Finally i present you the most min-maxed LLRF build in the entire PoE universe, it's Fast, it's powerful and most importantly it's cheap Compared to it's previous Versions.

Are there any plans to update this build for the new content? Many of the things this build relied on have been nerfed or outright removed from the mod pool now. Is strength stacking still optimal with things like t1 all stats on amulets being gone and multimod rarely being useful anymore?
Some fresh notes&my impressions during leveling. Now my character at lvl93, ES is 16,5K, all UberElder&Shaper guardians killed without any troubles, they were helpless and couldn't even scratch me. UberElder killed on the first try without deaths. I think, the slogan of this build can be "Expensive&powerful". In my own rating it's #1 now (previous was BV jugg by MBXtreme). So, can repeat one more time: great work, man!!!
you can potentially reach 20k ES at level 100, at that point you will be truly invincible ^^
on the other hand you can push this build with different items to do the AFK uber elder challenge but for that you will need some adjustments on your items.
It will be interesting to see how new base items will affect this build
@Phoenix If you played Blight would you still be anointing Warrior's Blood? Is there any better anointment to take like Tranquility, Tenacity, Crusader or maybe Mystic Talents? Somehow that 1.8% life regeneration seems weak compared to other possibilities.
Wow actually decent dps for an RF build, unlike most guides I see out there that takes 10 years to chip a boss hp down to even 80%.
i maintained similar dps even after 3.9 buffs, i just Swapped arctic armor for herald of ash :)
I like RF, but I don't like scorching ray. Can you guys suggest a better single target option?
I'm making a guardian almost identical to his. The Watcher's eye jewel is very expensive though, will be hard to get one. Anyway, thanks for the video, I like the build a lot.
RF can't be used without scorching ray, you need the fire resistance reduction from Scorching ray to double your RF damage.

Hey, how did you get the Hybrid Life and Mana crafted mod on your multiomodded ring?
I know its "legacy", but does that mean that i needed to craft the ring before, or is it still possible to craft this mod for someone who has it unlocked? I mutlimodded my ring the same way and now I have one open prefix without something esle to put there.
i said this in the video, it's legacy but now you can craft flat ES which is just as good (or just 20% damage)

usually 2-4 items are missing (mostly jewels) are moved to other characters, also take into consideration the fact that i uploaded a ~50 min video showcasing every single item just in case people wanted a source to view all items i used and why i used them (also possible replacements).
understand that if i just wanted to share a written guide i wouldn't have bothered making this build or this video to begin with, i could have just put together a PoB and thrown it into the forums.

So far 650 with this build, damage is slowing me down but I can tank even the craziest mods.
i tanked an abyss area with double Phys as Extra and hasted monsters + onslaught, was no problem.
also they had ele penetration lel

yea i also consider Super high damage a downside in this game, makes engagements super fast and lame, when you 1 shot everything no strategy would be needed...

why are you doing it manually ? it's never a good idea, just use any other chest piece until you have enough currency to buy 1 with damage corruption.

i got mods that gives me dex on 5 of my jewels + crafted bonus to all attributes on weapon and 1 ring.
What mtxs are you using. This is probably the most visually appealing characters I've ever seen in Poe
unfortunately the main set is the sunspire supporter pack which means that you can no longer buy it because it's league already passed by, however the wings are available for you to buy anytime, they are "Celestial Wings"
Newb question: How do you make it, that chaos damage won't kill you in low life builds? It is apparent with chaos inoculation, but how does it work with reserved life?

with Multimod nerf, you will have to get lucky with your Regal, unless you want to run a 3 modded item instead of 4 (or 5 with a good exalt)
I am running this build rightnow on ps4, and it is wonderfull. I had to improvise a bit but all in all it is gorgeous !

with 10ex you can play any build in this game with it's budget gear, but i would recommend a cyclone as it's the new best general purpose build these days.
@@PhoenixLive_YT i meant advice for ll mana guardian rf hehe. Like give budget options on pob. You dont have to ofc just thought it would be nice. Bottled faith is 30 ex in blight league for example and i think energy shield recharge rate dosnt affect regen from zealots oath so maybe you can settle with just the clarity mod on watchers eye.

the main issue is that this build needs 6L and it MUST be a shavs, so you start at 5.5ex+
and although you can finish the build before hitting 10ex forget about watchers eye and shaped belt, you will also have something around 12k ES and it will be hard to do uber elder.
@@PhoenixLive_YT you can get a pretty decent belt thats not crystal. and shaves depending on time of league.. right now its 3 ex.
well yea, and use that unique scepter that gives +70 strength (forgot it's name) i am saying you can make a budget version of the build even with watchers eye
but it has to be a single modded (30% ES recovery with discipline). 1-2ex max

You know... Since you don't use Mana anyways the passive talent 30% damage taken will go to Mana will make it so that you can still have life. I have a RF build at lvl 39 now.
but we do need mana to cast Scorching Ray and shield charge, with mind over matter keystone you will always have 0 mana because RF is a self damaging skill.

so i followed the tree and mostly followed items(couldnt get 4 relevant mods jewels since they dont exist in blight), right now im lvl 77 with 12k ES but according to POB, at lvl 93 ill have 14k ES with only 250k shaper dps. is the 4k ES difference really that big?

shouldnt you have +1 to fire spell gems on weapon? doesnt it make a big difference?

