Omg I just found your account and I don’t even know where to begin. I’m desperately trying to organize myself for 2025. I’ll be going through your videos and take notes 😅❤
This was so helpful! I have so much on my "to do at some point" list and it feels like they have been cluttering up my brain. Definitely going to do this and get them all out on paper and list out the action steps I can take. It will be so nice to go into the new year with at least a few of those items crossed off the list and a plan to get the others done :)
hello jess!!! you are really inspiring me to make my 2025 plans in a bujo! i honestly never could stick to a planning system but im so ready to try again next year!! ❤ love from brazil
I love your reset videos. I have started to use a reset at the end of my week, I am finding this very helpful to begin my week with a clear mind and a plan. I began with just one thing and now I am adding to my reset process.
Girl, I just stumbled across your account and i am so in awe with your creative designs!!! As a helpless not creative person I realy admire what you are able to do. However you not only share design ideas, but also so helpful setups. I didn‘t know how to start, and now I have more ideas than i can follow along. You realy should consider printing and selling your designs, I would spend all of my money 😅. Now I call it a day and spend the rest watching your videos.
Do you have a playlist for your cyclic layouts? If you're willing to do one, it can wait until things aren't so hectic (thanks in advance if so) and if not if fine too, creating one will give me something to do over Xmas break.
Do you by any chance show your pages anywhere? Your written ideas are great. I hope to add some to my book because they are amazing and well said, however, I can’t really see them on my phone as the print is small.
Not everyone gets a benefit from external using their processes around goals or task completion, so if you don’t - that’s ok :) Even for those of us who do, how complicated/involved we need the process to be can vary a huge amount. This level of breakdown is completely overwhelming for me, so I go with something much simpler. :) The great thing about bullet journaling is that you can customize it to your needs and aren’t locked into a set system or pre printed pages :)
I think of admin tasks as anything used to maintain or organise something, so mental health admin tasks are anything that I’m using to maintain or organise my mental health. That could be things like doing my mind unwind sessions, scheduling things into my calendar, noting down reminders and to dos, or focusing on eliminating/lessening anything that is causing me stress or mental discomfort.
I'm gonna use a few of these for my full moon ritual that I'm start doing in 2025 : mind unwind, declutter, stop doing, keep doing.
Oh awesome 😄 Hope they work well for you 💪

Time limiting is a great idea! I will be borrowing this moving towards next year, so I don't spend all day doing things and burn myself out.

Yay! It's always a good day when Jess posts!
Haha well I hope you’re having a great December then 😄💜
@JashiiCorrin absolutely!

Also hoping to declutter before the new year. Anytime i do a big clean, it helps me stay clean for a good while ☺️

Jess, maybe you cover this another video, but how do you prioritize all of these tasks?

Glad to have you here with us 😄 I reckon you’re more creative than you know, but I’m glad that the ideas have helped you out 💜🥰
waiting for this video the whole year 💜📓
Glad to get it to you! 💜

Hey Jess. Thanks for the videos. They are a joy to watch and be inspired by. Any chance you can share the fonts you've been using? 😊

Are the Zebra Mark ON pens archival? I love my Microns but ruin the nib so quickly writing.
I kind of find it difficult to understand this mental reset thing.

*externally writing, not external using. Autocorrect is not helpful. =\
Question? What are mental health admin tasks? TFS. From winter in Southern Nebraska, USA.
