Bibingka is a type of baked rice cake from Indonesia and Philippines. It is usually eaten for breakfast, especially during the Christmas season. It is traditionally cooked in clay pots lined with leaves. But this version is baked from oven, making it easier to prepare at home.

TEMPERATURE & BAKING TIME:

Step 1 - 10 minutes - then put the toppings
Step 2 - 20 minutes - return to oven and bake for another 20 mins.

Hello po can i substitute ube powder? Ilan po measurement? And kung ang gamitin q ay glutinous rice flour ilan po measurement? Thanx god bless
Hello, yes pwede naman po e substitute yung flavoring na ube, much better kung real ube jam po gamit niyo depende sa panlasang gusto niyo yung sukat. Sa flour naman, i don't suggest na glutinous flour lang ang gamit. Much better kung combination ng rice flour and glutinous flour..
Pwede po isubstitute rice flour? If yes same as 500g ba? Thanks in advance
Hello, I've tried that before pero iba parin kung giniling na rice since hindi yung titigas kahit kinabukasan pa. Anyway, to substitute yung ground rice with rice flour, you will have to use 280g of rice flour + 180g water instead.
