I can't stop crying when I listen to this song, his beginnings in the profession have been hard and his death so tragic, he had such a big heart, we'll never forget him. ❤ And what a voice ! ❤

I'm crying too... May I suggest you an interview from him while he demonstrate his way of composing using early CAM (MAO) computer...

      Jeanne Mas *
France Gall * Je recommanderai à Dumsybrown d'écouté ella elle l'a

Thanks for your appreciation of that beautiful song from Daniel. While watching you react to it, with that imagery of the bottle thrown out to sea, for the first time I thought of all the exiled people from Africa crossing the Mediterranean sea and sometimes losing their lives there... and suddenly the whole song took a new meaning. Knowing Daniel's humantarian commitments, especially in Africa, if he had still been alive, he would have condemned Europe for turning a blind eye on that human tragedy.
If you want to listen to other songs by him, there's many that are outstanding. In the same vein as this one, you could start with "Un enfant assis attend la pluie".

Beautiful reaction. You should listen to the first song he composed, just see the translation before. This song is "Le chanteur", which means The singer. You have other ones, every single being a success... Thanks. Love from France 🇫🇷😘

you have to react (with subtitles would be better) to his song "Le Chanteur"..... I can sitll remember the day when my mum was crying in the 80's after Balavoine's accidental death....
He was one of the best singer and writer at this period...... He was a must have in France, still he passed out tragically.....Thank you for your reactions, just subscribed from France to your channel

One time he was on a call in show in France.. and one of the callers, professing to be a fan, started shitting on french-algerian. Ballavoine was part of an anti-racist organization. He laid into the caller something fierce.. He was a beautiful, empathetic, loving person. He is missed.

Daniel Balavoine sang another SOS song : "SOS d'un terrien en détresse" which Dimash Kudaibergen interpreted magically and successfully. Check his version out
