  • Johnny Depp Amber Heard trial: In another bizarre moment in the Depp Heard trial, Johnny Depp's bodyguard Malcolm Connolly was asked about whether he had seen Johnny Depp's member on March 8, 2015 to which the bodyguard replied 'I think I'd remember if I'd seen Mr Depp's penis'.

It's funny because they brought that up trying to discredit the testimony by claiming he was paid off to lie but really it just shows how nice JD is, it's not like he did all that just to bribe them into lying for a court case he never knew he was going to have in the first place... The way the witness so confidentially and happily said it really drove home that point too, who can abuse this man of lying when he's so open and honest? That might have worked in AH's favor if he was hesitant to speak about it, it would've implied he was a paid shill but he so openly joked about it that even the judge and jury laughed, no way they're going to interpret that as something to be used against him... 😂

There's no way staff of his calibre only get minimum wage! They are away from their families a lot, working anti social hours etc etc, they get paid a lot for those reasons. It's as if AH lawyers want the jury to think if he gets paid a decent wage his words have been paid for! I know it's their job to do this but it isn't working for them.

The way she goes from expressing doe eyes to mad face at her lawyer, until she realizes the camera is on her, to sadish expressionless face is creepy. Then when she glances over at Mr. Depp to see his reactions are very telling about her. The psychological evaluation on her is spot on! It also explains why she was copying Mr. Depp's wardrobe choices during the trial. And when other's start to notice and talk about it on the news she suddenly and abruptly stopped doing it. She definitely has issues that need to be addressed. I'm actually worried for the child in her care. Will the child's upbringing turn into a Joan Crawford situation if the child disappoints, disagrees, talks back to her, becomes "defiant" in her eyes, isn't what she deems "acceptable" in her views, doesn't "preform" to her liking, or just refuses to do as she tells them. I'm afraid for the child especially when the child is a toddler or teenager, that's when children can become "difficult" to handle for a lot of people. At those ages children can become unpredictable, and she's not going to like that. I wonder if that's what Joan Crawford had was BHPD?

To all survivors of domestic violence who weren't heard in court or who were treated as if they were the abuser, my heart is with you. We know the system doesn't support domestic violence victims. We know how abusers will ruin their victims' reputations on purpose. And, there's nothing we can do about it because we aren't wealthy celebrities. We know what it's like to lose a job from getting abused. We understand financial abuse and how it impacts us. We know how hard it is to prove the abuse in the real world. Most of the time, we don't even get a chance to defend ourselves. Even photos aren't enough because of the stigma ... "Why did they stay? What did they do?"
In the real world, we just have to learn how to forgive and let go. Moving on is our victory. 🙏💜🕊

You're absolutely right. I remember when my sister was trying to get full custody of her kids and I had to testify for her to make sure she would get her kids because her ex was very abusive, he would beat her so bad and he would do it in front of the kids, he almost killed her twice, so I testified about everything that I saw personally and his lawyer does the same thing that her lawyer does, he tried to trip me up, I made him look like a fool, also, for some reason, he kept making me get up to walk because I'm disabled, there was no reason for him to ask me to walk, I believe he was just being petty, so the third time, he tried it. The judge held him in contempt of court, it was glorious, it truly was, we laughed our asses off and because of me, she ended up getting full custody and a protective order so that he couldn't see her anymore or go near her anymore. He was a monster he still is. Yeah, these lawyers will act this way and try to trip people up, so what you're saying is absolutely right, take your time in answering and be very clear and concise when you do that. It will help you tremendously, if you rush it, you're going to say something you will regret because it won't come out the right way because of the way the lawyer is trying to spin it, these people ought to be ashamed of themselves, yes, everybody needs to be represented by a lawyer, so that innocent people don't go to prison, yes, I know some do, but what these types of lawyers are doing is trying to get people to say something and rush it to the point to where they say something they shouldn't say, and then it's on the record. Even if it's not accurate, just because they're rushing you, and it can make a person get confused, these lawyers are parasites, they don't really help anyone but I'm glad I was able to testify...

I'm not an attorney but I believe that both Amber Turd's legal team AND Johnny Depp's legal team have young attorneys who are basically "in training" working on this case. That is why some of them sound so nervous and/or inexperienced. Depp's team had a VERY young female attorney questioning a witness yesterday or the day before and while she certainly wasn't a stammering mess like this clown is, her voice was VERY rigid and unemotional. She sounded like she was a robot reading from a book as she questioned the witness.
It was the first time I had seen her so far in this case. Again, this isn't to throw shade at her because she sounded dramatically more competent than even the most experienced attorney on Amber Turd's team, but you could tell that she was extremely green around the gills. It may have even been the first time she EVER questioned a witness in front of a jury. The same thing applies to Amber Turd's team, although this guy looks WAAAAAAAY too old to be an "attorney-in-training", so the reality is that he is likely just a terrible attorney just as the rest of Amber Turd's attorneys are.

The problem with having a jury in high profile cases like this is that the jury has most likely already made their decision before court even started. The jurors may never admit it but it's literally impossible for them to be neutral bc there are so damn many different things that could sway their decision. Even if someone in court says something that is hearsay and an objection is made and it stands, the jury still heard what that hearsay is and will still make judgements based on that bc some will believe the hearsay and some wont

Johnny being nice, giving, helpful, respectful, understanding of his employees hard work and supporting them/helping them financially, being generous has been totally out of understanding for amber and her legal team. It went right above her head and their heads. They dont know people being helpful, giving, generous is act of kindness, it's nice/humble/respectful human gesture. But All they could think of is bribing with money. Because they are selfish people, who only know how to use and take from people. So, they have been trying to manipulate judge and court into thinking that Johnny has been bribing people with money, which is untrue and its ridiculous. We initially observe, judge and perceive people by the way we are as a person, through our own mentality, mindset, level of knowledge and level of understanding. So, they are just showing their own true self, they are just defining themselves, not Johnny. They, specially amber is further exposing herself of being non giving, unkind, selfish, using people for her own benefits, own financial gain, career boost. So, she doesnt understand Johnny's act of giving money to his hard working employees, without selfish intentions and selfish desires. For her being helpful, giving, being generous is out of her mind, head, logic, wisdom, mentality and out of her knowledge and understanding as human being. #JusticeforJohnny🙏
