Portishead in Portishead - a 31 minute piece filmed in December 2007 in the drama block at Geoff Barrow's old school, Gordano School in Portishead and featuring 7 songs from Third.
One of the top five albums released in the last ten years in my opinion. Sonically the best of the three albums for sure. The first two will always hold a special place in my heart, but this is just what happens when you take talent, and wisdom focused together.
i downloaded thirds sometime last year, but it was such a great album i had to buy it! its too bad that we have to wait another decade for another one to come out
Yes these dudes are just so original and unique. Love visiting Bristol and love the deep and dark sounds from the city. My personal favorites are Portishead, Massive Attack, Tricky, Kosheen, Smith and Mighty, Up Bustle and Out, AllFlaws
I love Portishead and I love each and every talented individual that worked on this production. They are marvelous!! I wish I could clone them so that I could work with them - where are people like this hiding out? Totally innovative - Thank you for posting this!!
The video and music work well together. They both demonstrate what I love about Portishead: not too much going on, but through that stillness, there's a creepy, hypnotic, beauty. Terrific!
I have a reliable source that told me God himself considers this as one of the greatest creations from his creations. True Story. Be not of this World

PORTISHEAD. WAY ahead of their time.
2007, but filmed in a way that you would think it's 80-s.
Tears on tears.. Tired and worn..
I think it's "is", because "Portishead" refers to the band as one unit.
I remember Geoff Barrows live dj set at Hussy house in Gordano. We were going mental at the back, was brilliant.
They should hire me for their next drum trax I can get sacked and play and program nasty drums from samples from my mouth and body make
So this word are Brazilian but spoken by Portuguese yeah?

This album is in my car's CD player right now - after a number of listens I seem to like it more and more.
Wowww, the outro of Threads in this performance made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. Haunting
AHHHHHHH OMG I go to Gordano School!!!!!
I have all my drama classes in that room !
