Welcome to Andertons "Sound nothing like Dimebag Darrell, using nothing that Dimebag Darrell used" by busting the bank.
beermetal2003 and .....by nothing but busting the bank.
😂😂
Well said. What a couple of clowns really.
Gets ibanez instead of a dean or washburn, no randall or krankenstein
Embarrassing
Pantera on an ibanez is the weirdest thing I've ever seen
wrong, guns and roses on a strat is the weirdest thing i've seen
@@KeeperOfPoops Guns n Roses is weird on anything other than a Les Paul
@@solarwinds5114 Hmmm Slash used BC Rich in early 90's
@@Owen_plays_music1049 he used it on the studio for Appetite for Destruction. He switched over a dozen guitar across every song.
How to spend over 4K and sound like a crate practice amp and Ibanez gio
To be fair dimebag had kind of a shitty tone, but it was way fatter.
Kinda is an understatement. Great guitarist, but damn his tone was horrible.
it fit the style but it was a terrible tone nontheless. Fuckin amazing guitarist though.
Dimebags tone was perfect for the style he played, the music wouldnt be half as good if it was as over engineered as it could have been it would have sucked the soul right out of the guitar parts.
@@wupme yeah, I kinda agree but no one has ever actually brought that up in comments I've read before... When I first heard Pantera I thought the playing was amazing but he had such a nasal/tinny tone and I couldn't understand why he went with that tone.
Dimebag using a Metal Zone and an Ibanez guitar has gotta be the most high school thing I have ever seen
Missed the mark on this one by a large margin guys. This one needs to be revisited down the road for sure.
you're an idiot, they hit the mark by a large margin!
@@KeeperOfPoops I suppose that would make you tone def.
@@KeeperOfPoops Not even close, man.
@@birdsteak9267 thats actually been proven to be false. If youre using the right gear and technique then it should sound the same.
These guys do know what they are doing Scott McKinstry and to be honest I really disagree with you here.
>by busting the bank
>Boss Metal Zone
I...
TheDarthsteve316 Dimebag has really scooped mids and metal zoney sound so
Agreed fully, it's just really surprising. You'd think there would be some boutique metal distortion pedal or something to inflate the price.
Vili Häikiö His sound is nowhere even in the realm of a shitty metal zone.
Dimebag had one of the worst guitar tones I have ever heard; a Metal Zone is actually pretty good for his sound. Great guitarist, and his tone worked for Pantera, but by itself his tone really is not very good.
NICKHAM16 Your taking the piss right ?
the without busting was more close to dimebag's tone
Makes sense. The stuff he used was never really expensive anyway.
The cheaper gear sounded great.
Im rewatching this and hell no its no were close to his tone
@@workemail724 The century 200 is not cheap
@@joeytheauthor8290 it's not now. Was back then. It's only as expensive as it is BECAUSE of Dime. Back then it wasn't an expensive amp at all
i know andertons doesn't stock Dean, but they could have used a washburn n4, has the same bridge pickup that dime used for most of his career
I guess that would be out because it is a signature.
Jerru yes but it's really over priced
Blake Palmer
>overpriced
>Literally watching a video about spending unnecessary and absurd amounts of money to get a tone
He used Washburn guitars from 1993 to 2004.
@@blakepalmer5256 Dimebag signature guitars are 700 bucks
Holy shit it looks like Rabea dropped a ton of weight! Looking good man!
Phantoms Paradise Yeah I thought his afro just got bigger. Dude looks great now!
He is regaining it though
I think he looks better with the weight. lol
Why don't you guys show more of the tone chasing? Show us what messing with settings on all these pieces of gear actually does to the sound. I think that'd be much appreciated by everyone.
Customer: yeah I'm looking for a -
Andertons: Its actually not in stock
Its so true like this happens always
Student loan comes in: "Lets play bust the bank" !
Please do how to sound like Gojira!!!
charvel or Jackson, EVH LBX, Delay pedal, Whammy pedal. Done
The Electrocist I'm sure he just wants to see Gojira on the channel not necessarily confused on how to get the tone...
Ah, fair enough.
I'd bet they'd get the Joe Duplantier signature Charvel, the new cheaper one, and a 5150 combo
Sound like LEMMY!!!!!
Oh, that's a great idea! :)
That would just consist of getting a Marshall tube amp and cranking everything.
