Love to see major recognition for this franchise, Bioshock 1 was my first fps when i was about 12 and love that its revered as one of the greatests in the genre
Fun fact. There's a bit of cut content where Eleanor informs Delta that he was the Sperm donor that they used to make her. And that when she was turned into a little sister, they get to pick the big daddy they bond with. And she picked him because she felt a connection.

There’s also cut content that explicitly states Delta is not Eleanor’s biological father. They couldn’t decide which way to go, so they purposely didn’t make either case canonical. Whether they’re related or not is open to interpretation.
The sea slugs Tenenbalm discovered were actually sea slugs that got mutated by a biomass surrounding the city. If you look outside the windows in some parts of the 2nd game or the DLC in infinite, you can see a couple of sea slugs hanging out with a glow surrounding the city.
I wanted Delta and Sinclair to live, but neither of those things happened.
Deltas body didn’t live but his conscious did
Sinclairs death always made me sad because he was such a great character, deltas death was also sad well depending on what ending you choose

Great video, I really enjoyed it. Just one flaw though, I think Sofia Lamb was intending to sink Persephone into the trench, not all of Rapture. Other than that I had a good time watching the video.

Wait so does that mean that bio shock infinite happened before the 1st bio shock? With Elizabeth knowing she would have to sacrifice herself for Jack later on to kill atlas/frank
So if I’m not wrong the timeline of the bio shock games would be.
1. Infinite
2. Bio shock
3 Bio shock 2
Hopefully in the 4th bio shock game coming soon they talk more about Jack because I feel like we don’t know him as well. Just that Ryan was his farther and was the ruler of rapture. But yeah let me know if I missed anything did hard bio shock fans.

Elizabeth can open tears to the future past and present, so realistically who knows haha
@@NikukaiFightOnthe devs confirmed it as a prequel, but i don't think the entire game is. certainly the DLC Burial At Sea feels more connected to Rapture than what plays out normally in the main campaign, but they did also say that was set in a different universe. my guess is, since rapture is a city under the sea and Columbia is a city in the sky, there in the same world just in different places. you have to catch the dates, i do know Booker came before Jack and even Delta, and Elizabeth is older than Eleanor, but not much older. so technically Infinite is before.

Have not yet finished watching the video as of the moment this comment was written. Just had to say I had assumed that the under water biome with the algae and sea slugs was discovered first, when the contractors were scouting a location. I thought the city was built after the source of Adam was found, but learning that it's the other way around is bizarre. What are the chances that ambitious scientists would build their own city right next to a secret natural resource that's perfect for the most insane biological experiments imaginable?
lesson learned: never build a city under the sea

Dude, this universe has the potential to another game, but not set in Rapture/Columbia
Tenenbaum, the little sisters, Eleanor, Sigma: they all survived Rapture, wouldn't that cause that everyone on the surface acknowledge the existence of the submarine city and all it's scientific advancements (Adam, plasmids)?
Basically what Sinclair wanted, and with "another game" they could show the impact of Rapture in the whole world with it now having the use of adam and plasmids everywhere!
It's just an idea I got lmao, I'm always like this
I feel like they didn't discuss it. There's actually videos released for promotional purposes, where, in the 1970s and 1980s, people wondered about Columbia; and in other universes, had images of scenes in Rapture. So it seems the world did not know about Rapture.
