In my humble opinion the total ingredients for the 3 areas are as follows. Crushed garlic, crushed ginger, Salt, bay leaves, cloves, lemon juice & skin, water. Makes the brine. (Possibly refrigerated for at least 2 hours to tenderise the chicken & absorb the spices). Buckwheat & white flour makes up the noodles. Arborio rice, dried shitaki mushrooms & I believe smoked or dried pork bones for flavour, make up the stuffing for the chicken. Hope this helps. I stand corrected if I've made a mistake and welcome amendments. Cheers.

I have been to South Korea time and time again, but I never tasted his chicken. I got to taste it when I go back to South Korea find out where this place is and I will go there myself just for this chicken it looks very delicious😊

También puedes hacer el pollo sumergido en leche con sus respectivos condimentos,nada más que te queda más suave la carne porque justamente la leche se utiliza para hablandar cualquier tipo de carne

Esto se llama salmuera lleva sal y le puedes agregar cual quieres condimento dependiendo del sabor que le quieras dar
Y para mayor sabor lo puedes dejar de un día para otro,nada más con servilletas de papel quítale él exceso de agua
También puedes hacer el pollo sumergido en leche con sus respectivos condimentos,nada más que te queda más suave la carne porque justamente la leche se utiliza para hablandar cualquier tipo de carne
Su preparación es dispendiosa, pero se ve muy rico. Observo en el video ingredientes que no reconozco. Saludos desde Colombia- Bogotá.