PappeH also, gaggles of midrange, and a bit of gain. So basically yeah a cranked marshall
Its a Rickenbacker bridge pickup into a marshall superbass with the bass turned down and the mids all the way up and volume cranked into a bass 4x12 and 4x10
Mr Coatsworth Marshall jcm800 head, bass cab, Rick 4003, turn everything "to 11"
This was very disappointing...
shut up! it's very entertaining! it sounded exactly like dimebag darrell
@@KeeperOfPoops Dimebag never scooped his mids. His tone was a mid boost, go ahead and look at his eq settings online. Or you can go watch Ola Englund
@@KeeperOfPoops you must be tone deaf if you think that sounded anything like dime
It is dissapointing, especially the fact they used an ibanez
@@KeeperOfPoops exactly? Sounded nothing like him...
The point is to sound like him with no budgetary limitations, not to spend as much money as possible. How is buying a cheaper guitar or amp a problem?
i hate to admit it but i agree. the “by busting” videos seem to just be about “grab the most the most expensive gear in the store and forget about how it sounds”. the only “by busting” vids that got close to the artists were guns n roses, david gilmour, and ac/dc
@@rikkifknrobin yeah but they use expensive gear. Dimebag’s gear was much cheaper so its acctually not any reason to use so much
@@chickenboyyyy7860 that’s basically what i said
@@rikkifknrobin oh sorry it didnt seem like that
Am i the only one here who thought this sounded like a bit of shit?
Cornelius Larsen nope I'm with you it sounded like ass
Cornelius Larsen Yeah, it wasn't even close to Dime's tone.
They failed at this video.
Sound Like isn't hit and miss, it's more miss and miss... the Foo Fighters by busting the bank last week was absolutely appalling.
Cornelius Larsen because pantera does
Richard Harrold
It was not appalling. I compared the tones to the parts of the songs they played, and if anything, their tone was better, and not so compressed.
If you compare the tones they are getting now that they have upgraded all of their audio equipment, and the room, to the sound they had two or three years ago, they sound incredibly professional now ... top quality.
And they are getting better at dialing in the sounds. They listen to the music and spend hours tweaking the pedals, amps and guitars until they have a very good facsimile.
I am grateful that we live in a world where the naysayers and down-voters do not hold sway. If you can do a better Foo Fighters sound, why aren't you? Where are your videos? Why aren't you at Anderton's convincing them that you can do better?
I am so grateful that people like Pete Honore, Matt Hornsby and Rabea Massaad do not wilt at their few critics, as they have continued to improve the quality of these videos, which are very informative, entertaining and cheerful, despite those youtubers, like you, that have accomplished little, but get their kicks criticising everything.
WTF is that bass in the background at the start?
Oisin McPhillips its a new ibanez thats half fretted and half fret less
Oisin McPhillips watch the latest All About That Bass episode mate :D
That's it... :-)
Clearly he means the beautiful Rickenbacker 4003w ;)
ibanez been smoking some strong shit lately :D
only way to sound like Dime is with Randall, Kemper, reversed Bill Lawrence L-500 pick up.....
Where the hell does Kemper enter into it? His sound was basically purely a function of the Bill Lawrence into the Randall.
No Deans or Randalls...blasphemy
best quote of the day : "doesn't seem like there are many ridiculously expensive pointy guitars"
Metallica by busting the bank would be awesome!!!
It would also be awesome if u guys could get Rob in and play creeping death :)
metallica without busting the bank? they used a furman pq4 for the Justice for all album.... That's why subwoofers kick like that... Read my other statement up top on how to get Dime's sound, Cause Dime was going for a Justice for all sound when he discovered his tone.... They no longer make furman pq's... But (Sans Amp Tech 21 Para Driver Di pedal for about $200 now has the furman pq built into it since they don't make those any more... Stryper made a good video about the Sans Amp as a furman pq replacement.... There you go... You're welcome dude!!! Rock on!!
