I appreciate it. I’ll continue to make my normal videos. However, these will allow me to make more videos a month while I work on more complicated projects.
Sort of a BigStackD inspired video, with no commentary or music, just melting. Usually stuff this small is done via lost-wax casting, but you did a great job sandcasting them.
Striking how each skull had a distinct 'personality' by being cast in its own mold, great job! I watch a lot of casting channels and your content is top-shelf. Keep it up man.
Once again love ♥️ the video But oh my God is the silver skulls cool God yes I absolutely love the Silver skulls shiny but so beautiful😁✌ Robinson Foundry awesome vide A big Thumbs up for me👍👍👍👍
I just found your channel today and had to check out this silver skull casting!!! I need one of those in my life!!! I love all things skull related.... Plus, I do my own castings too.... but on a smaller scale. I use a homemade foundry and it is about half the size of your keg foundry. Good stuff!!
That's amazing to see the silver boiling like it's water. I've never seen that before.... I kinda like it with the black still in the eye sockets. It's rather nice looking that way
Yes can't wait to see this video silver yes finally I've not seen too many people pouring silver on UA-cam so I can't wait to see this and to see the skulls Out of silver oh yes✌
I have a few silver bars and I’ve been collecting silver silverware for a long time and I think I just found what I’d like to do with it because I love skulls 👍🏼 America 🇺🇸 💪🏼🦅
3:36 I feel like if I tried this, the whole block of sand would go, *thhhhhhhhhhwwwummP!* and fall right out on to the table! 😂 These are friggin awesome. I really want to try this. Gotta order that little foundry kit your recommended before.
Perfection! I would love the skulls to keep that black inlay within the eye and nose sockets because of the vivid detail and personality it brings out. Not to mention it reminds me of the goonies 🤣😂 great content as always!
@@MiniMoto0098 nope, i didn't get any further into looking for more information about it, i got busy with my 2 year old son, thnx for answering my friend.
Brotheri! Very cool to find this channel! But the silver bullion bars were pretty nice too. I suppose if you had used casting grain silver, it wouldn't get as many views or interest? Anyway, awesome stuff! Subscribing now, and going to watch many of your vids.
Wow that 3D printer is sick! I wonder if there is one able to print casting wax directly? At home we are using the lost wax method of casting items of hand carved wax, and pouring individual gestobalite molds. I have been interested in vacuum molding, to make more items to set up, but this sand casting you're doing is extremely inspiring! Great stuff
Those really are fantastic! I can't help but wonder what they'd look like if you applied a liver of sulphur blackening finish, kind of what Silver Meister on UA-cam does on his projects. I bet it would have a really neat effect.
Hey mate really nice been doing some silver work myself making some skull rings it’s not the best editing but if you like to check it out and let me know what you think would be great 👍
What are the legal implications for melting officially transfered bullion into smaller units like this, for purposes of trading in an economic collapse?

I definitely prefer to hear your voice. Your voice is absolutely golden
I second this, now that it is absent I am missing hearing his voice as well
I appreciate it. I’ll continue to make my normal videos. However, these will allow me to make more videos a month while I work on more complicated projects.
Take it easy Bradley

Thank you! Yes, its a simpler format but it will allow for more videos. I'll still continue to make my normal videos though.
Robinson Found made please brass knuckles my request

Wow so cool. Midweek treat!! Just what I needed for hump day.
I LOVE the sound of 10oz bars clanging against each other. Such a beautiful sound.

Loved the process and outcome, especially the incomplete skull which looks the scariest and fiercest of them all. Thanks for sharing.
very nice:) Even looked nice with the Burnt petra! on It. Keep up the good Vildees 👍

Awesome video!
Would love a video explaining what fluxes you use for each metal or your process for getting metals ready for pouring.
Great job Seth! Can’t wait to see more content from you. Thanks for the video. 😀
@4:44 Beautiful shot of molten silver scintillating!
Very nice I haven’t worked with silver yet. It look very easy to work with.
Results where fantastic good job
Super happy I found your channel! Thanks for the cool videos!
The short pour was even very cool.
Those are cool!

