Hi guys! I'm excited to finally share this video with you today! Note: I don't have full recipes (with nutrition info) on my website for the recipes shown in the video, but if you'd like me to add them, let me know! And while all of these recipes are gluten-free, they could easily be modified into vegetarian and vegan options as well. In fact, I've been wanting to make a video for vegan cashew ricotta for a while, so if that's of interest to you, let me know. What would you make with these glorious vegetable sheets? - xo Lisa
I would like to have the potato enchiladas recipe!
I'll post that soon on my website! :)
OHHHH is the vegan cashew ricotta recipe up? I really love the sound of it and if it isn’t up would love to see it!
Downshiftology is there any way to these without buying a kitchen aide mixer?
Downshiftology
I just came across the video today (April 9th 2018) This Machine is AMAZING! I GOTTA have it. I love the recipes, however My Hubby and I are Vegan SO I would definitely like to see much more Vegan Recipes especially the one for The Cashew Ricotta!
Hubby and I cannot have any kind of dairy or gluten we are extremely sensitive to both! Looking forward to all your upcoming Vegan Recipe Videos (AND that Cashew Ricotta Recipe) Thanks in advance! 👍
I love zucchini lasagne. A tip to reduce water from the zucchini: lightly sprinkle the sheets with salt and let sit for 5 to 10 mins. Excess moisture will come out, which can be wiped away with a paper towel. Helps a lot with avoiding watered down sauce.
I put zucchini slices in my dehydrator, on high, for about an hour.
Does it taste like regular lasagna
Or zunkie
KitchenAid really needs to create a Recipe book for this. I bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift, and I do like the Chicken Enchilada, I wish there would be more ideas given to us. Maybe a form of Apple Pie? Or maybe a recipe for Spring Rolls? A colorful book would really inspire more people in buying this.
my idea for apple pie is phyllo dough with the apple sheets. May defeat the principal of replacing doughs with veggies, but I believe you can have both.
This might be the best collection of "replacement" recipes on YT.
Alright this kitchen gadget is life changing! I would love to make a "veggie" lasagna using it!
Totally life changing! And yes, the veggie lasagna I've made with it is fab! Hope you enjoy it!
Omg yaaaas
This is Lori Bach. Talk about shedding pounds healthily, easily and fun! Kitchen Aid must market this tool to gyms across the country!

Me too! And I am not normally a lasagna fan.
I bought a kitchenaid mixer cause I love to make bread, but I was diagnosed with diabetes and can't make fresh bread anymore and my mixer has just been collecting dust. But now I can wash that dust off, I can see all the great recipes that can be made with this attachment and the price is not all that much considering the healthy food's that will be made with it. Thank for sharing this video AWESOME!!
P.S. How much is YOUR health worth??
So glad you loved it! And I agree completely David. I don't think it's pricey at all. For me, as a celiac, gluten-free bread and pastas can easily cost $5-7 loaf/package, yet an organic zucchini is a fraction of that (and far healthier). :) Hope you enjoy the attachment and create some delish recipes!
I’m not sure where you live but there are sugar replacements that aren’t Splenda. I highly recommend zing- it’s a mixture of stevia and cane sugar. Both my parents are diabetic (which means I have to prepare for that possibility for myself too) and I bake everything with it. It works amazing because it has the same texture as normal sugar. I’ve done pies, cakes, bread, cookies and I’ve never had a problem
Samantha Ring thanks for your reply but the main problem is that bread is a carbohydrate which unfortunately turns into sugar in your system and beside that cane sugar is what regular sugar is made from, I can make bread without sugar at all but it still causes my blood sugar to rise because of the carbohydrates. P.S. I live in the big city of Las Vegas, NV
Obviously you can’t eat bread on the regular but there are definitely alternatives . I’ve gotten my dad on 100% whole grain breads because the carbs are lower than regular white bread. I’m in Canada so I don’t know if zing is available in the US but I checked the package and it’s 2 grams of sugar for half a teaspoon which is a lot . It doesn’t have aspartame which is a lot better too.
Wow! That is amazing! I never knew such a cool appliance existed.
Omg your recipes are just so delicious looking. I wish I were right there in your kitchen to taste the dishes you make.
I love your patience and the obvious pleasure you get from creating food recipes. So inspiring!
Oh, and your editing talent is fantastic! You are quite a talented woman.
I like how she presents this and shes precise in explaining.
Clear understandable voice and shes hot to boot.
No wonder shes got so many subs.
I just love the way this spiral option gives a great way to eat veg ,so enjoyable
Larry
Amazing video! I think I could go a whole month with making nothing but sheet cutter recipes. I love how you put the recipes all together too as you make it look so easy.