Jeffrey Grady They did without busting the bank already
Bro.... Listen.. The reason I'm telling you this stuff- is for Years, I spent all my money on the next distortion pedal, medal zone, death metal pedals, thinking I would get Metallica, or Dimebag's sound... It wouldn't do it...It can't do it... Because it's not what they used.... So I just wasted my money.... Come to find out, it's also not a magical Amplifier they use either! It's taking Amplifiers, sometimes with only as much distortion as AC/DC, but HotRod it up.... You do this by using Equalizers.... It's all about the Equalizers for both Metallica and Pantera... they used the same stuff in eq's pretty much... So you can supercharge a shitty amp and make it awesome, if you read and take seriously what I've written you... It's their actual stuff.... You can't buy it anymore... But we are lucky enough TECH 21 built the furman pq inside of it... So use that, and a MXR equalizer and you got and Pantera... Use the Tech 21 and a BBE Sonic Maximizer for Metallica.. They both use the furman pq-- which will be Tech 21 now... Only difference is Pantera used MXR eq for the 2nd eq, where as Metallica used BBE sonic maximizer as the 2nd eq. Metallica also used tube head instead of solid state... But Metallica had awesome sounds on a Plexi Marshalls before they upgraded their amplifiers, which they've done many times... So doesn't matter as much on amplifiers... Both Metallica and Pantera have used different amps, But still had their sound on those different amps. Don't waste your money on some next magical distortion pedal... They don't exist.... for Metallica.... use Sans Amp Tech 21 Para driver Di + BBE Sonic maximizer.... Pantera Is Tech 21 and MXR eq.... I got my Sonic Maximizer for $10 on ebay... I used Sonic Maximizer + MXR eq on a Marshall Plexi Tube (which that head doesn't have much distortion), but I was just messing around, and was able to get a far beyond driven kind of sound out of a tube head.. Pretty amazing... I hope you'll see the light on the information I've shared.... It's just the correct way to go... Ask anybody that's really able to nail these sounds... Because these are the Equalizer's they've used....
Think about this? You saw these guys in the video Rave over the MXR eq... That's just 1 eq!!! Metallica has switched amplifiers, from Marshall Plexi tube heads, to Mesa Boogie Triple Rectifiers, to Randall Kirk Hammit Series Amps, But ALWAYS kept the Metallica sound... Same thing with Pantera... RG 100 es Randall Amps, to Warheads, to X2's to Krank Tube heads, To Dime heads, which was a remake of the Early Randall's he started with... All of these different Amps, but he still ALWAYS sounded like Dimebag... It's because of the equalizers.... Metallica and Pantera both used Furman pq's-which is now Tech 21... So the amps, the guitars, the pickups... Those are just the little things to fine tune their sounds.... But they use 2 eq's on top of their amps for sculpting and a distortion boost... if you do what they've done, you'll also need a hush or a silencer to quiet down the Noise.... Hope this stuff helps you, instead of you wasting you're money..... Make sure you read the other statement for Metallica, cause they used BBE Sonic Maximizer as their 2nd eq instead of MXR...
Jeffrey Grady Seems mine and your experiences have led us to the same conclusion
P E R I P H E R Y
it would be interesting to see how you'd recreate their sound with real gear rather just axe fx units
miles janes with a kemper? lol
real gear only lol
miles janes od into 5150 and mesa cab.
miles janes I think their best bet would be Marks sig PRS and a Friedman or peavey. Those are the amp models they use primarily
Yeah, you can literally get a Periphery tone from a pickup with tight low end and a 6505 at the bare minimum. Misha's new amp is basically a 5150.
More interesting would be trying to get Periphery's clean tones.
That doesnt sound like dime tbf
Metallica BY busting the bank with Rob as a guest
Please make it happen!! Would be epic
LITHIUM please do this
2:12 you guys literally described jackson USA . You never use jacksons :(
Dhruv Kotecha I would have suggested a Jackson. With the highest output pickup they could get. A Jackson HH custom shop would have been my start.
John Gustafsson they could have done so much more
They actually have used a Jackson in a video I can't remember, I'll keep you posted
Soumak Basak Iron Maiden
Metallica and Iron Maiden
What a pointless video. The whole segment of choosing an amp and going for the wazzacraft based purely on it's ridiculous price tag... should this feature not be about getting closest to the artist's sound rather than just picking the most expensive gear in Andertons at the point of shooting?
Daniel Storey I agree but I still think they did a reasonable job on what they were using and the things they had available
I respect they wanted to stay with a solid state but just getting the most expensive one instead of the best one for the job was kind of pointless.
Daniel Storey
I agree. For a store that doesn't even sell Dean's or Randall's, what's the point? And going solely on price is besides the point of the video. They should have chosen a different artist to feature.
This is just Pantera riffs on expensive gear.
But the waza is also supposed to be one of those amps that is supposed to sound like everything
it's not just the amp. i don't like the idea of an Ibanez for Dime either. like others have said, hard to justify breaking the bank on a guy who got his very recognizable tone from relatively speaking cheap gears. I think they could have done it with an LTD and a Line6 or Katana. In fact, I'm sure they could have. Hell, a solid state Peavey, Im sure they had a few. Another guitar possibility could have been an Explorer or V.
