it really do hit like a truck "none of this will matter in an hour" because it do really won't matter, yet sans still cares a little knowing what comes next.
Fun fact: on the Genocide route, while walking up to the castle, the elevator is in use. It’s theorized that this is Sans, who, despite the ability to teleport, is taking the scenic route to the last corridor one last time.

This is probably one of my all time favorite undertale animatics. The song choice, the art, the way the lyrics are matched with the story being told, overall just fantastic. I keep coming back to re-watch this because it’s just so fitting and well-made.

Judgement day for obvious reasons... All saints day for papyrus because of his trust on Frisk, making him one.... all souls day for Undyne because of her quote about feeling everyone's souls beating as one.... ALL FOOLS DAY FOR ALPHYS BECAUSE SHE SURELY FELT LIKE THAT WHEN JUST STANDING BACK....
You did a fantastic job with this!!!!!!!!!! I personally love the way you captured Sans so accurately as a character, he's not entirely apathetic but not entirely emotionally driven either. It's genuinley really good, especially for your first time making an animatic!!!!!

@@Pixie64. yup. precisely. he knows the chances of him actually succeeding at getting frisk to reset are extremely slim, but he doesnt want alphys to worry, so he tells her that it will all be over soon. which isn't technically a lie because the world gets ERASED right after he dies, so in a way it WAS over in an hour. just not in the way he promised.
Dude, i love the artistic representation you have for this. As it shows the pain that each character feels from the players/frisks choices. The timing and sequencing was amazing, hope to see more amazing stuff like this!
This video is so good. Perfect music and syncing with it. I think my fave moment is 1:15 with Sans's eye movement. So much told in just 2 frames. On another note, your Knight Papyrus design is the sickest thing.
Took me a bit to watch this but UGGH you did not dissapoint!!! I love how you drew everyone and all of the sans scenes make me ill, the scene where everyones death is shown is so good and THE HUGGGGG GODDD
