I have one query to ask if u would help me plz.. did you also notice a knocking noise from suspension when you rode it on rough patches ..not always but once in a while as if something is hitting the suspension or chassis ? .. please let me know ur exp.. as i notice 1 out 10 when slavia goes through a pot hole or bump suddenly , i notice a knocking noise from suspension... thanks

Nope ... 6 airbags provided in style version (sunroof and Non-sunroof version) only...... you can go through their Brochure.

Honesty missing in this Review!!
One question should be asked but no channel asks - with price so high why is quality not upto the mark
1) roof lining better than kushaq but still far away from 10 yrs old rapid and polo
2) no underbody cover provided
3) still halogen bulbs used for reverse and indicators why not led
4) sunroof has exposed metal mechanics which u wont find in similar segments car looks bad from inside
5) with this price point why no auto seat adjust with memory
6) why are ambient lighting only half baked (only on left hand side) why couldnt this be designed well looks after thought (also this is not the case with intl fabia)
7) no difference in 1.0 tsi features vs 1.5 l lit featuring despite paying bomb extra in money (unfair for people who would like to buy 1.5) - just engine and dsg just not justify the price increase
8) no black color - imagine on this good looking sedan. Something to learn from Tata Motors
9) handbrake still old age no electronic hand brake would have made it look more premium and gave some good space in between
10) no one touch window for all 4. This was there in polo and rapid
11) no seat belt adjust function which helps in safety and comfort of driver and passenger of all height n sizes
12) interior light button inferior quality and so is the loose and shabby roof material
Though the car is good in looks and drive but above cost cut and misses cant b ignored too with such steep pricing 22 lacs on road mumbai is insane pricing!!

Looks like u rely too much feature based on electronics as that's what it less reliable and high maintenance cost, if u still want it u have to check their reliability level till its proven to worth buy
Lmao clown u always rely on features. Stop asking for features. Who tf will give auto seat adjust in this price. And handbrake is better than e-brake cos anytime e break can get repair

Torque converter is reliable, DQ200 is unreliable.
For india torque converter is better

You should also compare Ciaz with slavia and honda city
Ppl buy Honda City because of hassle free maintenance and reliability. The issue with Rapid/ Vento was their cost of maintenance and reliability. Many People are scared to get VW/ Skoda products.
TATA should also launch a sedan in this segment .

it is sad to see people pushing turbo cars instead of naturally aspirated cars which have longer engine life.
Wish it had a 1.5 NA engine like as of city. City 1.5 NA is a gem !!
Naturally aspirated engines might be bit slow when compared to turbos but the way power is build up in NA engines is pure joy and plus they are more reliable as well.

Sedans are ever green. Companies should majorly improve on ground clearance, ingress/ egress. People are switching to so called SUV's due to these reasons.
Agree with you. Very less take it for off roading for which they are meant. Some of the Customers look for soft drives even in SUVs 🙂
