To us British viewers A Zucchini is a Courgette. Bell peppers are just peppers(red yellow or green) beets are just beetroot. I have the Cooks professional spiralizer, i got it new from Ebay from the James group and it cost me £6 that was in march 2020. Using The Spiralizer has got me eating veggies I don't normally consider eating like cougettes, Obergene, and squash and my sweet potato intake has increased 100%, and Broccoli stalks with the florets are the basis of my new favourite meal. Spiralizing has opened up a whole new taste spectrum for me, GET ONE AND LIVE AGAIN.
Wow! A one-stop spiralizing shop. Brilliant, thank you and hello from the UK.
I got one just like that from a local shop. It cost £14 and is brilliant.
THANK YOU!!!! I bought one that looks just like yours on Amazon and just couldn't figure it out. After destroying several veggies and giving myself a king sized headache, I gave up. Your demonstration was SOOOO helpful. I just cannot thank you enough!!!!
lol so sorry it started out rough, but I’m glad you feel confident now to spiralize like a pro ❤️
What a great video!!! You brought up so many suggestions that I never would have thought of myself.
Thank you so much for sharing!
Omg I never thought about spiralizing cabbage. 🤯. Awesome video. Thank you!! 😁
You are amazing! Your presentations are so positive, clear and thorough. Thank you so much for giving me so many fun ways to enjoy my new spiralizer!
I just got my spiralizer today and love your video! My 60 yr old husband is going on his low carb diet and now I don't have to use a knife or peeler! Wow love how many different veggies and fruit I can incorporate!
Had to subscribe toyou!
Just happen to have 3 large zucchini in the fridge. Also happen to have a spiralizer in my cupboard i got 2 yrs ago and Never used. So thanks for this.
Works great just got mine from amazon and I love it takes less time then the veggetti but I will still use both thanks on the how to clean i use my kitchen brush to clean but will also use what you suggested Also thanks for the recipe ideas
Thank You!! -And great with the toothbrush tip!!
I like to dehydrate after spiralizing ❤️
Thank you so much for this video. I really enjoyed it and appreciate your time!
Wow, I'm definitely buying one! I never realized I needed a spiralizer in my life till now! 😁
This is awesome and exactly what I needed! I've only been doing zucchini but this helped me so much to broaden my choices! Thank you!
Maria Levick I don't notice the taste it's just for texture for me
Ditto.
i have a new spiralizer product and 7 blade for u,it also could give u coupons if u call me, promide more cheaper and better
Thank you I have tried several different types from the produce section but the cost is crazy. I have a Mandoline slicer that is great for thin slices but wanted one of these that actually works on lots of different types of fruits and veggies. Thanks for the great video.
Interesting, we purchased the 7 Blade Spiralizer yet you primarily use just one. It really is fun and fast. Guests think we are awesome chefs. Saw uses on your video we had not thought about so thank you for that too.
Excellent video covering so many veggies AND fruit! Thank you! Just got my Spiralizer and having loads of fun!
I just got an electric one and I can’t wait to use it. I want to spiralize carrot, onion, broccoli stem and beet together and then steam them all together for about 15 minutes. Then, I’m going to squeeze lemon and tahini on top of it with avocado slices. Omg omg omg
That sounds tasty
Yum!
Very useful video!!!! I recently bought one of these, and this is the best video I found. Saving it for future reference. Thank you :).
Awesome! So glad you liked the info ❤️
Wow I have wanted one of these for awhile now. On Saturday I went to a yard sale and I got the same one you are showing (for $5.00)! I will clean it (with some bleach) and then try some of the veggies you have shown in you video! Thanks for the tips!
In going to buy that when i get my own place and i will use it all the time !!! I'm going vegan as well when i get my own place
AWESOME TUTORIAL!!!
THANKYOU!! ☺👌
This is really useful thank you so much for making this video 😊I'm going to take the plunge and eat more veggies (and fruits!) by making healthy noodles haha :) also, I love that you added subtitles to the video :) subscribed!
Thank you!! I am so slow with the spiralizer but I love it.
Very instructive. So glad I found your video as the manual was virtually useless. :)
Thanks for the tips
Thank you so much for sharing this.
You’re very welcome ❤️
Thanks so much! You cover so many veggies that other spiral videos do not. You really sold me with your tip of spiralizing broccoli stems. I felt terrible eating the florets & chucking out the rest. I love salads but slicing onions is not my favorite activity. One question: What happens when you spiralize apples? Do you dig out the pits & throw them out?
Very professional and informative presentation.
Love the video! I've never heard of a jicama before. I'm in the UK and looked it up. £12.95 per kg!!!!
Great idea thank you very much. I am gone be committed to your super idea; good for health.
Yay so glad you think so!!
This video it’s so helpful, thanks so much💖
Thank you for this very helpful video.
Thanks for this quick guide!
i have a new spiralizer product and 7 blade for u,it also could give u coupons if u call me, promide more cheaper and better
Thanks, bought mine years ago but didn't have much info and bad luck trying it out. Going to wash it and try again. I did remember light salt and draining of zucchini noodles made a better chew on noodles. And the ribbon cutter on cucumber s made great thin slices of cucumber for salads, I just chopped or ripped the strands for easier eating. Thanks! Never used it for fruit, all the doors just opened! Come on Apple season! Oh and I planted a persimmon, fuyo. Going to have to try it. Wonder if Primrose roots would work? Honey glazed and baked into candy?