The "Can have multiple crafted modifiers" mod has been changed, now granting "Can have up to 3 Crafted Modifiers"

Thats 1 less mod we can craft then, we would do the same as before but exalt at the end hoping for something good, either that or multimod after we regal into a second good mod.

@BlahTV it was nerfed (in 3.7) to what you see in this video, no new changes occurred after that.
I cant figure out how you are reserving your life with that helmet increasing reserve amount its over 100# with those two skills. what am I missing?
Enlighten gem + reduced mana reservation nodes on the tree, i did explain all of this in the video.
Phoenix yeah I think it’s the lack of lvl 21 blood magic. Mines only like lvl5

20ex is fine to start with, get 1 modded watchers eye and forget about items corruption with the exception of the +2 aura on the gloves if you got level 21 purities, otherwise also forget about that.
the build isn't insanely expensive as it's previous version, you no longer need 2 level 4 enlighten gems, or a high ES shield.
Seems more expensive then my (old) 17k ES guardian. The nerfs brought him down to 11k. This mana variation looks nice but the items are far to specific

I just leveled this build to 87 and threw much more than 40 exalteds at it in the 3.9 league. It is not cost effective by any stretch of the imagination nor as tanky as displayed in this video. I have insane gear and I have piss poor damage and survivability compared to trickster builds at 20% the cost of this. I really like the idea and in Std League I'm sure it is OP. In the current iteration of the game, you all need to manage both your expectations and your wallet
what are you talking about ? this build didn't get any changes between when i made this video and 3.9, it's still as powerful and i killed Siruis with it (using non legacy items) if you think standard is the reason why this build is strong then you are mistaken, although i make my builds in standard i never feature them on my channel if they were reliant on OP items.

Some auras use mana, some health (need to be connected witn blood magic gem)
Lol, you can use things like blood magic to reserve life instead of mana, you can also get items, jewels or nodes on the tree to reduce the mana reservation of your skills

@@PhoenixLive_YT its actually kinda EASY to connect Your account to PoB and simply 1-2 click gain acces to all chars / builds. and then "export / create pastebin link" .... and for the viewers to have your profile constantly open and mousing over every item then re-writing every Passive point is kinda MEH. and thats the reason i prefer own builds ( some work some dont) or other ppl's cuz getting Your builds into PoB takes way too much time.

Why not soul of steel?
Regen is nice and all, but soul of steel is basically 10% more ehp here
the 1% all max res is nice but i gain more overall regen from flat regeneration instead of lowering self RF damage, that's because any regeneration is amplified by 50% !

They wont nerf anything about this build because 98% of the player base cant afford to make this build. Its cool nonetheless.

Zedarzy s hence my point of saying they wont nerf THIS because most people cant afford THIS. You can make this build functional but you wont get the same results without dumping a shit ton of currency into it.
this is a awsome BD, but these jewels that you use in the BD is so expensive in Taiwan's server QAQ
trade is across all servers, but yes i noticed that these jewels got a spike in price after i made my video lol

Could we get away with using a ivory tower?
yes but you need to have around 1500 mana unreserved which reduces your energy shield equal to the amount you would gain from the ivory tower, you end up with the 2% ES regen as an extra but now you can die from burst chaos damage.
Phoenix yikes so is using the ivory tower in a low life build viable at all?

Big disappointment for now...investments: more than 100 exa, Result: simple CoC-assasin that costs around 10-15 exa does delve better than this build...( At deep around 500 hi can"t survive under pressure of big amounts of mobs and dies faster than u can press any button of bottle...
at some point other builds can't go beyond 600+ delve because they get 1 shotted ,this build can do up to 1000 easily
i think 100ex is a good invest for any character that can do up to 1000 depth
@@PhoenixLive_YT U know, generally i enjoy your build, i like "the style" if i can say so, u did great work and i can advise this build for anyone at least to taste real RF and it's power. maybe i expected more, maybe still don't understand how to play this character right, i just tested it on t15 maps and delve. In delve around 350 it's immortal, t15 maps extremly easy. will keep on testing on guards, uber, back in delve paying attention to previuous mistakes... will see&wright here about my opinion, tyvm for your work&attitude for followers!

understand the difference between clickbait and adapting with the YT algorithm, yes i am not immune but what did you expect ? it's no longer possible to be totally immune to damage in this game, but you can be sooooooo tanky to the point where you no longer feel like taking damage.
@@PhoenixLive_YT not to be a dick but there is 1 way to be semi immune and 2 ways to be actually immune in current leauge to my knowledge . one takes party play 2 can be done solo so yeh its kinda click bait if you take that build in deep delve its getting oneshot
