Actually most of these stands are kinda similar, and many have the same design but different brand. I would just choose base on price and shipping.

No. If you want a stand that works with a case, look at Pitaka or Magfit

Note rating on Canadian Amazon says magnetic grip does not hold when tilting . Is theirs for iPad Pro only?
Not sure what that means. It rotates just fine.