So glad you’re inspired to try out your spiralizer again! I’m not familiar with primrose roots, unfortunately. I agree! Cmon apple season!!! ❤️
With your wit and creativity, evening primrose would be famous! I suggest it to ya.
Very, very helpful - thanks!!!
You're so welcome!!!
This is an amazing video Thank you for the ideas
just bought a spiralizer. A new way to make cucumber-onion salad in vinegar and oil.
Thank you, Lacey. This was very useful!
It would be helps to know which blades you’re using for each vegetable or fruit.
Great Job, enjoyed your video.
Yay! Thanks!!
Fab review, thank you!
Thank you. Very helpful.
good vid , Thanks
This is so helpful!!!
Thank you 🤗
Great. Which blade to use for diffnt vegetables not mentioned. Can we do potato ??
Hi. I could not find "... the link in the description below ..." as you said in your video at 0:37, for the $25 spiralizer you said you purchased on Amazon. May I know what the brand is, please? Non of the ones I found on Amazon so far cuts like spaghetti shaped noodles but instead spiral FLAT noodles, which totally isn't the same. Looking forward to your reply soon as I can't wait to try your recipes.
Thanks great information 👍 I'm getting my spiraling gadget tommorow
Thanks! BTW butternut squash peels are edible.
How can i purchase pls suggest
I really loved this product very much
How to order i am from India.
Excellent
Awesome tutorial!❣️
A kitchen toothbrush! Eureka! I have never thought of that! LoL!
Great tutorial
Great video!
Thank you!!!
What about the seeds in the butternut squash?
I appreciate the video though. Thank you!
I have been carefully coring peppers and I just take the stem off and clean out the pith and seeds leaving a small hole where the stem is; can I do this before spiralizing?
hi trying to decide which brand to get do you find that only the top part of the blade gets used and duller and thus the bottom part is sharp and never used
Im going to try this indtead if giving my daughter those maruchan noodles their full of salt i think this will be a great way to sneak vegetables in her diet by telling her were maijgn rainbow spagetti
Absolutely!!
Thank you for sharing!!!
THANK YOU
If you were to use this to prepare apples for a pie which spiraler blade would you use. Seems you wouldn't want to get them too thin so they won't bake down too much in the pie. I just opened mine and there is very very limited instruction.
What is the brand of spiralizer? I don't see it.
You can find it here: www.asweetpeachef.com/spiralizer/
Did you ever find out the brand? If so, pls let me know. None of Lacey's links for the spiralizer work anymore.
What does julienne peeler be a good idea to shredded carrots into noodles?
Kyle Lindgren yes
I did use the peeler to make beautiful zucchini noodles. But towards the end, I couldn't use the entire vegetable as efficiently as I could with a spiralizer.
Which spiralizer do you use? I could not find it in any of your links. Thanks!!!
It’s the Paderno brand about $25 on Amazon
Any tips to reduce the amount of ‘half moon’ pieces and produce more spiral chains?
What brand spiralizer
I do t see the link for the spiralizer
This was awesome but how about spaghetti squash.. should I peel it and seed it or what? I am using the spiralizer..
Spaghetti squash doesn't need to be spiralized, once you cook it just scrape it with a fork and it will naturally separate into "noodles".
How do you clean it?
I thought this video was going to teach how to change the blades and use different veggies with the different veggies. Spirapizing is easy, using the different blades would have been more helpful.
Does spiral veggies freeze well
Marina Butler no, you can refrigerate spiralized vegetables for about 5 day in a sealed bag but it can’t be frozen.
I cant get the hang of it ! why do the blades go all the way down when the veg doesnt touch them ? It took me ages to do a cucumber, but it didnt like the carrot ! O bottoms ! Im grumpy !
it’s cool what it does 🍴( peeling the 🍏& all but it’s just not 4️⃣👩🏽
Can you freeze the veggies after you spiralize them?
You can, but many of them don't hold up as well, especially zucchini.
Great info but would help if you told which blades you used
Oh good to know - I mostly just use the one spiralizer blade for all of the veggies.
Where can I get in India and what is Pp
Chicken 🍗 of my life
As a secret weapon in the low carbs high fat armoury hmm.
Can you get replacement blades for this spiralizer? I checked their website but doesn't show anything.
Where can I find this?
I like the one you can buy here: www.asweetpeachef.com/spiralizer/
#Janice: Did you ever find out the brand? If so, pls let me know. None of Lacy's links to the spiralizer work anymore.
So, where are the recipes?
I subbed immediately when you said zoodles and that you're name was Lacy. That's my maiden name....
Just add butter.
I bought this machine to spiralize mango but i can’t spiralize it. How can i do it, is it possible?
mango have a seed...u can't spiralize it
And it's almost certainly too squishy soft to spiralize correctly.
Butternut squash peel “not edible” WHAT??!!
Horrid plastic apple processor instead other fruit and veg useful.
Really enjoyed your video! You seem so sweet
I was spellbound, your eyes are too big, but thank you for your ideas
Thanks for this information! You are a beautiful lady so please make sure your face is adequately lighted so there are no shadows on your face.
She conveniently fails to mention that the broccoli stems must first be peeled.
skin of carrot is actually toxic
If you are going to do reviews on things via a video, at least check it before you post it. The light behind you made it virtually impossible to see what you were doing.
