White Guy Gets Street Food in Rare Chinese Dialect, STUNS Locals
Вставка

- Today I went to NYC’s Brooklyn Chinatown as a clueless white guy and got food and chatted with locals in the rare Chinese dialect of Fuzhounese. They were totally stunned!!! This is Part 2 of our Fuzhounese adventure in NYC’s Brooklyn Chinatown of Sunset Park (8th Avenue).
It was a really fun prank and social experiment to see Chinese people’s reactions - both the waiters and the other patrons in Sunset Park were totally shocked! Then we walked around in the Chinese New Year parade and chatted with vendors and other people in Fuzhounese and Mandarin; their reactions were hilarious as well!

I wish I had is knowledge unbelievable so clever...
Bruh you don't even speak fluently. It's cool that you can hold basic conversations but you're clearly struggling and repeating yourself a lot.

FlickTalk I think he does. It’s one thing to buy in china town, but to sell is harder. He had to understand them.
I live in Oakland, California & I know soooo many asian people that came here and learned spanish so that they can sell better. there's such a great mix of asian people going to hispanic markets & Hispanic people going to Asian markets/Chinatown here. its great.
D B You are absolutely right. In the restaurant that I work, there is a nice blend of Spanish and a Chinese dialect. Both speaking people have a good understanding of each other and work well together. I’ve even been brushing up on my Spanish since.
I love how excited people are that you can speak their language. Truly happy
