Thanks for sharing your settings! I was trying to copy them to my RG13 and I think I got close enough! I assume the bass boost and the mid scoop were both pressed in, right? I'm using a Dimebucker instead of the OBL. And another brand parametric eq. I feel I'm very close bro, thanks again!
@@BORDERWARS thanks, nice! At 00:23 looks like you take ~10dB out at ~100Hz. Are you using something else to get low frequencies back, maybe in the loop? I heard of many people using Aphex 104 in the loop (aural exciter with big bottom). I have an old Ashly PQ26 I bought recently. It has some noisy knobs since it is vintage gear... but the nice thing of it is that you can turn on/off every freq band you want. I've just tryed using one channel between the MXR6band and the amp. I think I might try to hook the second channel to the amp's loop to emulate the effect of that Aphex 104.
@@Felipe83R bass comes in at 0.23 . So I m guessing compression kicked in. I ve had the 104 and BBE maximizer but I didnt find the right use in the studio besides for the vocals. That pq26 is a 6band Eq, thats huge!! Would also work great in the loop I m sure!
