This video is a year old and this type of behavior is still going on. Well explained!

Dietician needs firing - the last thing they should do is make you feel bad! You need someone who understands your condition and is not just spouting from the textbook
Disappointed? She should be congratulating you and I would say something like ‘maybe try one more bite next time’ At least be encouraging and empathetic
You have enough to deal with without her making you feel anxious!
I might email her this video
IBS is a cop out diagnosis like ‘it’s a virus’

Totally! It’s not like I feel bad enough already without that being added to the mix

I agree that that dietitian is definitely not helping you. I have Crohn's disease as well as lupus. Over the years I have learnt to treat my body as its own little ecosystem and I try to listen for its warning signs. I have learned to make adjustments, and nurture my body. It is a very tough journey as people not going through it don't understand. Wouldn't it be great if your dietitian could live in your body for 24 hours. I bet she would adjust her attitude.

      @@karenrule8116 oh my goodness
Having someone have my body on theirs for a while would be an eye opener for them that’s for sure
