Why is there white smoke coming out of my car? | Diagnose and Fix White Smoke

Why is my car giving out white smoke? Here's how I fixed this problem on my 2012 Volkswagen GTI. Typically, white smoke indicates a coolant leak....but this was not the case for my vehicle.

After how long of installing PCV, the smoke stopped? Right after installing PCV or couole of hours of running the car?

Would this issue cause the oil pressure low warning light to appear on the MFD display ? I have the thick white smoke intermitently ,coolant and oil levels are normal

Very smart guy I have a transporter t5.1 Egr removed also dpf removed been remapped and it smokes white and smells should I have them put back and stop the smoking thanks jeff

I own a 2008 gs350 it smokes a lot when I accelerate above 40 and it reduces my gas the oil doesn’t short but the smoke smells like burnt oil please help

I have an Audi a5 2.0, my car has been running rich for a while, I have changed air flow sensor, fuel injectors, spark plugs, high pressure fuel pump, fuel pump and my car will not start unless if I rev the gas, another thing is once it’s on excessive white smoke comes out of the exhaust, and if you take your foot of the gas the car will turn off after around 10 seconds. Any idea what it could be?

Hey man, I have a golf mk4 gti. Yesterday I noticed white smoke coming from my exhaust. Coolant & oil levels are fine. So it could be the pcv valve. But not sure where its located on my mk4? Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou

What about toyota corolla verso 2.2 d4d 177cv sport ?.
Bcos I have one that smoked like that but the coolant level is OK with no signs of overheating.
