- I finally took my electric mountain bike to the Markham Park MTB trails and I had an amazing time getting lost in the trails with my brother Matty Cranmer! This place is so much fun and offers multiple trail options for a skill level riders. We Decided to film a run through one of the trail lines and I lead the way and did my fastest run of the day!
Scott, been watching your channel since it was sub 10k subscribers, im 33, and worked as a surgical technologist, doing procedures like yours frequently. So i was able to understand what paitents went thru better watching your journey. And that was enlightening. Now, im a nurse, working in a rehab facility, and I show pts your videos all the time. You're doing an amazing thing thru this channel. Inspiring people with injuries not to give up. Just want you to know that on the days your missing your old life. Your Inspiring people with injuries now, just like you used to for kids to go ride.

Hard to believe its been 6 years already since your crash, I'll never forget watching the first video back a month after your crash at the hospital it was heart breaking, I'll also never forget your riding before your crash it was next level, no one can compare to your style of riding and the confidence you had on BMX.

Love to see you push your boundaries been watching you for years before the crash and my friend had a accident around the same time and he was so good on a mountain bike,you are an inspiration,my mom only passed away 1 month ago and you help bring a smile to my face every time I get that notification that you have uploaded my dad passed away 6 years ago aswell so it's just me and me brother but it feels like you are there aswell,I used to ride BMX meself but stop doing it after my dad passed but I would love to get back to it and your videos inspire that thanks Scotty
I know a lot of people talk trash about E-Bikes but they give people who are unable to ride a normal bike a chance to get out there and ride. I know someone who was very overweight and used an E-Bike just to get that initial bit of fitness back and now they ride a normal bike as well.
Watching Mattys journey is cool, but watching Scotty be able to find bikes again, the excitement it brings, is so incredible. This journey is why your channel is the best biking channel out there (this is coming from a mountain biker whos never ridden BMX).

This is what e-bikes are for. Just makes me smile seeing you able to enjoy the trails. I would suggest a helmet with some MIPS or equivalent technology though

I started off as a BMXr and watched your channel years and years ago. Wayyyy back in the day. Lately I have been doing MTB and started my youtube channel. I dont have many subs or anything, and am not even close to pro level, but its so much fun to just get out and ride. Love seeing these types of videos on your channel! That last run was FLYIN

Don't push yourself harder than you're comfortable with, Scott. Seeing you ride and hearing your commentary is fun for me. You could go 2 mph on a straight road and I'd enjoy it. I'm just happy you're on two wheels, having fun, living your best life. You're really kicking ass on the bike. I'll borrow a motorcycle term I learned when I was in the MSF course as a youngster: "Ride your own ride." You being comfortable with the level of things is first and foremost. Glad you're getting the most out of these rides. Seeing your huge smile and hearing the excitement in your voice is priceless.
good stuff guys..Scotty and even Matty, I told you a few years back that you should venture into other areas of cycling. There is so much more out there than BMX. YES thats your passion but,sometimes we have to move on. Road cycling and off road offer a LOT more possibilities especially for you Scotty. Stay AWESOME and RAD guys..

Scott, you may consider alternate bars with a bit more rise. I like the Renthal Fatbar Lite Carbon bars. I think youd find them to put you in a more comfortable position and would help to reduce arm fatigue by shifting your weight back a little.

You should try Jonathan Dickinson MTB trails. I think you would really like/appreciate the trails there compared to Marhahm (which I also love).

I don't know if that was taking it easy there Scotty, you were definitely getting speed there and what was that about left of the jump? There you are wooshka, straight over it like a champion, same on that wooden down ramp. I think old BMX you is starting to integrate with new mountain bike you and even though you still have your struggles, that was some pretty good riding there. Matty might start eyeing off an e-mountain bike just to keep up on those trails. You could definitely be a good pacer for his training and fitness.

Scott, you should get a vented mtb helmet. It would be physically cooler than your BMX helmet and, truthfully, probably better protection as well.

Hey Scotty, just a recommendation.. i think you should get some ND filters for the Gopro seen as floridia is so bright i think it would help with the Gopro footage!

I wish i could ride w yall sometime. im really close to Alafaya. im just getting into jumping and starting to feel a little more comfortable but i just lack the confidence to go big. i dont think its a skill issue at all just a mental block. Yall should teach me how to hit some bigger jumps, lolll 😂.
