I don't know man, "you'll always be my favorite, don't ever forget that" shot up to number one for me. Definitely not the hardest, but the most impactful
I started Destiny 1 with my four year old son sitting by my side watching the screen with excitement, asking repeatedly if he could play. Yesterday, at the age of 14 he finished The Final Shape in my fireteam - his Titan laying waste to all before him. Bungie, I have nothing to say apart from Thank You. Bungie really had me crying my eyes out when the last cutscenes with Cayde, Crow, Zavala, Ikora, and that huge slideshow with all the other characters happened. It made me remember just how close this game made me and my Dad, he passed away a few years ago, and really brought me back into the game after a 2-3 year hiatus. Ive been playing this one game literally my entire life so far looking back at it. Im now a 24 Year Old Creator myself, and I would like to thank Bungie for making this remarkable Game. I don’t think it should be live action. They should make a Twilight Gap movie with the animation and fidelity of the cutscenes in TFS. Those cutscenes were beautiful
Revenant and Heresy seem great. I think the horror theme makes destiny so much more exciting. Thats the main reason I liked to shadowkeep. The spooky factor really gives you the feeling of being glad to have powers to protect yourself. Destinations with either a very dark/gloomy or a very peaceful vibe are my favourites to roam in.
Zone questing in final shape is how zone questing should have been from the start. Loving it. Bring these changes to old planets. Also, give us Mars back!!!!

The Vampire Hunter sets are badass. The Titan looking like Simon Belmont meets Van Helsing is dope as hell, as well as the Hunter having the Hunter hat from Bloodborne. I'm hoping for a legitimate Castlevania or Bloodborne crossover. Edit: That's actually a Warlock. Rip. Hunter doesn't have hoonter hat.
@@c_champ-_-8810Weird thing is that both look like warlock sets. So I’m not sure if it’s the Hunter or warlock getting that set or not. Would make sense for the Hunter to have “the Hunter” hat. But why would they show two warlock sets for revenant and no hunter set 🥲
I got into Destiny, due to the Achievement Hunters "Let's Play" Videos they did for Destiny 1. So much has changed through the years. I'm happy to have been a part of it all.
Seeing the conclusion to all this made me cry. For ten years destiny has been with me. It has gotten me through some of the worst times of my life like losing our son to miscarriage, my father in law dying as I desperately tried to give him cpr, covid, and other stuff that was so painful to go through. When I watched many others during the raid encounters .. and the Excision mission, credits, re-cap. .... SOO many content creators and gamers, musical analysts and artists gave their reactions to the last mission..... I would dare hide my emotion to say .. I cried every time I watched anyone else crying because of their own journey with this game. Watching Cayde again ... Listening to the Micha-10 dialogs ... Observing the team of characters all find their 'purpose' towards the end ..... .....Also ... knowing Lance was not with us to see the end ... remembering ALL the Bungie changes with the team ..and companies ..and ups & downs.. Yah.. This is definitely a monumental achievement - as a game ... as a team of developers, ... writers, directors - to take the community feedback.. to bring that to ALL the layers within the company to convince them all to make this Final Shape DLC as great as it is .. THIS .. was needed. This " giving back " to the players in ways that FEEL great.. was the smartest and best fought battle yet. I hope we get " time to explain " many answers ... and lay out where we are going next. Per ardua ad astra - J

I'm calling it; we're venturing out of the solar system. That aside, this Expansion was pretty good. The story was perfect also; guardians and their ghosts, Cayde and Crow, the Vanguard. These 3 story arcs are perfect for an end to the saga and their conclusion was satisfactory at worst, shedding a tear at best (that cutscene after the Excision mission).
Something I am expecting of is that they are probably to bring back more about the Future where the hunter Exo came from. I would think that after saving their own universe they will start to act in other universes
@@Luctor you mean The Stranger/Elsie Bray? She is not a hunter, she's not even forged in light. @@jossland1628 did you watch the video? They show us the new enemy type which is epic. Looks like so unlike what we expect from destiny and the scorn redesign is well so cool
Let's be careful, the only new enemy type we saw in the trailer was Fikrul which may very well be the only shakeup. They said "new enemy type" but they may be referring to the Dread. Even if that is the case, the episodes themselves may well be dope, but Bungies PR talk is just as good as their trailer team. So let's just be careful with expectations.
You know what would be cool? If Foundries all had their own unique Exotic Armors for each class. They could have 2 components: A Universal effect that buffs the weapons of matching foundries for yourself and your nearby fireteam, and a second effect that’s tailored to each guardian class (A Crux/Lomar Titan Exotic could boost the potential of Rocket Launchers while also making all enemies you kill with abilities explode like a rocket, or a warlock one that makes all their grenades gain homing and an increased blast radius, or a Hunter one that makes The Hunter themselves explode whenever that use an ability.)

"Hows your sister?" - Cayde-6 being a close second.
Ghauls introduction line at the final boss fight was also amazing "fitting you're traveler would send you to face me once more, look upon me, dominus of the red legion, annihilator of suns, razer of a thousand worlds, slayer of gods and conqueror of the light I. AM. GHUAL!........ And I have become legend"
I don't know man, "you'll always be my favorite, don't ever forget that" shot up to number one for me. Definitely not the hardest, but the most impactful
then in final shape cayde said "hows ur sister" but fr this time💀 bro was genuine with it lmao

Your game has been a huge part of my life, through all of its ups and downs - but in this final chapter your saga has surpassed everything that came before. You stuck the landing, guys. Good job.

Bungie really had me crying my eyes out when the last cutscenes with Cayde, Crow, Zavala, Ikora, and that huge slideshow with all the other characters happened. It really felt like 10 years of my childhood was coming to a close, but I'm happy to see there might be much more than I thought left to look forward to - the episodes also look amazing. D1 Beta until now ... That 10 years has 'shaped' my life through friendship building and gaming experiences. I felt every moment of that campaign with my friends.

@@Luctor you mean The Stranger/Elsie Bray? She is not a hunter, she's not even forged in light. @@Rizclaw I think the stranger yeah. Didn't she mention she came from a future where everything and everyone was corrupted by darkness (at least some kind of it that wasn't uncontrollable). Dude working at bungie must be a dream job
Like the amount of insane ideas they’ve made come to life is just unbelievably inspiring
Nessus is my hands down favorite location ever and now it’s gonna be even better
Thank you bungie❤
Naw did I just see the Vex creating humanoid AI?
