- Homemade rhubarb liqueur. How to make rhubarb liqueur at home. I'm going to show you how to make your own Rhubarb Liqueur from scratch. This is a fantastic Rhubarb Recipe and great way to use up your leftover rhubarb.

Homemade Rhubarb Liqueur Recipe:
350g chopped Rhubarb
1.5 cups Vodka
1/4 cup Grand Marnier (Or other Orange Liqueur)
1/8 cup Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio)
Adjust with additional simple syrup if needed

It was a great liquor for sure! But a mild flavour that can easily get lost if paired with other string flavours
The spritz was my favourite use of the rhubarb

Grand Marnier with Rhubarb is such a good combo, we make white ladies with it and rhubarb gin from a Dublin distillery. Looking forward to Fridays video!

If you juiced the rhubarb and mixed that with a spirit would that be a mistelle?
🤷♂️ might work… I don’t have a juicer but would definitely infuse faster