You probably could as there's so much variety! And it really is easy to use and make these recipes. :) x
Wow, just wow! Thanks, an item that I never knew existed and now I need it! 😋
I looove your channel 💕
You are a huge blessing! Thank you for sharing and your time!
This is simply incredible and the possibilities are endless !!!!
apple wrap.... wrapple
Haha. Love it!
sounds like a scooby doo reply
Zucchini lasagna.....zucchinilasagna
Very much enjoyed your demonstrations of Kitchen Aid attachments. You've convinced me I need to get both: Slicer shredder and the sheet maker. Fabulous inventions. ;)
Glad you enjoyed the video! And yes, both are wonderful attachments. Have fun with them! :) x
They say there's a fool born every minute! LOL.
That is absolutely amazing, I need this in my kitchen, ASAP!!
Love this attachment! I got it for Christmas and it has been in my cabinet for over a year. Today I finally opened it and I can't wait to go try it!
Hi Kimberly. Did you ever use it? Mine has been sitting in my cabinet never used for over 3 years now.
So satisfying to watch the sheet cutter! The thin slices look perfect. I’m going to try that zucchini lasagne! Great video, Lisa.
It's mesmerizing, isn't it? Hope you enjoy the zucchini lasagna Sharon! :) x
I’ll be glad when something more affordable comes out!
This is great if you have a stand mixer, but as it's been super popular I'm sure more products will come on the market. :)
I looked at KA’s accessories. I understand. $$$.
Don't buy it new.
@@CJ-im2uu how much is it ? What's the name of it with out watching again lol
Thank you for identifying products that can use current attachments regardless of its age....that sheet cutter is a game changer and might even get the spiralizer.
Wow! That was really fun to watch! The ability to make sheets of potato make that contraption worth the purchase.
Kitchenaid attachments go on sale at Macy’s and Williams & Sonoma all the time. Be patient and keep an eye out, it’s worth it.
PS the sheet cutter is on sale now., 1/13/2020. 😁
Everything in this video looks amazing. You are an amazing chef. I can't wait to get this Gadget and try all your recipes. 😀
Thanks Amy! Hope you enjoy it!
Where can I find all your recipes in this video?
WOW! this is so satisfying and i really love your recipes! keep it up miss!
Amazing machine! Delicious recipes!! And I really appreciate that you speak clear and slow!! Thank you great Video👍👍👍
Omg all of these recipes look AMAZING. 🙌🙌 🙌 I need to try this!!
U r good person to answer everyone
Aww, thanks so much! I do my best. :)
Omg!!! How did I not know about this!?!?!? Watching the veggie sheets come down is like the most relaxing thing ever! So many great recipes Lisa, Thank you!
This sure is one handy tool!
I Love my KitchenAid and the pasta attachments and this slicer attachment just gets my creative juices flowing. Thank you
It really is the best tool! 😊
Great.. now I need to buy KitchenAid so I can get this attachment! What a genius tool
Haha. I'm hearing many people say the same thing. It'll be worth it...trust me! ;) x
It will last the rest of your life! Best kitchen gadget ever. I have the pasta maker, shredder-slicer and think I NEED this sheet cutter.
The possibilities you'll have with a KA stand mixer will be endless, especially as you collect various attachments; best of all, it's ALL metal construction. It will last for generations!
I dont have a mixer but I'm seriously thinking about getting one just for the sheet slicer thingy!!!!
What a great tool to have!!! Definitely need one!
It sure is! So much you can do with it! :)
Love your channel . Thank you for sharing your passion around the world.
Simply brilliant! I just ordered mine, can't wait to use it!
Yay! Let me know how it turns out!
I'm not vegan, vegetarian, or gluten intolerant, but I'm a fruit and vegetable lover so all of these would be like heaven lol Especially the sweet potato chips and the zucchini lasagna
That's so satisfying to watch!
Glad you enjoyed the video!
kingtoyab69 I agree, almost as much fun as creating it. 🤗
Amazing! Between this and a spiralizer, getting in a lot of veggies just got easier👍🏻
That's the goal :)
The KitchenAid engineers and products are brilliant.
This is actually amazing. 😂😂 I wish I had a stand mixer!
AMAZING! I cannot wait to purchase this! Thank you so much for sharing!
You're welcome! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do! :) x
the recipes you showed look absolutely delicious. wish I had that machine, oh the possibilities!!
I didn't know I needed this, but I do!
