Limitations such as you mentioned should create really interesting situations to roleplay. I personally enjoy leaning into both the negative and positive aspects of a character's. There's so much room for flavoring and anchoring in a way that would make the character seem vivid. Mechanics should reenforce how it works in universe, I'm currently thinkin about adding a little bit of more crunch to mine own as well. Will you make your playtest available to watch btw?
@@EteraRPG Probably not the first one as it’ll be very messy with lots of annoying pauses to write down “uh oh this needs to be fixed, here’s a mechanic I didn’t think about, etc.” so not the idea of a good session haha. But when it’s out of “alpha” so to speak, I will try.
