3 oz Sparkling Rose Wine
Top with soda
Rhubarb Collins
1.5 oz Rhubarb Liqueur
1.5 oz Old Tom Gin
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Top with soda

2-3 Strawberries

2 oz Reposado Tequila

These are all so pretty! And they sound delicious too- which is just as important lol. That gin sounds amazing- I haven’t seen it here, but I’ll try making it myself. As for a rhubarb garnish, you could use a vegetable peeler to make rhubarb ribbons!
Thanks! They all came out amazing! The Gin is great but I think it’s only available locally here. It’s a classic Old Tom Gin but infused with locally growing sumac