Haha. I think that's happened to many subscribers. ;)
OMG I want this installed in my kitchen! I thought the Spiralizer was the best thing that happened to vegetables but this is perfection. I NEED THIS! The recipes are endless. Thank you so much for showing us this beauty.
Haha. They truly are! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! ❤️
Excellent video & channel! Just bought KitchenAid Pro 600 Mixer yesterday .. looking at all the accessories, bought Food Grinder today, Fresh Prep Slicer/ Shredder tomorrow. You are delightful. Well spoken, great content, excellent editing, very good sound, well rehearsed. Superb video. I know how much work is required to produce excellent videos.
Wow! Thanks so much! Never knew it existed! Friggin amazing!
You could use this with a muffin pan. Slice some potato sheets long ways and roll it up in the muffin holes then stuff it with bacon and eggs or sausage and eggs or avocado spinach or omelette mix and then bake and have breakfast on the go
Yes!! LOVE that idea!
I need this! For my use, this is more useful than the spiralizer. A tiny thing but I won’t have to peel veggie skins is another plus and time saving, haha. Thanks for the fun post!
You're welcome! Hope you enjoy the tool as much as I do! :)
Incredible, thanks for sharing , would love to have this attachment.
I got this sheeter attachment for Christmas. I am so glad I found your video and channel to love and get ideas from.
How often do you use this attachment? Would you recommend this to someone with a small kitchen? Thank you!
@@Jumbaride I use this attachment just about weekly. I use it for zucchini and apples to make sweet and savory wraps. Perfect alternative to flour tortillas.
I was just thinking you could avoid the apple sheet turning brown by misting both sides with lemon juice as it drops down. Or, I guess you could just have a bowl of lemon water underneath, but I think you could lose some of that great apple flavor. Just a suggestion.
Blessings and health to you and yours and to all who read this! 😘👍😇💖
I would just make baked chips out of everything
Haha. And the tool makes it easy to do! ;) x
Messed Up Hina same. I love chips.
Imagine making a big sheet chip and just eating it 😍
ELIZABETH. Yessssssssss

Never knew KA made this until I did a search on the net (I was looking for a manual one). Your video popped up on the search and after viewing I immediately bought one via your link provided. Thank you for the informative video and i'm looking forward to trying some of your recipes. Thank you again!!
How often do you use this attachment? Would you recommend this to someone with a small kitchen? Thank you!
Mind blowing!! The possibilities are endless. Thank you for your creativity ! A whole new world it's a must have for me.
Wow, thank you! Glad you learned something new 😊
I have to get this! I know it will change my life.
It's definitely a game-changer in the kitchen. Hope you love it as much as I do!
This is just worth it for the keto lasagna alone. I’m so getting this attachment and the spiralizing one too. Would you mind sharing the full recipe for the lasagna? How do you make the ricotta egg layer? What amounts do you use?
How often do you use this attachment?
Awesome!!! Another attachment I must have!
WOW this makes the kitchen aid mixer even a better tool then ever, just love it even more xx
I agree! :)
I already have a few ideas, make sweet potato praline casserole but in layers instead of canned sweet potatoes. I bet people would eat it at Thanksgiving because they couldn't see the sweet potatoes LOL! Or make apple pie in a large roasting pan for big get togethers, or beef pot pie where the veggies don't poke through the crust.
Also you could use those sheets with cookie cutters to make decorations or twirl into roses out of a firm tomato or red plum or use it to prep stuff for the dehydrator, think about how quick it would be to fill thee trays completely.... so much more than just wraps and lasagnas.
Yes, absolutely! Such fab ideas! I actually wanted to include a few more recipe ideas but then realized I'd quickly have a 20 minutes video. Haha. :) Hope you enjoy it!
All looks so delicious!!! Shame that machine IS so over My budget.....
The attachments also work with the mini stand mixer, which is smaller, lighter and a bit cheaper. :)
Eltsu80,
Look into Dave Ramsey's 'Financial Peace University' and learn how to get rid of debt and buy the things you need or want the debt free way.
Eltsu 80 got mine used! Who knows how old it is, but have been using it more than I thought I would
I'm just doing payments so it's not as bad as to fork over $300+ in one go. So far I'm satisfied.
By now I hope you have one. See if you can put one on layaway or save up a little every month. (Have a yard sale and use the proceeds for your machine?) I've had mine a couple of years- a gift from my husband. Always wanted one! (Both the stand mixer AND a husband!) 😉
Who wouldn't love this. Very GOOD.
Bought a kitchenaid mini mixer yesterday and say this video this morning, sheet cutter is ordered and on its way, amazing ideas for the ketogenic & low carb uses I can put this to. A great instructive & inspiring video well done!
