I don't think I'll write an actual build guide for this because I cannot, in good conscience, recommend that anyone play this.
The reason is that it is a terrible league starter (too many required late-game uniques), has worse clearspeed than clearspeed builds, is terrible at bossing (unless that boss has plenty of adds), and crashes the instance a lot. I don't think GGG would appreciate more people playing this build. If it becomes enough of a problem, they might have to nerf the Eye of Innocence, which would make me very sad. It's not even a good build. The vast majority of the DPS is behind what I will call "The Crash Horizon" (you will crash the instance before you get to extremely high DPS.) Plus, it's really squishy, because poison uniques are ES-based and have no life on them, and we don't use our ES at all.
It was a good meme, though.
Also, I had VERY good RNG while making this character. I bought a well-rolled Disintegrator for 10 chaos and 6L'd it by accident in ~30 fusings. I also got a 6L'd white Sentinel Jacket (Dendrobate base) with the correct colors as a drop from the Atoll map boss. I'm currently trying to chance it.
EDIT: Clarification on the lag explanation:
I misspoke in the video. Path of Exile's game client has limited responsibilities. It renders the graphics, provides an interface, and translates that interface into requests to the server. The FPS of the game client (shown in the top right corner for most of the video) is completely separate from how fast the game is actually running. All of the actual calculations happen on the server, and the client is just a visual representation of what's going on. That's why you can have 60 FPS, but your character can be moving at 5 FPS. This happens when the server itself is bogged down with intensive calculations, or you simply have high latency. The reason that my explanation was so vague and watered down is that this build both lags the client and the server, and, to be honest, I didn't expect this video to be nearly as popular as it is, so I didn't put much effort into the explanation.
TL;DR: The spell cast rendering lowers the FPS of the client (largely irrelevant to the gameplay experience in this case.) The poison damage calculation bogs down the server, which eventually causes the instance to crash. An extremely good PC will still crash just as often as an old craptop.
My specs:
Intel i7 6700k (8 threads, 4.0GHz. The CPU is largely irrelevant to the performance issues shown.)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (Helps with the client framerate, but there's no point in the client framerate being higher than the server framerate except for UI responsiveness.)
500 GB SSD (Using an SSD as the boot drive and installing Path of Exile on it is VERY important for good performance. My loading screens last less than 1 second in most cases.)

so the point of POE seems to be put all your brain into building your character so you have to use as little of your brain to play it.
And to ignore all the loot and run through faster. The more riches you take from the ground the poorer you will be.
Creating build in POE is like solving the puzzle you while knowing 1% of the pieces. With all unique items, jewels, etc. It feels like you need to study for a year to do anything sensual.
@@marianpazdzioch6632 the trick is to make 5-10 good builds using other people's build guides. From there you get a sense of why certain nodes are taken, how a lot of unique mods work and interact, and what is actually fast clearing enough and/or good for bossing.Then you can start digging in to making your own from scratch.
The trick is to Buy 20~ish currency tabs, 40 4x stash tabs, 4 or 5 Map tabs, 2 Div stash tabs, 3-4 fragment tabs, and a 2-3 essence tabs. So you can fit all the junk you'll gonna pick up.
That's the point of almost every fucking game and activity, putting your brain into it to not put your brain into it later.

Disintegrator versions always felt a bit squishy to me. I run similar build at least once per league and with 2x razor of the seventh sun the survival rate increases by a huge margin

I love everything about this. The build, the voice, the reason, the sheer forbiddenness of this build. Freaking gloriously well done!
For the record, DoT calculations (and almost everything else) are server-side and client lag doesn't affect it. It's just too many calculations for one instance shard to handle, and as the server gets overwhelmed, it causes increased latency, which causes accelerated visual catch-up on your client, which causes a frame dip due to the burst of spell animations.
If calculations were client side, you'd see way more hacking and frame-rate-manipulation glitches going on.

Well... double edged sword :)
They are made both server side and client side as he mentioned, they are then synced either constantly on lock-step or when possible otherwise. The server has final say in what is correct or not regardless, so yes the server is in control, but the keep up with the server more seamlessly the client also calculates shit.

someone clearly failed to listen properly how the client and server are both doing the calculations and the server is doing a final (( checksum )) on all calculations, this is done so during lag moments client side calculations can happen in (( simulated server side real time )) so you dont just freeze in place, but the server still always has the FINAL say / check on calculations. It's just a cleaver way of not making players freeze in place during lag, because our client isn't sitting and waiting for the server's calculation responses. But as this man has demonstrated it also has a pitfall haha.

