- Welcome back to my channel! In this episode of my weekly Q&A I answer a few questions related to relationships including long distance relationships and how to navigate relationships in residency.
It is hard to keep up with the numerous questions receive so I hope this new format will allow me to answer more of the most common questions I get asked and have a reference playlist for people to find answers to common. You and Chris have such a healthy relationship! You addressed so many great topics like being with a partner that isn’t intimidated by your demanding career/accolades, being with someone that’s supportive of what’s important to you, and recognizing that it won’t always be equal. That is important to embrace because love is about giving without expecting anything in return. It also sounds like you and Chris are of different ethnic groups so it’s also important to be open minded about who you may end up with. So glad that you both are able to fully accept and embrace each other. And can’t wait for you to finally marry your love in Sept 2021!
Not necessarily brother. This relationship will not be healthy until Chris becomes a Muslim. There will be pressure for him that until he quits drinking alcohol, quits doing haram stuff on social media with Dr Rabah, the Muslim community like me will pressure Dr Rabah to make him convert so he doesn’t force her to change her last name to his or make the children Christian like him

Salam Alaikum, in law school right now, but I was a pre-med student. I just stayed around watching your videos. Thank you so much for being an inspiration! My question is do doctors (esp surgeons or specialists) date/marry people who are not doctors or not in the medical field? How do doctors feel about dating lawyers? What do doctors look in a wife (I'm asking as a girl lol) or husband (asking if any guys are curious), and what do doctors like to do in their free time or where do they hang out?
Dr. Rola, please please please make a video on how to find dental mentors. I am transferring to a university soon & want to get some traction on my experience & resume. I want to be competitive for OMFS.

If you are Muslim, partnership is haram in islam. Most of the educated arabs are atheists and go for it.

Are you Muslim in faith?
She does not sound Muslim. We will continue to advice her not to claim she is Muslim by marrying a Christian man named Christopher. It won’t work like that, it is in the Quran and Hadiths that literally instruct Muslim woman to marry Muslim men. The race doesn’t matter, religion does. If this man is drinking alcohol in front of her how can she practice Islam? Her future husband will make her change her last name which is also against the Sunnah of the Prophet. There’s so many things I could say
Unfortunately we have arrived at the age where people call themselves Muslim because that’s their parents religion but know nothing about Islam nor practice it. Clearly this is the case when a “Muslim” married a non-Muslim.
It was true when my wise uncle advised me “son, never leave your Muslim country even if you think you will have a better dunya or life in a kafir country. You will lose your children and if not children then gradnshikdren for sure.” This is the exact case for this doctor who her parents wronged by taking her to a pagan country.

Do not claim to be Muslim by marrying Christopher Dr Rola Rabah, there is still time. He must stop drinking alcohol and become a Muslim, otherwise your marriage will not be accepted in the Muslim community
Surah Baqarah says even a believing slave is better than a polytheist. You did so much Haram stuff with this man, he’s going to make you change your last name to his and make sure your kids aren’t Muslim. By him
Drinking alcohol, your kids will not be Muslim as the Prophet said alcohol is clearly haram for a Muslim to drink and Hell has a special place for the disbelievers but also those who drink
