Destiny will always hold a special place in my heart. I loved nothing more than sitting in orbit. The experiences in D1 were amazing. I met one of my closest friends during King's Fall and will always cherish those memories. Everyone left when D2 released, but I continued playing even to this day.
Remembrance reminds me of the good old days every time. 💙
What a great crew you had! Brings chills. Thank you so much.
Haven't always been playing Destiny, was there for the D1 Beta and the launch but quit quite early on, returned to the game at Beyond Light but then quit again, and made a final return at Lightfall and have been hooked since. Despite all the ups and downs whenever I returned, I could always rely on the music being great. The weird nostalgic feeling I get for D1 despite not spending as much time as others, and the music we have today.
Absolutely love all this music! I sure hope you guys gave the composer of all this music a raise! Definitely someone you’d want to keep on your team
This moment, sitting in space above the Earth with my Ghost and friends, watching the Traveler in all its majesty and mystery... I'm never forgetting this image and feeling.
10 years of Destiny and the one thing that was never bad was the soundtrack through the years. Going back and listening to the beginning of the video brought wave of nostalgia overload. Game I loved poured hours and hours into. A game I loved. Been a crazy 10 years
Having the classic armors of the Hunter, Warlock and Titan and sitting together and looking at the traveler they saved…brings back memories my time in destiny 1…the friends I made and laughed with…now I’m all my own but the memories will still be with me…siting on the edge of the ship.
Would love to listen to this while watching my brother play Destiny. He'd be sitting in orbit and I'd be in awe at the music.
I will forever cherish the memories and fun experiences this franchise has gifted me. Thank you Destiny.
It's a cool summer night, you are waiting your LFG fireteam on orbit with DEEP STONE LULLABY playing in the background.
That's some real vibes. I remember never being a raid player but deep stone lullaby got me to try DSC
as a person who spents lots of time on orbit (I'm doing chores at home while it's open) and although I'm hearing most them everyday, THIS VIDEO IS GIVING ME GOOSEBUMPS
7:55 YESSSSS BUNGIE REMEMBERS ELEGY EXISTS YASSSSSSS
The music will always be a huge reason ill always love and come back to Destiny. Thank you for the last 10 years, and thank you for my personal last 8 years as a Guardian. Heres to where ever the journey goes!
Thank you, Marty and Michael, and the rest of the composing team that helped put together some of the best video game soundtracks of all time. We wont forget what you did
Thank you for this, Destiny has such a vibe. This is definitely entering the study rotation
Goodbye Destiny.
Its been great this 10 year Journey , i will never forget.
Thanks
The Witch Queen theme goes so hard Bungie counts it as Orbit music, peak.
Thank you for the incredible music over the years. So many memories and emotions accompany every single track.
Thank you Bungie, for 10 years of memories and some of best vibes ever put into music. ❤
This will be a video I return too in 5 years to remember nostalgia of destiny 2
whenever i get lonely or sad i listen to the d1 orbit music and it reminds me of better, simpler times. remembrance holds a special place in my heart. real ones remember the rise of iron moment with Ghost
Year 1 music was the best, especially the first track "The Great Unknown". It underlined the mysteries of the beginning perfectly and the title already said it. I miss that time!
Please, please bring back the old magic, the gritty looks and mysterious atmospheres. You know how to do it, just go back to your roots.
Anastasia will always be my favorite song to ear in orbit. Always excited to hear it
the music in destiny is peaceful like deep stone lullaby, remembrance, view from orbit and more thank you for the 10 years bungie
I heard The Great Unknown, I was immediately flooded with memories when I was like 8 watching my friend play D1 upstairs on his Xbox. As much as I don’t enjoy it as much now, I have to admit it played a crucial role in my life.
Thank you, all the Devs the art staff and of course the music producers, for a decade of amazing set pieces, battles and loading screens. Best game of my 40 years.
Thank you Marty & Michael.
Thank you for this Magnum Opus that encapsulated the final years of my childhood.
The capacity for The Great Unknown to transport me back to being... jeez... 16, as I opened Destiny 1. I remember countless chats with new friends while this music played, that turned out to be the closest friends I have today. Really. No words will ever truly encapsulate how much this game's music, and especially the orbit music, means to me.
A big thank u for this upload, guardian maybe we met us in a lobby once in the past 10 years, but I wish all of u a nice a wonderful life.