Thanks for all your hardwork on this show. Very helpful and informative. I have but one request and that is JOY DIVISION. Kudos from Ireland.
Given the limitations you guys had, you did an excellent job. That MXR pedal is awesome, and Dimes tone is so unique. Great Video!
Pedals totally made the tone, sounded all kinds of heavy.
Recently I thought that you could try to collect rigs that would be good for a specific genre on three diffrent budgets: really cheap/ begginner, medium price/ mediocore, expensive/ pro. For example 1000£, 2250£ and 4000£? You could try to find guitars, amps and pedals for genres like Indie, metal, punk etc. Think about it, love your videos! Cheers
I got to see Pantera only twice live and i will say this, Rex was a monster on the bass. The perfect compliment to Dime's shreddidge. It was a nice addition to have Matt do that here. Well done for matching the tone closely on available gear. Kinda the point really.
You guys should do sounds like Megadeth (Marty Friedman era), Slayer, Buckethead, Opeth, Van Halen, Mötorhead, Venom, Rush, Judas Priest, Exodus, Death, Deep Purple, The Who, Stone Temple Pilots, Soundgarden, The Melvins, The Ramones, Black Flag, Jerry Cantrell by busting the bank, and if you can manage to find affordable 8 strings, Animals as Leaders and Meshuggah.
i dont think they are that advanced xD
Mega Prime Productions don't get it twisted rabeas a killer guitar player. they play the riffs wrong too for copyright. they do that to every riff they change the pattern or the amount of notes or chugs whatever. watch Jared dines hardware w rabea
It's good to see some folks with low expectations. :)
Sound like A Perfect Circle... Amazing guitar tones and sounds with that band
Pete should upload a full acoustic slide version of 'Walk'. That was sick!!!
We doubt Pete even knows the song was called Walk :).. But we will ask him...
Andertons Music Co Did he know ? You.....CANT just not get back to us.
You guys forget about Jackson USA guitars?
Or better yet, ESP M or H standard
Max Scardanelli what??!! Which video is that? I need to see it!
Dime was using Krank amps in his last few years. They were all tube. Dime said he used solid states early on because he just wanted more gain. His Dean was a mahogany set neck with a floyd and hot pickups.
Steve Holt he wasn't using them until the last 8 months when he used the prototype.
stormblast973 Either way he died playing valves. Right?
Awesome vídeo, guys!!! Keep on the good work! Give us some more of "sound like"!! Cheers! Greetings from Brazil!!
Good job, who knew a Boss Metal Zone could get the Dimebag tone? (that's sarcasm, but seriously good job on the rig)
I'll just patiently wait for Sound Like Highly Suspect without busting the bank, or possibly Mastodon BY busting the bank...
The stone roses! I can't find how to sound like them anywhere on UA-cam
You went out your way for that. Nice!

Great video guys. I have two 1980's Randall RG100ES amps and they're noisy as heck and super scooped so I could see why it was such a challenge getting that tone.
Bea, you're a sick individual. Love to hear those Dime riffs played so well!
..... Were you guys just trolling this video or what? Like did you record it on April Fools Day and just post it late? That wasn't even close. Love this series, but swing and a miss on this one.
SHUT UP YOU FRIGGIN IDIOT! It's really close! it sounds exactly like him
Can we have mastodon by busting the bank next?
Brilliant stuff guys, would like to see a bit more stuff regards the bass.
This video kicked ass🤘🔥
Sounded pretty damn good
I was always under the impression that Dime used the EQ to boost the mids before scooping them in the amp.
the metalzone has a mid scoop then boost in 2 sections. maybe a similar effect (possible inspired by dimebag?)

I love you Rabea, but god damn, this needs another go. This does not do Dimebag justice.
you're wrong! it does do dimebag justice ASS!
Best one yet, I reckon. Sounds spot on. Pantera had slightly ropey production on the earlier records, but this sounds like a cleaner version of that sound. Nooice.

