I feel bad for sleeping half the day on my day off. You are so productive even on your days off.
And here’s exactly what’s wrong with social media, it makes people feel bad about their life choices. What’s right for you basically is right for YOU.. Maybe you have a more stressful or physically exhausting job, maybe your body requires more sleep, but whatever it is never feel bad for honoring what you need. These are HER needs not yours. I’m sure you are amazing in your life as well. Comparing never goes well and remember you see EDITED life..

It's good to wake and sleep the same time everyday. Our body craves routine and hormones are more stable if we have regular same sleep and wake up times!

Excellent video! We are both in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. Getting older does have to mean getting sicker. We still strive for a strong body, a calm mind, & a positive outlook. The videos you present are very helpful.

I met you years and years ago during undergrad at UC Berkeley. One thing that stood out to me about you was seeing that your Quran was really highlighted. You were the first person I saw actually highlight the Quran and understand it. Most people just read it aimlessly and without contemplating/reflecting on what it says. its okey its good... you are cool very nice doc... but you look/act like a robot. Like you are programmed to do this even on the day off... like you are very organized (like a robot.. lol jk) like it would've been me.. either i'd have no sleep (it's hard for me to get sleep, a bit of insomniac i think) because of hectic routine or couldn't make the vlog or couldn't get the food ready, or couldnt get to hospital on time ( always.. ) or sometimes all of it at once.. lol
