I wonder if I can ride my gravel bike on those trails, BTW what does "adaptive" mean?

i've seen some riders using gravel bike inside the park. just not sure what trails they're taking. adaptive trails are for riders who can't ride regular bikes (hand bikes, recumbent, etc...)

Markham is huge man! I’ve ridden there countless times and I’ve never seen a lot of those trails not even by mistake😂. I know they are green but you’d think a wrong turn and you are bound to see it at one point or another.

i searched markham beginners, intermediate and expert trails and only seen one video of each so i decided to make a quick loop showing how the greens, blues, blacks and red are. for future riders that want to start mountain biking

got you. the trail name is warm up loop, after you enter the gate it's gonna be on the right side.