Guys! Darrell used a lamps Krank made for him (the Krankenstein if I'm not mistaken) aside solid states Randall. There's a vid of him visiting USA Krank's shop and getting his monster amplifier & reffing it. He loved it
As someone who likes Dime’s tones, and scooped tones in general, I think this sound is close enough, but in the ways that it’s not close, it’s an improvement. It’s super heavy, but suuuper fat. There’s a lot of depth in this tone to my ears.
sounds like RUSH Deep Purple and The Who
Looks like Andertons is failing big time by not stocking Deans, Randalls or similar metal guitars and amps. This suggests they're losing out on a big customer base. Unless they're depending on boring Ibanez strats and/or Jacksons so fill the gap, which still doesn't cut it. Time to up your game Andertons!
NoiseFeedMusic we don’t have a chain of guitar stores over here like you have guitar centre, most of our music stores are independent shops with limited selection
Its pretty much the same regardless of what shop you go to; I mean I work in a pharmacy (a chain one xd) and our stock is shockingly bad
Professor Dictabeat try live in Australia, we have no big guitar shops
You don't really need the Dean guitar. Just a guitar with similar pickups just like the washburn dimebag signature models because it had the original pantera sound.
A friend who owns a music store explained to me- Metal heads don’t buy expensive stuff. They look at it, paw it, love it, but in the end they won’t buy a $2k amp or guitar. They buy a 500 dollar Dean and a Marshall combo and call it a day. It’s the middle aged to post-kids blues guys chasing some mythical 1953 ultra pure vintage unobtainium tone that will drop 5 grand on an amp or guitar- so that’s what they stock. In this case Dime used stuff no one wants now. Solid state amp? Who is gonna buy that except a very specific fan looking for a Randall? It’s all about mythical 1970s low gain tube amps and models there of.
Woke up at 5:30 am an watched this video, needless to say I didn't need any coffee!!!!! Rock on

I would’ve either stuck with The waza or got that evh. But a Washburn guitar would’ve fit much better since you guys stock them and he used them. The mxr eq would stay but I would get a boss chorus to do songs like this love or hollow, maybe a Seymour Duncan pickup booster if you can’t get a Washburn with the bill lawerence, and his signature wah
Washburn doesnt make a guitar anything like his signatures

George Lynch by busting the bank... he was a huge inspiration to Dime and the reason Dime played Randall.
Sound like In Flames? PLEEEASE
Lord Sauron Yaas , Clayman especially !
marshall 800 / emg pickups easy
5150 is better suited for Colony to present. Before that (if I recall correctly) they used Marshall 8100's.
Actually, I believe Bjorn used a JCM 800 nowadays. Not sure what Niclas uses but I know Jesper used a 5150.
All that plus a POD
Peavey 5150 more like.
great tutorial thanks guys
On the note of tone chasing, I think it’d be fun if ya showed us some of that, even if it’s just little snippets between riffs. Maybe even do mini “bonus videos” separately. I think it’d be cool to see what goes into finding specific tones for specific riffs. Like, it’s easy enough to get a general Dimebag tone by just cranking gain and scooping mids, but what goes into finding the differences in the tones between, say, “Walk” and “I’m Broken”?
sounds like Ian D'sa from Billy talent would be great
Thomas John I second this
Any reason you didn't go with a Powered Kemper instead of the Waza?
I got a pretty accurate Dime tone with my Marshall Valvestate with an Ibanez Tube screamer. I think something like that would be better than the boss amp. The Marshall is half solid state half valve so it would have given a great representation
Jackson warrior?!
Ibanez zyphos?!
Esp star?!
Multitude of other guitars to use instead of a superstrat. Plus, the lower tuned riffs were in relative tuning, meaning the strings were in tune with each other, not a dropped tuning.
You guys should do sounds like Devin Townsend Project
Or maybe sounds like Strapping Young Lad
Guitar Pick yes, would be so awesome ! I am gonna see him live in august
I hate the fact when we talk about Dime we have to use words like "used" or "played" or "was". Just a good guy and such a rare talent gone way too soon. RIP DIME!!
Can't wait for Randy Rhoads By Busting, should be bloody spectacular
Big Les Pauls/V, Big Marshalls, a flanger... oosh, can't wait... though a Sheriff 44 would probably suit *that* tone better being that it's actually based on a plexi
He used a furman pq3 or pq4 parametric eq set to scoop the mids a the mxr to filter in a small stream of mids with a randall rg 100 they recently brought back the rg series and added a 3rd channel I had one it was a great head
Do Randy Rhoads, By Busting the Bank! Full blown Marshall stack, pedals, an a Gibson Les Paul Custom!
would a gibson explorer not have been a better shout
They wanted a floyd and Seymour Duncan pickups
ahhh yes the floyd forgot about that part
or a jackson us RR1 (it's not a signature now)
Not that they ended up using either...
