Ramen looks fantastic. Just slight correction though, based on the michelin stickers, this place is only on the michelin guide, but does not have a star. That's actually a pretty large distinction.
yep. this ramen looks pretty small. I wouldn't pay more than $10 for it and that'd be on the expensive side. just using an immersion blender for the soup doesn't make it high-end

오레노 아닐까 하고 들어왔는데 역시 오레노이네요. 여기 진짜 맛있어요... 돼지고기가 아니라 닭육수 국물인데 고소하다고 할까요. 돼지고기 육수 라멘과는 다른 매력이에요. 가끔씩 생각나요. 마침 얼마전에도 본점 다녀왔는데 ㅋㅋ

Yes he should change the title, not a star but a guide because the sign of a chef using quality ingredients that are well cooked; simple a good meal. This UA-camr needs to correct this, not the restaurant fault for letting him put on it.

Жаль, нет субтитров с ингредиентами, там не всё опознаётся визуально. Особенно жидкости, которые смешиваются перед подачей...
Какие именно жидкости? Рамен это яичная лапша в безумно наваристом бульоне. Я пробовал его и дорогой и простой уличный, в принципе все эти дополнительные колдунства они больше для понта... Нет я допускаю есть ценители которые замечают особые нотки от секретной имбирной смеси - но это уже совсем для снобов.
Бульон бульон и еще раз бульон, когда у тебя навар от говяжьих ребер и курицы такой, что эта смесь застывает когда ты от нее отворачиваешься - абсолютно не важно что ты там еще добавляешь.
@@sosiskodemon2546 как-то раз с родней ездили на рыбалку. Рыбы - много. Сварили уху. Я съел 5 порций. С утра просыпаемся, а она как желе в котелке. Я такой вкуснятины ни когда более не ел. Надо это обязательно повтрить...

Согласна. Помывка НАРЕЗАННОГО уже лука вообще меня рассмешила. Это же чистейшие понты на камеру и вообще непонятно куда они дели тот отрезочек прозрачный от свиного рулета. Ибо в бульйоне его нет, как и говядины или курицы
Там вообще ничего кроме яйца полусваренного, почти дубовой недоваренной лапши, чуточку салатов (?!) и 4 отрезочка с палец какого то типа мясного дополнения - ничего нет. Куча черного перца, что не всегда хорошо в рамене и не для каждого. Всё видео и готовка тупо показуха и понты. Не более. Ожидаемый вкус очень так себе, судя по ингридиентам.

When you're using whole chickens for stock and don't see the meat used anywhere in the finish product, that's pretty fancy.
No fancy items?!?! All that huge amount of whole chiken and beef meat/ribs for stock but nowhere to be found in finished product, poelrk roulette that you can almost see through its slice, all that machinery that does almost all work for cooks??? I find all of this pretty"fancy" for a very common and even "dull" result. But hey, I guess that not the taste&soul putted in your dish that really matters for Michlin, but all that unnecessary use of tons of products with tons of unnecessary moves and machinery for cooking your very so so dish. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 No, thanks. I've seen and tasted much better real Ramen in Japan, all kinds of it, and it were without any Michlin stars, but you definitely felt soul and love for what the cooker did there. Oh, and yes, it all were much richer with products and meat in it than here. This one is a joke!!! 🤡

Too bad I didn't try this when I was in South Korea, I tried Korean cuisine instead, but next time I'll definitely remember to go there.
I ate a lot of ramens in Japan though, and most of them were delicious.
i'm more interested to hear about the ones you didn't enjoy. sometimes i have a bad experience with my ramen shops but it's usually because i order something off the wall that i end up not liking, like curry ramens.. can't gel with those, at least yet
did you have the korean fried chicken? it's been over 10 years and i still remember the first time I bit into that spicy honey glazed crack wing. So glad it's become a thing now in socal.

Я вообще не понял куда они дели всю эту курицу и ребра? Вроде в самом рамене был бульён и рулет.
Выкидывают. Дикий перевод продуктов, чего никогда нет в настоящем Рамене. Тут одна лишь показуха и очень на деле так себе результат по вкусу, если судить по избранным продуктам и технологии. Они нормально даже до среднечка лапшу не варят. Она у них почти сырая и "доходит" еле еле до так себе уже в тарелке. Месить блендером БУЛЬЙОН, в котоором и так нет ни куска мяса - это вообще за гранью "понтов". 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

У меня есть подозрение, что они вываривают курицу до состояния "Каша", кости вынимают, а сам бульон перед подачей блендерят, на всякий случай.
