Met her at Ride Kanuga a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of doing the fire-road climb to the top with her a couple of times. She is a beast going up the trail and going down the trail.

Kelly I love your commentary on these videos! I use to mountain bike many years ago (my entire family raced) and I am just now getting back into it. I am hoping muscle memory kicks back in lol But I have been studying your tips so that I am not going in there blind. I am nervous though!

I know of at least two multiple level spinal fractures from the qualifier in 2020 alone. It’s not that easy! Be dead center on the way down.

Ride within your limits, then slowly, over time push your limits in order to progress little by little. You'll get it 🤙🏼