Awesome! Glad you enjoyed the video Mark and yay for your new mini mixer and sheet cutter. Have fun with it! :)
Hi Mark! How often do you use this attachment?
Pretty Cool! Only $80 right now on Amazon. I just ordered one.
Awesome! Have fun with it!
Those enchiladas look superb! it makes me wanna buy the whole thing just to make them :)
Yes, they're amazing - soooo delicious! :)
So many wonderful things to make. I'm excited to give this a try someday soon.
It's definitely a fun kitchen tool Hope you enjoy it!
wow! the best UA-cam channel so far for happy and healthy families thank you 😍😍😍😍.
Aww, thanks so much Vale! So happy you love my channel! ❤️😘
I made the lasagna two days ago and the potato enchiladas today! Lasagna Was amazing and the enchiladas will come out better next time (used the thick attachment instead of the thin and the potatoes were not cooked all the way) I also loved making snacks for my little ones tonight by using this attachment to thinly slice an apple.. very great product and actually super easy to use! I looked all over the internet for the best price and the link this video has does get you the best price out there. I can’t wait until my girls are old enough to make them little fruit roll ups with this 🤗
Yay! I'm so happy to hear you love the attachment! There really is so much you can do with it. :) x
I looked on the blog and couldn't find the enchilada potato recipe. Where did you get the measurements?
How often do you use this attachment? Would you recommend this to someone with a small kitchen? Thank you!
I love this! I wish I could be pay all of this handy items haha! Btw do you want to make a ‘whats in my refrigerator’ video? Would love to see it :) x
Yeah, this is definitely a very cool kitchen item! And I've got a "what's in my fridge" video in the queue. Stay tuned! :) x
Downshiftology I’m excited!! X
Anneke Broekhuis I
Wow... things you never knew you needed or wanted #1 besides for the spiralizer. Love it!
It's amazing and really makes you creative in the kitchen. :)
I bought this because of your video and I'm totally in love with it, thank you so much for sharing. My daughter is gluten free and I'm always looking for ideas. I would love more recipe ideas and the actual recipes from your video when you get time. I've shared your video with many friends and pretty much everyone is as excited as I am. Take care! You're awesome!
Would you recommend this attachment for someone with a tiny kitchen?
Omg I wish I was your child and then you could cook for me everyday 😍
Haha. Too funny!
Same!
AMAZING!
So many fun things to make with it. :) Thanks Marina!
So many fun things to make with it. :) Thanks Marina!
Wow this is a miracle machine.Thank you for sharing 😗
I just bought a kitchen aid mixer and this attachment for my daughter! I will buy one for myself too! My husband is a diabetic so I can make the zucchini instead of pasta! We are Italian and are having a hard time replacing the pasta! Thank you for the demo! I like your voice and how you did this demo! Hope to see a lot more of you demonstrating kitchen aid! Well done!💖
Thanks so much Linda for your kind words! Have fun with the attachment!
How often do you use this attachment? Would you recommend this to someone with a small kitchen? Thank you!
I can’t eat pasta due to gluten but that zucchini lasagna looks so yummy.
I'm celiac and gluten-free, so all the recipes on my channel and website are 100% gluten-free. :)
I got one for Christmas. I immediately went out and got cucumbers because I wanted to make make smoked salmon, cream cheese rolls. I went through 6 cucumbers and I got maybe 6" of usable sheets. They were firm cucumbers, but they all just got cored out. I followed the instructions. I'm not sure what I did wrong. I really want to love this attachment.
Cucumber ribbon might be too weak to be used as a wrap.
Freeze for 10-15 minutes and it should make the cucumber more stable for cutting.
Now that's an interesting idea! I'll have to try that!
Any updates with your attachment? I'm concerned that it will be more work than it's worth. I'm not as fabulous as Lisa is in the kitchen. :)
@@Jumbaride I did freeze my cucumber for 10 minutes and that was really helpful. It wasn't enough to change the texture of the cucumber but just enough to make it hold up and sheet better!
This is going to be soooo great!! I never knew about this! Thank you!
I just found your channel, don’t ask me how but I can’t stop watching.... your videos are the first ones that I have come across that I feel I can incorporate into my life... even hubs, who is not so keen on GF said he would be willing to try these recipes... I can’t wait to get started
Wonderful! So happy to hear that!
The Japanese can do this with a knife n no leftover core...
Yes, I've seen. It's amazing.
