We tip for great tasting steak dress the raw meat with corse sea salt and loads of black pepper. When cooked to your liking add a little peppercorn sauce for extra taste serve with homemade chips and onion rings. Or if it's for Jack and Harry marinade steaks in smokey BBQ sauce Incase they don't like pepper. I agree with u I like my steak rare or medium at very most well done meats to dry
Wow that is a big hunk of meat!! To cook my steak I usually season it with salt and pepper and wait for the griddle pan on the stove to get really really hot that way the outside gets really crisp and the inside stays nice and juicy 👌 🤤
Nothing better than aged grass feed beef. I always like to marinate my steaks in Italian dressing before grilling it on an open flame. And a bake potato with sour cream and butter .
This is bound to offend vegans. Good job with cutting the meat. I like steak well cooked, no red meat on the inside. From what I've heard, grass fed meat is worth a lot in countries like America that rely on alternatives like corn. Guess they have a bunch of factory farmed cows and the meat needs to go somewhere, but I'd eat meat from a cow that was fed grass any day. I know you haven't made it for presentation, and I don't know the slightest about presentation, but looks like you could me the next Gordon Ramsay with that steak.
Legend, lovely looking bit of Steak and a can of Newky Brown! PERFECT!
Looks like lovely meat. I've never seen somebody grilling steaks before tho
That was a cracking joint of beef , next time fry it with a little oil and butter , sealing the meat on all sides for a beautiful juicy tender steak
Hey all you vegetarians, EAT YOUR HEART OUT LOL< Nothing better then a fine steak. That is an amazing slab. Makes your mouth water just looking at it.
