Thanks. I've been really impressed with it. It's turned into one of my go to knives. It's right in the size range where it can do a little bit of everything and do it well. Thanks for watching
@@stewartmcpherson5943 it would depend on what you were looking to do with it. They are both great knives and can do just as well with a lot of task but the Laser Strike is a more robust knife. I do like the handle of the Laser Strike better than the PR-4 because it allows you to choke right up to the edge and gives better control. The biggest thing to consider is the weight difference between the two. If you're wanting a light knife to do fine task with and are not planning on using it as a one tool option then go with the PR-4. If you're looking for something that can do fine work, light chopping, batoning and just about anything else you throw at it then go with the Laser Strike.
Spear tip is so functional and can only be appreciated with heavy use. I was so brainwashed by the industry that a bushcraft knife must be a certain grind and shape . I'm now pro spear tip but also flat and or Saber grind with convex. Gotta get me an Esee ...I have a Tops Brakimo and LOVE IT their 1095 is excellent 👌 I'm guessing esee is the same.
I was the same way until I got my ESEE PR-4, now I too prefer a spear point. And I've had both ESEE and T.O.P.S. 1095 and they preformed excellent. I prefer ESEE's 1095 because it seems to hold it's edge a bit longer. Plus their warranty is the best in the business. Thanks for watching.
Here soon. I've been waiting on getting another trip out with it before I did a follow up on it. If things work out it will be this week. Thanks for watching.
Keep that woman, and keep her happy!
That is my intention! Women like her don't come along very often. Thanks for watching
Great review brother! I decided on getting the LS instead of a 5. You do a great job, thank you
I don't think you'll be disappointed with it. And thank you so much for the kind words. I'm glad I could help you out. And again, thanks for watching.
Amen brother! God bless you and your family
You have an awesome off duty supervisor
Yes, yes I do. Definitely a keeper! You got to love a woman how feeds you knife and outdoor gear habit. Thanks for watching.
Beautiful knife

@@CentralKyBushcraft would you recommend the laserstrike over the pr4

Nice blade
I agree. The more I use it, the more I like it. I do believe it's well on it's way to becoming my favorite knife. Thanks for watching.
Greetings from Hart County! Great r
Great review. Have pondered the Laser Strike since Tops introduced theirs years ago. May add one to the stable
Great blade! It's quickly becoming my go to blade. And the spear point design is very useful. Thanks for watching.
When would you post the new review?