Or maybe a Jackson warrior idk a super strat doesn't seem like dime
wish you would've shown the bass gear too bur awesome job
I think you guys did pretty good on getting the tone. Sounds pretty close to me
Instead of “by busting the bank” it should be “sound closest to them with no budget”
Try Ola ;)
Ola for the win🥇
Sound Like Dave Mustaine!!!
All you need is a solid state head that has really high gain (and an ok-ish clean channel) and max out the gain with lots of bass and treble and scoop the mids and has a little bit of reverb for space and a Marshall esc 4x12 cab with celestion type speakers then an eq pedal to boost the mids and cut the lows and highs, a mxr overdrive/distortion only to boost frequencies and add only a TINY bit of gain to shape the tone and add some more chug and sustain and mid boost for solos and leads then some kind of rack EQ to focus the the mids hi and low end even more to have huge chug then a rack flanger/doubler/chorus (or pedal if you can't find a rack) and put it in the loop to add depth and make the tone sound wider then you can have a standard crybaby wah pedal and a digitech whammy up front and if you wanna go all the way get a tri chorus pedal or analog chorus for all the clean songs (like this love) and throw a cheap boss digital delay in the loop for more space for the big solos...the guitar just has to have dual very high output Humbuckers, 24 frets and a Floyd rose with a drop D tune switch and tune to half step at 450 hz.. With the drop D switch you can have the floyd rose and switch from drop to standard on the fly and you can play all his songs besides the great southern trendkill drop G shit.. In that drop D in the half step 450 hz tuning you can still play 95 percent of his songs u just have to learn different fingering but it'll sound the exact same and THATS how you nail Dimebags tone... Come on that would be easy to find all that shit Im from Fort Worth/ Arlington Texas where Dime was from so I know his tone.. You guys failed I'm sorry not tryna be an ass hole but you have the Internet and thousands upon thousands of dollars of gear to use right at your finger tips and you still fucked this up... You get paid for this shit too... U guys didn't even try. F minus, failure. Boo you could of nailed his tone without breaking $2,000 EASY... You are good musicians but the tone was just metal... Not Dimebag at all...
It sounded like Pantera and I'm glad you guys added bass. However there are so many bands out there to do by not breaking the bank that this seemed a waste... but it sounds good.
Sounds like Cacophony? Chuck Schuldiber/Death? Jake Pitts and Jinxx? Slayer?

Are you guys ever going to do any progressive type bands? Chon? Scale the Summit? Somebody back me up.
What's Matt using for the bass amp? It sounds pretty dope.
I've been using metal zone for 20 years to sound like dime. Through a Randall 200gh. Cheap and spot on.
Do you use it in the front or through an FX loop?
2 years late, but allow me to chime in:
In the age of hyper-critical-know-it-alls (who haven't achieved much of anything other than learning how to -somewhat- type on a keyboard), no petty chap can just say "thank you for the sonic adventures, Rabea and Matt."
These series are about exploring and (for us!) getting to know gear by having 2 musicians showing us rigs we'd NEVER-EVER get to know what they'd sound like otherwise. That's it.
I read these negative comments and it's like these "savvy" chaps actually taught Dimebag how to "do-it" and were waiting to see how R&M would "obviously not"...
Anyways...I don't know that any of these "concerned critics" would come close to know how to assemble a rig (regardless of money limits) that would sound like anything other than their own FruStrAtiOn.
Can't you FacEleSS "critics" just be thankful that Andertons (or anyone) is uploading videos exploring gear you'd never known? Of course not.
Thank you for the sonic adventures, Rabea, Matt, & Andertons.
This is an unusual sounds like video by busting the bank. This isn't a live show. You could have worked on another guitarist till you had all the Dimebag stuff all sorted by Andertons. 'Anderton are currently out of stock...' So? Stop filming the Dimebag stuff and do another guitar player. I don't know how much of this stuff you plan ahead in advance, but I assume there's some discussion before the filming of what you roughly want to do. Anyway, great stuff, but this video was disappointing with the idea that you had to cut corners because you couldn't get the gear you wanted to use, and there was a lot of that throughout the video.
You should do mastodon by breaking the bank! one of the best combined guitar tones in modern rock music, both use very expensive equipment. would be fantastic!
Nice use of the Spector bass for the sounds like Rex Brown