This happens when you have arc/ball lightning in poet's pens and fire directly into a pack with the invincible mod. Generally, it'll slow, then completely freeze for 2-4 seconds (until the elite causing the invincibility has died), followed by a giant explosion and resuming normal speed. Doing it against a pack around one of the invincibility shrines though, has frozen my game for 10+ seconds and even crashed it once :D
Now I know why the server lags in the last few days. It's not DDOS, it's this build. xD

I actually had a build that was similar...in the sense that I can crash the instance. In retrospect, it also had 0 damage output.
It was actually one of my favorite builds T_T
remembers me of a story my teacher told me, that when counter attacks were first released in Everquest 2, the ability triggered itself, and some monsters got that ability. so whenever you hit that monster, it pulled out its "no u" card, triggering your own "no u" card, triggering theirs, and so on. this eventually resulted in a literal fire outburst on their servers, so the game was inaccesable for quite some time and players had to wait for the servers to be replaced xD

@anonymous guy when you say you run through maps i thought you talking about endgame. Because after act10 you running maps. So the way up to t16 maps and shaper or uelder kills will change your mind i guess ;)
@anonymous guy so many new players choose necromancer first, but those builds are quite boring unless you know what you are doing and play around certain mechanics.
I actually built the crappy old afk build fire version (now using 2 razors of the seventh sun because of the changes to it) and am very much enjoying it in betrayal. Syndicate fights are a breeze because all i have to do is stand still as they spawn minions to fuel my ignites.
I only came to that decision because I saw this video, so once I have enough currency and my elementalist doesn't cut it anymore, I'll make an assassin and then play this build.
I just love it.

this infinite loop is well known, it used to be played as a Berserker and the old Vaal Pact. You can make you set up so that it doesn't lag too much and doesn't log you out all the time. I remember that GGG would ask ppl that played this to fix the set up if it lagged too much.
I think predictive network mode instead of lock step might help with your server lag.
More or less. you'd experience gigantic amounts of rubber banding.
Ultimately, latency is latency. Predictive will make the game feel smooth and randomly teleport you around, predictive will literally freeze the game for the frames where it doesn't get a response

Back in the day I did a pure crit spectral throw (when it was new) cast on crit with articblast and ice spear, then added fireball and melted my potato computer that i'd crash every 1/10th of the map. I still crash like this with basic herald builds now even with lowest graphics possible.

Ok so I made a variation on this build. I'm not good enough at dodging and haven't had trouble with too little damage / server lag so far so i made more tanky version of it.
Changes:
Switched dendrobate to Belly of the beast (on account of not having the 300 dex that really make it worthwhile anyway)
Switched gloves to just life+res rares (and if you really want uniques I'd still suggest just to get fenumus weave)
got myself a +1 curse eye of innocence
pulled freezing pulse from gmp setup to single target setup (gmp pulse tended to cause lag spikes whenever it fired for some reason)
Removed ball lightning entirely (I don't know whats in its code but it is ALWAYS the gem that causes the most lag whenever I run a build with it)
put despair and warlord's mark in a cwdt setup.
sacrificed some damage nodes for jewel slots.
Currently at 5.25k life and 1.25k mana at level 86
have 2 extra jewels with 3% damage gained as mana over 4 seconds so now at 26% and it works well together with the leech from warlord's mark.
also have one jewel with % to gain phasing on kill, which is really useful.
Only time massive slowdown occurs is in intervention/transportation safhouse run-ups (when hordes mob me) or with stupid 'allies can't die' rares.
Anything else I just walk through at a sedate +45% movespeed. It's great.
The only league based content that is a bit hard (due to occasional slowdown and or single target sustain) is incursions, and the omnitect fight is problematic due to the prolonged invulnerability phase.
Ball Lightning is lagging your game because it hits every enemy in its radius every 0.15 seconds. It's not that the spell itself is bugged or anything, it's just very effective at hitting lots of targets at once. This is actually where a lot of the DPS comes from. You can spam bladefalls all day, and they'll have high base damage poisons, but without the extra several minutes of duration from all the ball lightning poisons, you'll be doing a lot less damage overall.
I don't think the +1 curse just to add warlord's mark is worth it. We already get a ton of healing, and endurance charges from Enduring Cry. I'd recommend Enfeeble over it.

I've done something similar, a good way to reduce server lag is with something like inpulsa's explosion on kill or the elder mod on maces that also makes enemies explode. Instead of purely relying on the loop I used molten strike.
This is why the servers has sucked the past days!

Nice, used to play a Cloaked in Savagery AFK build that base on CWDT, huge hp pool and tons of lifesteal. But this one does seem to have lot more damage scaling potential!
I recently made the build on my own, got pretty surprised when i recived a Mail from GGG's support telling me to delete the character or else i'll have to pay for the next server to be burnt by it.

As a man who does several cast when damage taken builds a league constantly innovating and trying new meme ideas I can say I never really considered poison... Well I did one time a long as time ago back in double dipping days abusing volkuurs but this is something else well done my man!
The devs need to apply calculus and statistics to optimize the damage calculation.
For obvious reasons I really want to test this out on my own xD - great piece of art mate :D
This reminds me of Warframes Nezha/Volt + Telos Boltace Spin Attack back in the day. Anyone with Medium settings on and has a rig that can't take the graphical catastrophe had their games crash (mine even got the bluescreen treatment). Ah the good old days.