@@robinson-foundry I really do I learn A little bit On casting and I myself Get a little bit better on casting myself😁✌
Great pouring. Damg. 😊
Thy came out great
Nice skulls 💀😍
Thank!

cool looking skulls man :)

These are awesome! You should cast a saber tooth tiger skull for your next project.
Really enjoy your videos
It turned out pretty good 👍 Sub

Thanks! I agree with you. Some contrast would be awesome.
Those are pretty neat! Just needs crossbones to make them perfect.
or blackwash
Why did you print them inclined? I don't understand about 3D printing or casting, but I love your videos
Thank you! Printing at an inclide can help increase detail as well as improve the the chances of having a successful print.
Can someone explain to me something about resin printing: Why aren't the skulls aligned with the build plate so that there's no support structure?
Super cool and great inspiration for me - I just did my first melt in my new gas furnace :) Btw what casting sand are you using?
petrobond
Awesome!
Great channel I found! I would like to see you doing Gorilla, Wolf, Lion head casting.
The partial one looks like it's submerging into the water.
Would like to hear what you did with the resin. What two did you mix and why please
I can see the advantage of using a gas furnace, the printer, is the program difficult to use ? Great job and very informative !
This is something to do with your time that I'd like to do or learn to do.😊
Rip the ninth skull who didnt get enough metal.
I hope his eight boney brothers will take good care of him! :D
They are very cool, I think they were sick with the deep dark eyes oxidization.
was this on the first try? Those came out insanely well
Sweet video he gave me a few ideas how to make it pretty cool, Kelm, and what to do with my silver
why does the mould catch fire when you start pouring in the silver?
What is that awesome toy that you used to make the skulls for the mold? That thing is just what I need.
It’s an SLA 3D printer, you can get them on Amazon for a couple hundred bucks. You probably know already, but I though I’d answer anyway.
@@MiniMoto0098 nope, i didn't get any further into looking for more information about it, i got busy with my 2 year old son, thnx for answering my friend.
Did you pre-order the new elegoo cleaning station? Looks like it will be a good match for the Saturn.
Can I ask which clay you use in this video? Thank you!!!
What was that printer and material
Where’d you get the crucible furnace?
Pretty neat...💀💀💀

nice
I think they could look even cooler if you put gems in the eyes
You don't need borax nor casting grain to melt it?

Resin printing works by exposing the liquid resin to UX, which hardens it. There's no way to do that with wax.
what software do you use??
Freaking cool
Can you do the same with gold bars??
Titanium next!
Wait, when you mixed those resins together in the beginning, what would’ve happened if you didn’t? Can you make tie dye 3D prints that way?
Do you mind If I ask how much that machine cost that your making the plastic do dad is
.925 scrap jewelry work?
The skulls turned out nice, but if you darken the eyes and the nose they would look so much better
What kinda of printer was that on the beginning? I've never seen it before, how it prints out of a liquid and a prense? Lol
It’s a resin printer
there's a LCD screen under the bath and a UV light, the resin hardens with UV light and each layer is "exposed" with the pattern on the LCD
Do you sell any of your work?
i liked the skulls better with the dark in the eye sockets...lol
Are you selling these?
Aren't you kinda reducing the value of the silver coins or bars when melting them?
it's a new form of currency.....silver skulls
Ah, unconscious Saturn death worship. Great.
Wait this isn't bigstackd... Guess I'll subscribe
imo they looked cooler before brushing off the black
And what you call it
Eyes look better dark

u.. made A currenci here? could very well be traded. Did u play Path of Exile? Theu Got their own currenci.
Have you ever dropped one down the sink hole while washing them off ?
If that ever happens to you with a ring, you can pull the trap off and get it right back
no way you know about the resinlapse!!
love the video, but it's never really right for me if they haven't been quenched on a ice block. XD
Thanks! Maybe I'll come up with something similar.
zbrush ?
Those are really cool! Do you plan on selling any?
time to make a terminator
Was I the only immature one with the NTR metals or?
🏆🏆🏆
5:16 he actually casts something
Hey mate really nice been doing some silver work myself making some skull rings it’s not the best editing but if you like to check it out and let me know what you think would be great 👍
Thank you! I wish silver were cheap like copper. It’s such a nice metal to cast. I just watched your video. Great job! They look awesome.
@@robinson-foundry Thanks mate appreciate it yes silver is a wonderfull metal
What are the legal implications for melting officially transfered bullion into smaller units like this, for purposes of trading in an economic collapse?
awful job... you should have used a closed mold... this is totally sub-par pouring
P
I'd rather have the bars. That skull design us terrible.
Please don't waste water please......
Skulls are boring too. So over done.
you just lost a subscriber seth.
I LOVE the sound of 10oz bars clanging against each other. Such a beautiful sound.