Most people don’t have time to learn such a skill like that.
iTheGeek no actually, many people have families to take care of and/ or are already overworked. Personally, I'm a full-time student and i have a job and the list of things I'd try to do before i took the precious time to learn to thinly cut vegetables is days long. Many people aren't lazy, just short on time try not to be so judgemental
You don't have to learn it. An easy way to have say for example two metal rods equal in diameter (The larger the diameter the thicker the slices) You lay the rods parallel and lay the food in the middle. You basically run the knife along the metal rods while cutting and rolling the food. The rods basically ensure that you always have an even thickness.
Here's a video if you want to see what I was talking about
ua-cam.com/video/INdbmef_VL4/v-deo.html
AvgJane19 I’m a full time student and I work full time. I also own my own place and take care of my boyfriend and pets, despite this I still have time to learn knife skills, everyone does have time, but most people do use their extra time unproductively.
Green verde sauce literally means green green sauce. Gonna try most fo this tho.
Yeah, that was a little duplicative. Haha. :)
Bruno Adame haha so true...
Bruno Adame it’s like Chai Tea 🍵
does chai mean tea??
Bruno Adame yea
I just ordered this attachment and I am super excited to try it!
How often do you use this attachment? Would you recommend this to someone with a small kitchen? Thank you!
Wow,I'm in LOVE ......this is AMAZING!
Hope you enjoy it!
I would love to have enough money to buy this
This would make carrot straws much easier to make. You could just layer up the sheet and chop
Yes, it would. :)
This is awesome ! I can't wait to get one !
Just Amazing! I can see why your obsessed as the possibilities are ENDLESS!
Totally! 😊
Imagine make Mussaa and Lasagna, Sushi rolls, Baked potatoes, Cannelloni, Crepe, etc. NICE.
So many option, right? :)
What about an apple pie lasagna 🤔♥️
This was so much fun to watch! I definitely want to get this attachment. Thanks!
The attachment is amazing!
I just fell in love. I do know know why I am just finding out about the sheet cutter. Your recipes look delicious and healthy can’t wait to try these.
Is there something like this you have that doesn't include a mixer I don't have one and have no space for it but would love to have a sheet cutter like this
Unfortunately, not that I'm aware of at this time.
I would love for something more portable
amzn.to/2nPNg1R
They need to come up with one, i don't have the space either and majority of general population cannot afford kitchen aid.
Don't be afraid to buy one second hand if you want one. I did for right around $100 and had it for nearly 10 years, then I sold it for the same amount and bought a bigger one. They do take up a good deal of space, but any stand mixer will.
why is everyone from california's favorite thing to say to people is that they're from california?
That was just to give context that we get fresh avocados year round. Just as someone from Maine has access to lots of lobster (which we don't get in California). ;)
I'm from California and that's not my favorite thing to say to people. (:
you just told me ur from california obligatorily
Because we keep it real here in California.. which I live in
xnagato666x wig
Wow!! This sheet cutter is going on my wishlist. Amazing recipe ideas!!
Glad you enjoyed the video Heather! It's such an awesome product, isn't it? :) x
You have no idea how much I enjoy watching your videos .. I leave aside my tasks, homework and eBooks and just go full screen :)
I guess it's the charisma you have and definitely the nice dishes you make.
Nicest wishes from Yemen
Aww, that's so sweet Waleed! Thanks so much! :)
Heaven is real
Haha. This tool seems to have that effect on people. ;)
.. hmm useful to dry fruit
Yes, perfect for making apple chips!
Why is this so satisfying to watch !?!
I love your channel! I was just diagnosed with csid which is a disease where I cannot digest sugars and starches. So I can't eat hardly anything! This will be my next purchase! I just bought an instant pot and multi pot, the Bella electric spiralizer, and an air fryer! I am on my way to a complete healthy diet where I make all my own ingredients and foods! Thank you for all the videos now I don't feel hopeless when it comes to foods!
I love the sheet cutter but unfortunately I don't like KitchenAid stand mixer!
Uh oh! Unfortunately, in this case you need one for the other.
Whaaat?! How could you NOT love it? Lol
Hey, Lisa! I love watching your videos! Is the device suitable for mixers from other companies? I have a Kanwood ...
Thanks so much! This attachment is build for KitchenAid mixers. I don't know if it may fit any other brands.
Jenny, until you have your very own, you can do a similar, though not exact, thing with a mandolin. Just make sure it's very sharp and keep your fingers protected (don't ask how I know! :) ) and you'll get pretty good slices for zucchini, potatoes, cucumbers, apples, etc. They won't make sheets like this will, but you can make nice thin slices for zucchini lasagna, baked potato or apple chips.
I'm drinking fast, looking at that lasagna
Just AMAZING! THANKS
I absolutely love your recipes!!!! Subscribed! ☀️
