star ducks any more i stopped dr pepper now its mango by bolt house or coconut water from green coconuts i'm on you tube and googling 7 hrs a day several times no longer do i have snacks at the movies butter over popcorn pop and chocolate oh man i n lucky i m still on the planet u could say more but i need
    To stay cool😊

    Yeah i forgot...
    Those were stroke then bout five years later lymph edema, i had stage 4. Luckily i tooka one month program with paige and paige they are the best they are cerified phy. Therapists who took a summer course near san diego this wasaffiliated with univ of san diego
    I went from stage 4 L.E. to normal. Yes that was impressive😊

    I put the leaves in my green drink and mix in fresh salads. It has so many nutrients, benefits. Luv them. So good for you. You'll feel the difference.

      I do the same I put them in my smoothie and also make salad from dandelions. Very good anticancer benefits.

    Can we pick it from our yard to use it I mean is that is the one you are taking about or should we buy from store? But I never saw dandelion on any store in Canada

    I'm reluctant to harvest them from the lawn, but have grown them in pots. Prefer Italian dandelion. Steamed with wine vinegar and salt. In soupsand stews. As greens with potatoes. And yes, better than spinach.

    1 leaf a week. I have 2 plants here in the tropics. It is a miracle that they thrive in warmer environment. 278 mts altitude and enjoying mild weather.I suspect fatty liver in mine that is why I need dandelion leaves.

      I Live in Jamaica, which is in the Caribbean where we have summer all year long. Dandelions grow wild, in abundance here!

    i just made 2 gallons of dandelion tea👍 not sure if it stores good i never made this much before any idea if it stores good in fridge?

      Dandelion tea can be stored in the fridge for a few days, usually up to 3-4 days. To keep it fresh, place it in a sealed container or jar :)
