Good product and nice presentation. I used it today and it worked well. The install was fairly simple without needing tools.

Great product. The corrugated pipe is totally SMOOTH on the inside. As for code, if it was sold in your local "Big Box" store, why would it be illegal to use?
The pipes have tags on as well as the packaging stating it meets UPC plumbing code as well!
Has no leaks, improved water flow, and quick to install. No messing around with those rigid schedule 40 pipes. They belong behind the drywall.

What the heck is wrong with people? Using any flexible corrugated pipe on a drain is the worst thing you can do on a drain unless you are going out of your way to create clogs. There is a reason why PVC pipes are smooth on the inside. Never use corrugated flexible drain pipe on anything.

purple hayes, you are correct in that a corrugated pipe would cause issues, however, the Snappy Trap has a Smooth Interior, thus eliminating the potential issue you mentioned. Very good product and engineering!

@@stevekordish4763 I checked out this product and you are correct, I was wrong. This is not the normal accordion-style garbage so often used by people who don't understand the smooth drain pipe concept. I personally would still never use this product but it certainly would not clog because of the ridges in the accordion-style drain pipes as I thought.

Check your local plumbing codes, this may be illegal in some areas............

Wtf is this. Looks like I disassembled my vacuum cleaner hose and put it under my sink. Is the food particles going to get trapped in the grooves of the hoses unlike the smooth pc pipe?

      Dear Customer,
Thank you for your comment, the flexible hose has a smooth interior, eliminating build up and odors.

I clicked bc I thought it was an example on a botched job. Didn't expect they were trying to sell this crap. Just do it right using code-conforming components. It's really not that hard.
