Hi after disassembly and reassembly I have a slow leak can't find but could it be that valve is not perfectly aligned I mean powerplenum and valve block cause the valve was moving inside the plenum I didn't check the little grab screw and when reassembled the hole is note 100% aligned with the block valve, should I check stg else or disassemble again lube the rod orings right the grab screw realign and check? I just completed the .22 to .357 barrel swap and set my M3's C1 at precisely 6.5mm out from the receiver face and can't get anything over 750fps with NSA 93gr HP slugs (Reg 1 @ 185 bar, Reg 2 at 150 bar.) Sometimes Ernest Row, you give information that is difficult for those looking for clear direction on things like torque specs, tolerances of C1, Rear bolt/probe tolerances and how to measure (your camera failed to show this)... In the future, how about we start with some of the basics like why the micro-adjuster might prevent the bolt from cocking fully and how to prevent it, add in a few items like best lubricants to use, where to lube and for Gods sake Ernest, throw us a bone on some of the more intricate details of the rifles function, torque specs and tolerances... this is a "Master Class" afterall.
@@danielcarr4669 what size are the 0rings on the rear valve housing are they 10×2 like the first impact or are they bigger I got a bad leak on my mk2 25 cal power plenum the leak is coming out of the back of the power plenum so it's one of those 0rings

Its not a critical measurement as long its in the 5.5-6.5mm the difference is made up on the quick tuning system adjustment.
